The first scarf body 1 and the second scarf body 3 can be installed on a workpiece in an embedded mode; thus, when the concealed connecting mechanism is used, the first scarf joint body 1 and the second scarf joint body 3 can be respectively embedded on two workpieces to be connected and locked, and then the connecting rod 2 is inserted into the insertion hole 114, so that the two workpieces can be connected together quickly and effectively, the connection reliability is high, and the concealed connecting mechanism is beneficial to further improving the applicability. The connecting rod 1 can be fixed on the second embedded block 31 by welding or bonding, or the connecting rod 1 and the second embedded block 31 are integrally formed.
The side surface and the bottom of the second embedded block 31 do not limit the use of the second embedded block 31, but the relative position relationship of the parts on the second embedded block 31 is not limited by the state of installing and using the second embedded block 31 when the second embedded block 31 is in the state shown in the drawing, and the second embedded block 31 can be used in a reversed direction when being used.
The second fitting block 31, the second fastening block 32, and the second fastening screw 33 may be assembled in the same manner as the second fitting block 31, the first fastening block 12, and the first fastening screw 13.
The second set screw 33 is a slotted socket cap screw, a slotted pan head screw, a slotted countersunk head screw, an inner hexagonal socket head cap screw, an inner hexagonal flat round head screw or an inner hexagonal countersunk head screw.
The further the point on the second guide slope 312 from the opening of the second penetration hole 313, the further it is from the center line of the second penetration hole 313; thus, when the second holding block 32 gets closer to the second passing hole 313, it moves outward of the notch of the second concave slot 311 under the guidance of the second guide slope 312.
In addition to the above, in order to further improve the convenience of inserting the connecting rod, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the first barb portion 115 is replaced by an elastic stopper 116, and the elastic stopper 116 is inserted between the two second barb portions 21. Through the setting of elastic limiting block 116, the convenience of connecting rod 2 cartridge and the reliability of connecting rod 2 installation location can be improved. As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 10, when the elastic limiting block 116 is adopted, the second barb 21 may be made into a convex ring structure, and an inclined surface appears on an end surface of the second barb 21, so that the second barb 21 can smoothly enter the first penetrating hole 113 and cooperate with the elastic limiting block 116.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the elastic limiting stopper 116 is in a short strip structure, and the elastic limiting stopper 116 is disposed in an inclined manner with respect to the inner wall of the insertion hole 114, so that one end of the elastic limiting stopper 116 is fixed on the inner wall of the insertion hole 114.
In addition to the above, in order to further improve the convenience of installing the tie bar, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a fixing plate 23 is provided on the other end portion of the tie bar 2, and at least one through hole 231 is provided on the fixing plate 23. By providing the fixing plate 23 and providing the fixing plate 23 with the through hole 231, the fixing of the connecting rod 2 can be facilitated by locking the fixing plate 23 to the workpiece through the through hole 231 with a screw.
On the basis of the above, in order to further improve the convenience and reliability of the installation and fixation of the connecting rod, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, an external thread 24 is provided on the outer wall of the other end of the connecting rod 2. Through the setting of external screw thread 24, accessible external screw thread 24 directly fixes connecting rod 2 on the work piece, helps improving connecting rod 2 installation fixed convenience and reliability. The external threads 24 may be attached to a thicker workpiece.
In the actual manufacturing process, the connecting rod can adopt the following structure: a limiting convex ring is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod 2; before the connecting rod 2 is used, through holes can be formed in workpieces to be connected; when the connecting rod 2 is used, the connecting rod 2 can be arranged on the through hole in a penetrating mode, the limiting convex ring is tightly pressed at the hole opening of the through hole, and therefore the connecting rod 2 and a workpiece needing to be connected can be assembled. The through hole can adopt a counter bore, and the limiting convex ring is positioned in the counter bore, so that the limiting convex part and the connecting rod 2 can be prevented from protruding out of the surface to be connected, and the attractiveness and the grade of the workpiece can be guaranteed.
In addition to the above, in order to further improve the reliability of the mounting and positioning of the first insert block, as shown in fig. 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, the third uneven part 14 is also provided on the outer wall of the first insert block 11. By providing the third anti-slip concave-convex portion 14, the reliability of the mounting and positioning of the first embedded block 11 can be improved, which contributes to the improvement of the reliability of the connection between the workpieces.
On the basis of the above, in order to facilitate the hiding of the first set screw and reduce the processing difficulty of the workpiece, as shown in fig. 2, 7 and 8, the first insertion hole 113 is composed of a large hole 101 and a small hole 102, the large hole 101 is opened at the top of the first embedded block 11, the small hole 102 is opened at the bottom of the large hole 101, and the small hole 102 penetrates through the first recessed groove 111, the first stopper 131 is arranged in the large hole 101, the diameter of the first stopper 131 is larger than that of the small hole 102, and the diameter of the first threaded rod 132 is smaller than that of the small hole 102. Through the structural design, the first threaded rod 132 is convenient to hide on the first embedded block 11, so that when the first embedded block 11 is embedded on a workpiece, the first fastening screw 13 can be prevented from protruding out of the workpiece, and a cavity groove for the first fastening screw 13 to hide is not required to be formed in another workpiece connected with the first fastening screw 13, so that the processing difficulty of the workpiece is reduced.
In order to further improve the stability and reliability of the movement of the first fastening block, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, a contact inclined surface 122 is provided on the inner wall of the first fastening block 12, and the contact inclined surface 122 is closely attached to the first guide inclined surface 112. By arranging the contact slope 122 and making the contact slope 122 cling to the first guide slope 112, the stability and reliability of the movement of the first fastening block 12 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the first insert block 11 may be formed in a cylindrical structure, and the first fastening block 12 may be formed in a fan-shaped structure. The first embedded block 11 and the first fastening block 12 may also adopt the following structures: the first embedded block 11 can also be made into a rectangular structure, and the first fastening block 12 can be made into a trapezoidal structure.
As shown in fig. 11, first recessed grooves 111 may be formed in two opposite outer surfaces of the first insert block 11, first insertion holes 113 penetrating through the first recessed grooves 111 may be formed in the top of the first insert block 11, first fastening blocks 12 may be disposed in the two first recessed grooves 111, and finally first fastening screws 13 may be inserted in the two first insertion holes 113, and the first fastening screws 13 may be screwed to the corresponding first fastening blocks 12. In this way, when the two fastening screws 13 are tightened, the two first fastening blocks 12 can be moved to both sides of the first insert block 11. When the first insert part 11 is inserted into a cavity in a workpiece, an effective fixing action is achieved by the two first fastening blocks 12, so that the first insert part 1 is firmly fixed to the workpiece.
As shown in fig. 16, when the hidden connection mechanism is required for connecting the thin plate 100 with other workpieces 200, the upper cylinder 200 can be installed on the surface of the plate 100, and the first embedded block 11 is embedded in the inner hole of the cylinder 200 and locked; then the second scarf body 3 is embedded on the workpiece 200 and locked; finally, the connecting rod 2 connected to the second engagement element 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 114 of the first engagement block 11, and the second barb 21 is hooked on the first barb 115, so that the workpiece 200 and the plate material 100 can be efficiently connected together. In the actual assembly process, the work 200 and the plate material 100 can be efficiently connected also by directly fixing the other end of the connecting rod 2 to the work 200 without using the second engagement body 3, inserting the connecting rod 2 into the insertion hole 114 of the first engagement block 11, and hooking the second barb 21 to the first barb 115.
As shown in fig. 17, when the hidden connection mechanism is required to connect two thick plates 100, two embedding grooves 110 may be formed on the surfaces of the two plates 100, and then the first scarf joint 1 and the second scarf joint 3 are embedded in the embedding grooves 110 of the two plates 100 and locked; finally, the two plate materials 100 can be efficiently joined together by inserting the connecting rod 2 connected to the second engagement element 3 into the insertion hole 114 of the first engagement block 11 and hooking the second barb 21 to the first barb 115. In the actual assembly process, the first engagement element 1 may be engaged in the engagement groove 110 of one of the plate materials 100 without using the second engagement element 3, and the other end of the connecting rod 2 may be directly fixed to the other plate material 100, and then the connecting rod 2 may be inserted into the insertion hole 114 of the first engagement block 11 and the second barb 21 may be hooked on the first barb 115, and the two plate materials 100 may be effectively connected together as well.
