Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a handle which seals gaps between both ends of the handle.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a handle, including a face plate, a back plate and a sealing structure, wherein the face plate and the back plate constitute a handle body, the sealing structure is disposed at two ends of the handle in the length direction, and the sealing structure covers a gap between the face plate and the back plate at two ends of the handle body in the length direction.
Therefore, sealing structures are arranged on two sides of the handle body to cover gaps between the panel and the back plate on the left side and the right side of the handle body, and the gaps at two ends of the handle are prevented from being exposed to influence the overall attractiveness.
Optionally, the handle body further includes an intermediate plate cooperating with the face plate and the back plate, the intermediate plate is located between the face plate and the back plate, and the sealing structure is located at two ends of the face plate, the back plate and the intermediate plate along the length direction of the handle body.
Therefore, the middle plate can reinforce the handle through the arrangement of the middle plate, and in addition, when the middle plate is surrounded by the face plate and the back plate, the middle plate can seal a gap between the face plate and the back plate.
Optionally, the sealing structure includes a first convex edge, the first convex edge is disposed on the panel and located at two end edges of the handle body in the length direction, and the first convex edge protrudes toward one side of the back plate.

In addition, the gap between the back plate and the first convex edge is positioned at the rear side of the handle.
Optionally, the sealing structure includes a second convex edge, the second convex edge is disposed on the back plate and located at two end edges of the handle body in the length direction, and the second convex edge protrudes toward one side of the panel.

Optionally, a light source is arranged in the handle, and the sealing structure is provided with a light hole.
Therefore, the light transmission design at the two ends of the handle is realized through the design of the light source matched with the light transmission holes, and the attractiveness of the handle is improved. In addition, the working state of the kitchen appliance is identified at night through the control of the light source.
Optionally, a light-transmitting plate is arranged on one side, away from the panel and the back plate, of the sealing structure, and the light-transmitting plate is covered at the light-transmitting hole.
Therefore, the light transmission holes are sealed through the arrangement of the light transmission plates, and insects and the like are prevented from entering the handle.
Optionally, a boss structure is arranged on the light transmission plate, and the boss structure is in plug-in fit with the light transmission hole.
Therefore, when the light-transmitting plate is installed, the boss structure can be directly inserted into the light-transmitting hole to form the positioning of the light-transmitting plate.
Optionally, the light-transmitting plate is made of ground glass.
Therefore, through the arrangement of the frosted glass, the decorative effect of the handle is enhanced, the light transmission effect is softer and hazy, the individualized requirements of users can be better met, and the electric elements, circuits and the like in the handle cannot be seen from the outside of the handle.
The invention also provides a kitchen appliance comprising the handle.
Optionally, the kitchen appliance comprises at least one of a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a sterilizer, a microwave oven, an integrated range, and a dishwasher. The kitchen appliance has the same beneficial effects as the handle, and the description is omitted.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a handle, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including a panel 1, a back plate 2 and a sealing structure 4, where the panel 1 and the back plate 2 constitute a handle body, the sealing structure 4 is disposed at two ends of the handle in a length direction, and the sealing structure 4 covers a gap between the panel 1 and the back plate 2 at the two ends of the handle body in the length direction.
It should be noted that the panel 1 and the backplate 2 are mutually matched, and the panel 1 and the backplate 2 can be matched and installed together by adopting at least one of clamping, threaded connection and adhesive connection. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the panel 1 and the back panel 2 are mounted together, a certain gap may exist between the panel 1 and the back panel 2, the sealing structures 4 are located at the left and right sides of the panel 1 and the back panel 2 and cover the gap at the left and right sides of the panel 1 and the back panel 2, and the length direction of the handle body is the X-axis direction or the left and right direction in the drawing. Here, the sealing structure 4 may include a structure provided on the face plate 1, may include a structure provided on the back plate 2, or may be a separate component. When the sealing structure 4 is a separate structure, the sealing structure may be an end cap covering both sides of the face plate 1 and the back plate 2.
The benefit that sets up like this lies in, through set up seal structure in handle both sides, covers panel 1 with the gap in the handle left and right sides between backplate 2 avoids the gap at handle both ends to expose and influences holistic aesthetic property.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the handle further includes an intermediate plate 3 cooperating with the front plate 1 and the back plate 2, the intermediate plate 3 is located between the front plate 1 and the back plate 2, and the sealing structure 4 is located at two ends of the front plate 1, the back plate 2 and the intermediate plate 3 along the length direction of the handle body.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the front plate 1, the back plate 2, and the middle plate 3 may be installed together by at least one of clamping, screwing, and gluing. In this case, the sealing structure 4 may be provided on the front panel 1, the rear panel 2, the intermediate panel 3, or a separate component. The intermediate plate 3 can be mounted with electronic components such as a printed circuit board and a light source. Here, the middle plate 3 may reinforce the handle, and when the front plate 1 and the back plate 2 enclose the middle plate 3, the middle plate 3 may close a gap between the front plate 1 and the back plate 2.
As shown in fig. 8, a first buckle 12 is disposed on the panel 1, a first limiting protrusion 33 is disposed on the middle plate 3, and the first buckle 12 and the first limiting protrusion 33 cooperate to realize connection between the panel 1 and the middle plate 3. The back plate 2 is provided with a second buckle 22, the middle plate 3 is provided with a second limiting bulge 34, and the second buckle 22 is matched with the second limiting bulge 34 to realize the connection between the back plate 2 and the middle plate 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the sealing structure 4 includes a first convex edge 11, the first convex edge 11 is disposed at two ends of the panel 1 in the length direction of the handle body, and the first convex edge 11 protrudes toward one side of the back plate 2.
It should be noted that the first convex edge 11 is equivalent to a part of the panel 1, there are two first convex edges 11, the two first convex edges 11 are respectively disposed at the left and right ends of the panel 1, when the handle only includes the panel 1 and the back plate 2, the first convex edge 11 extends to one side of the back plate 2, so as to coat two ends of the back plate 2, which is equivalent to that the back plate 2 is located between the two first convex edges 11. When the handle further comprises the middle plate 3, the first convex edge 11 covers both ends of the back plate 2 and the middle plate 3.
The advantage that sets up like this lies in, through with panel 1 body coupling the setting of first chimb 11 is right both ends are wrapped about backplate 2, avoid panel 1 with the gap that lies in both ends about between backplate 2 spills. In addition, the gap between the back plate 2 and the first flange 11 is located at the rear side of the handle.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the sealing structure 4 includes a second convex edge 21, the second convex edge 21 is disposed at two ends of the back plate 2 in the length direction of the handle body, and the second convex edge 21 protrudes toward one side of the panel 1.
It should be noted that the second convex edge 21 is equivalent to a part of the back plate 2, there are two second convex edges 21, the two second convex edges 21 are respectively disposed at the left and right ends of the back plate 2, when the handle only includes the panel 1 and the back plate 2, the second convex edge 21 extends to one side of the panel 1, so as to coat two ends of the panel 1, which is equivalent to that the panel 1 is located between the two second convex edges 21. When the handle further comprises the middle plate 3, the second flange 21 covers both ends of the panel 1 and the middle plate 3.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the sealing structure 4 includes a third flange 31, the third flange 31 is disposed on the middle plate 3 at two end edges in the length direction of the handle body, and the third flange 31 protrudes toward one side of the panel 1.
It should be noted that the third flange 31 corresponds to a part of the middle plate 3, there are two third flanges 31, the two third flanges 31 are respectively disposed at the left and right ends of the middle plate 3, and the third flange 31 extends toward one side of the panel 1, so as to coat the two ends of the panel 1, which corresponds to the panel 1 being located between the two third flanges 31.

It should be noted that, the fourth convex edge 32 is equivalent to also being a part of the middle plate 3, there are two fourth convex edges 32, two fourth convex edges 32 are respectively disposed at the left end and the right end of the middle plate 3, the fourth convex edge 32 extends towards one side of the back plate 2, so as to coat two ends of the back plate 2, which is equivalent to that the back plate 2 is located between two fourth convex edges 32.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a light source 6 is disposed in the handle, and a light-transmitting hole 41 is formed in the sealing structure 4.
It should be noted that, after the front panel 1, the back panel 2 and the middle panel 3 are connected together, an accommodating cavity is formed between the front panel 1 and the back panel 2, and a light source 6 is arranged in the accommodating cavity. Here, the light source 6 may be mounted on the front plate 1, the rear plate 2, the intermediate plate 3, or a printed circuit board. Here, the printed circuit board is fixedly mounted on said intermediate plate 3. As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the light transmission hole 41 penetrates the third flange 31 and the fourth flange 32 from both ends of the middle plate 3 to the middle, so that light inside the handle can be transmitted to the outside of the handle. It should be noted that, the number of the light sources 6 may be one or more, the number of the light holes 41 may be one or more, and the light emitted by the light sources 6 may be irradiated to the outside of the handle through the light holes 41, so that the two ends of the handle emit light. Here, the light transmission hole 24 may be in the shape of a dot, a bar, a circle, a rectangle, a diamond, or various logos.
The advantage of this arrangement is that the light source 6 is matched with the design of the light hole 41, so that the light transmission design at the two ends of the handle is realized, and the aesthetic degree of the handle is increased. In addition, the working state of the kitchen appliance is identified at night through the control of the light source.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, a light-transmitting plate 42 is disposed on a side of the sealing structure 4 away from the panel 1 and the back plate 2, and the light-transmitting plate 42 is covered at the light-transmitting hole 41.
It should be noted that there are two light-transmitting plates 42, and the two light-transmitting plates 42 are respectively covered at the left and right ends of the handle. Here, the light-transmitting plate 42 is connected to the end face of the sealing structure 4, and the light-transmitting plate 42 and the sealing structure 4 can be installed together in a matching manner by at least one of clamping, screwing and gluing. The light-transmitting plate 42 is made of light-transmitting materials such as light-transmitting glass, light-transmitting plastic or light-transmitting rubber, and the color of the light-transmitting plate 42 can be colorless or colorful. This has the advantage that by providing the light-transmitting plate 42, the light-transmitting hole 41 is sealed to prevent insects and the like from entering the handle.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the light-transmitting plate 42 is made of ground glass. Through frosted glass's setting, strengthened the decorative effect of handle, make the printing opacity effect softer, hazy, the individualized demand of satisfying user that can be better to can not see the interior electric elements of handle and circuit etc. from the handle outside.
As shown in fig. 4, a boss structure 421 is disposed on the light-transmitting plate 42, and the boss structure 421 is inserted into and matched with the light-transmitting hole 41.
It should be noted that the boss structure 421 corresponds to a part of the light-transmitting plate 42, that is, the boss structure is also made of a light-transmitting material, the cross section of the boss structure 421 matches the shape of the light-transmitting hole 41, and when the light-transmitting plate is installed, the boss structure 421 can be directly inserted into the light-transmitting hole 41 to position the light-transmitting plate 42.
As shown in fig. 7, the handle further includes a mounting post 5, two ends of the mounting post 5 are respectively connected with the back plate 2 and a door body of the kitchen appliance, and a mounting post wire passing hole 51 is formed in the mounting post 5; the backboard 2 is provided with a backboard wire passing hole, and the backboard wire passing hole is communicated with the mounting column wire passing hole 51.
It should be noted that the kitchen appliance may include a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, an integrated oven, a dishwasher, etc., and the corresponding kitchen appliance body is a steam box body, an oven body, a steam oven body, an integrated oven body, and a dishwasher body.
As shown in fig. 6, the handle passes through the erection column 5 is connected with the door body of the kitchen appliance, a wire passing channel is arranged on the door body of the kitchen appliance, the wire passing channel is communicated with the wire passing hole 51 of the erection column, a wire in the handle sequentially passes through the wire passing hole of the back plate and the wire passing hole 51 of the erection column and is connected to the wire passing channel in the door body of the kitchen appliance, so that the wire in the handle is introduced into the body of the kitchen appliance. The arrangement has the advantage that the wires in the handle are led into the door body of the kitchen appliance by respectively arranging the wire through holes on the back plate 2 and the mounting column 5.
The present embodiment provides a kitchen appliance comprising any one of the above described handles. The kitchen appliance has the same beneficial effects as the handle, and the description is omitted. It is noted that the kitchen appliance may include at least one of a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a sterilizer, an integrated range, and a dishwasher. That is, the kitchen appliance may be any one of a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a sterilizer, a microwave oven, an integrated oven, and a dishwasher, or a combination of several of a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a sterilizer, a microwave oven, an integrated oven, and a dishwasher.
