The flow regulating spray pipe is distributed with spray holes or slots; the size, shape and distribution of the spray holes or the grooves are specially designed based on different working conditions. Compared with the traditional valve with uniformly distributed flow passing holes, the flow regulating spray pipe of the technical scheme has the advantages that when the valve is opened in a throttling interval (small opening degree), the flow regulating precision is high, the flow passing holes are symmetrically distributed, through opposite-flushing energy dissipation, the valve is small in vibration and low in noise, and cavitation is controlled in a medium in the center of a pipeline through opposite-flushing injection, so that the valve is protected; when the valve is opened in the overflow region, the flow regulating characteristic curve approaches the linear regulation, see fig. 11. The medium in the valve is directly sprayed into the energy dissipation pool through the sleeve, and the kinetic energy of the medium is fully dissipated in water; the valve has the advantages of large flow regulation range, rapid and stable energy dissipation, stable full-stroke operation of the valve and no influence of vibration and cavitation. When the valve is fully opened, the large hole at the tail end of the sleeve is opened, the flow adjusting range can be further increased, large-particle impurity dirt deposited in front of the valve can be washed away, the valve opening and closing part is cleaned, and the service life of the valve is prolonged.
The invention has the advantages of stable operation, safety, reliability, good sealing performance, high flow regulation precision and the like. In addition, compared with the traditional valve with uniformly distributed overflow holes, when the valve is opened in a throttling interval (when the valve is in a small opening degree), the flow regulating precision is high, the overflow holes are symmetrically distributed, the valve is small in vibration and low in noise through opposite-flushing energy dissipation, and the cavitation phenomenon is controlled in a medium in the center of the pipeline through opposite-flushing injection, so that the valve is protected; when the valve is opened in an overflowing region, the flow coefficient and the valve opening degree are linearly adjusted, the flow adjusting range is large, and the adjustable performance is good; when the valve is fully opened, the large hole at the tail end of the sleeve is opened, the flow adjusting range can be further increased, large-particle impurity dirt deposited in front of the valve can be washed away, the valve opening and closing part is cleaned, and the service life of the valve is prolonged.
In an exemplary embodiment, please refer to fig. 12-17; the discharge valve is used for forming a discharge energy dissipation station in the submerged energy dissipation pool 10 at the tail end of the water conservancy system, and is used for discharging energy dissipation of upstream water; the discharge valve is vertically arranged in the energy dissipation pool; triangular energy dissipation blocks 105 are arranged on the periphery of the pool body, energy dissipation slopes of 45 degrees are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of each triangular energy dissipation block, and the upper edges of the triangular energy dissipation blocks are flush with the lower edges of the water outlets; a triangular energy dissipation block with an energy dissipation slope is arranged in the energy dissipation pool for energy dissipation, so that high-kinetic energy jet flow is effectively prevented from being ejected out of the discharge valve, and the downward discharge rapid flow is rapidly changed into slow flow; a discharge valve mounting hole 106 is formed in the upper surface of the tank body, and a discharge valve supporting plate 107 is mounted on the discharge valve mounting hole; the bottom of the tank body is provided with a sewage discharge port 108 communicated with a sewage treatment inlet; referring to the design reference curve diagram of the energy dissipation pool when the energy dissipation pool is built, please refer to fig. 16, and suppose that the side length of the inner cavity of the triangular energy dissipation pool body is S; the side length S of the inner cavity of the triangular energy dissipation pool body is calculated and tabulated by adopting the following calculation formula:
