a reserved grouting pipe which is vertically communicated with the grouting hole in a sealing manner;
the rubber sleeves are arranged on the periphery of the iron box in a sleeved mode respectively so as to cover the reserved slurry permeating holes in a sealing mode.

s4: connecting a grouting nozzle of a pinhole grouting pump with a reserved grouting pipe, and injecting plugging slurry into the plugging device through the reserved grouting pipe until the rubber sleeve is expanded and the segment crack is filled with the plugging slurry;
s5: and (4) after the plugging slurry is solidified and meets the maintenance period, removing the reserved grouting pipe and smoothing the surface of the pipe piece.
