Disclosure of Invention
To solve at least one aspect of the above technical problems to some extent, the present invention provides a handle and a kitchen appliance.
The handle comprises a front panel and a rear shell, the front panel and the rear shell are mutually buckled and connected, at least one of the front panel and the rear shell is provided with a yielding groove on a buckling surface to form an internal cavity, a light source assembly is arranged in the cavity, the front side of the front panel is provided with a light transmission part, and/or the rear side of the rear shell is provided with a light transmission part. The light-transmitting part is arranged on the front side of the front panel and/or the rear side of the rear shell, so that the identifiability of the handle in a dark environment is improved, and the attractiveness of the handle is improved.
Optionally, still include the light-passing board, the front panel and/or the backshell is equipped with the light trap, the lateral wall of light trap is equipped with the draw-in groove, the light-passing board lateral wall is equipped with the arch, protruding card is gone into in the draw-in groove, the printing opacity position of light-passing board forms the printing opacity portion. According to the invention, the light-transmitting plate is arranged on the front panel or the rear shell, so that light transmission of local areas of the front panel and the rear shell is realized, and the light-transmitting plate is clamped with the front panel, so that the assembly is convenient.
Optionally, the surface of the light-transmitting plate is provided with a preset pattern. The surface of the light-transmitting plate is provided with the pattern which can be logo of an enterprise, propaganda characters of the enterprise and the like, so that the aesthetic feeling is increased, and an enterprise propaganda way is provided.
Optionally, the whole front panel and/or the whole rear case is the light-transmitting portion. The front panel and/or the rear shell are/is integrally a light-transmitting part, so that the front half face, the rear half face or the whole outer surface of the handle has a light-transmitting effect, and the brightness of the handle is improved.
Optionally, the top and the bottom of the rear shell wrap the top and the bottom of the front panel, respectively, or the top and the bottom of the front panel wrap the top and the bottom of the rear shell, respectively. Because the front panel and the rear shell are made of light-transmitting materials, the supporting performance of the materials is possibly limited, and therefore the light-transmitting front panel/rear shell is wrapped by the light-tight rear shell/front panel, so that the supporting strength can be improved, the processing difficulty of the light-transmitting materials is not increased, and the assembly is convenient.
Optionally, the surface of the light-transmitting part is provided with a frosted layer. The light rays transmitted from the surface of the light transmission part after the frosting treatment are softer, and people feel more comfortable.
Optionally, the inner wall of the light-transmitting portion is provided with a colored coating. The light-transmitting part is provided with the colored coating, so that the light-transmitting part can transmit light with different colors, and the attractiveness is further improved.
Optionally, the light source assembly comprises a mounting plate and LED chips arranged on the mounting plate, wherein the LED chips comprise red LED chips, green LED chips and blue LED chips; the LED chips are distributed in at least two rows in a staggered mode, the LED chips with different light colors in each row are sequentially arranged according to the same sequence, and the light colors of the first LED chips in the non-same row are different. According to the invention, the three-color LED chips can realize the color illumination effect of uniform mixing according to the arrangement mode.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a kitchen appliance comprising the above handle.
Optionally, the kitchen appliance comprises at least one of a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a dishwasher, a disinfection cabinet, an integrated range and a microwave oven.
Compared with the prior art, the kitchen appliance has the same beneficial effects as the handle, and the description is omitted.
Detailed Description
Kitchen appliances generally comprise a box body and a box plate, wherein the box body is internally provided with a containing space. The outside of the box door is provided with a handle which is convenient for opening and closing the box door, and the handle is fixedly connected with the box door through a connecting column. The existing handle is generally of an integrally formed structure or a structure that a front panel is attached to a rear shell, the function of the existing handle is only used for grasping, and the existing handle is single in function and poor in attractiveness. Especially, under the condition that the environment of the kitchen appliance is dark, people cannot easily notice the handle arranged on the box door, and the body of people easily bumps the handle to cause danger. Therefore, the invention provides a novel handle and a kitchen appliance.
In addition, if there is a description of "first", "second", etc. in an embodiment of the present invention, the description of "first", "second", etc. is for descriptive purposes only and is not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
For convenience of description, the description below takes the steam box as an example when the handle of the embodiment of the invention is described.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a handle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a handle body and two connecting columns 4 fixedly connected to the handle body. One end of the connecting column 4 is connected with the handle body, the other end of the connecting column is fixedly connected to the door of the steam box, and the two connecting columns 4 are uniformly distributed.
The handle body is of a longer rod-shaped structure. The handle body includes a front panel 1 and a rear case 2. The front panel 1 and the rear shell 2 are buckled with each other and fixedly connected, and the fixed connection mode can be interference fit, strong glue adhesion or screw fixation. At least one of the front panel 1 and the rear shell 2 is provided with a yielding groove on the opposite surface of the buckling surface so as to form a cavity 9 inside the handle body, and a light source component is arranged in the cavity 9. The front panel 1 is provided with a light-transmitting part 6 at the front side, and/or the rear housing 2 is provided with a light-transmitting part 6 at the rear side.
Specifically, since the front panel 1 and the rear case 2 are fastened to each other, we call the opposite surfaces of the front panel 1 and the rear case 2 as fastening surfaces, and for convenience of description, define: the fastening surface of the front panel 1 is a first fastening surface, and the fastening surface of the rear shell 2 is a second fastening surface.
Be equipped with the groove of stepping down on first buckling face or second buckling face for front panel 1 and backshell 2 are behind the lock, and handle body is inside to have cavity 9. Of course, the first fastening surface and the second fastening surface can be provided with the abdicating groove. Thus, after the front panel 1 and the rear shell 2 are buckled, the volume of the cavity 9 in the handle body can be larger. For the function that increases the handle, set up the light source subassembly in the inside cavity 9 of handle, the light source subassembly includes mounting panel 7 and luminous part, and luminous part fixed mounting is on mounting panel 7. The light emitting component may be an LED chip 5, an incandescent lamp, or the like. In other embodiments, the light emitting component may also be fixedly mounted directly on the inner wall of the front panel 1 or the rear case 2.
The light-transmitting section 6 is provided on the front side of the front panel 1 and/or the rear side of the rear case 2 of the handle. When the light-transmitting part 6 is arranged on the front side of the front panel 1, the light-transmitting part 6 is right opposite to the front, so that the handle is convenient to identify, and the appearance is more attractive. When the light-transmitting part 6 is arranged at the rear side of the rear shell 2, the light-transmitting part 6 is just opposite to the door of the steam box, so that the handle can be easily identified, and the handle is more attractive. Here, the front direction as described later means a direction facing the opening of the steam box, and the reverse direction of the front direction is the rear direction.
It can be seen that by providing the light-transmitting portion 6 on the front panel 1 and/or the rear case 2, the visibility of the handle in a dark environment is improved, and the appearance of the handle is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, a rectangular light-transmitting portion 6 is provided on a front panel 1 of the handle. The light-transmitting portion 6 may be provided in various ways. Illustratively, the front panel 1 comprises two opposite beads 12 and a light-transmitting panel 61. The middle of the two pressing strips 12 is connected to form a light hole, and the light hole is a through hole penetrating through the cavity 9 and the outer wall of the handle. The side wall of the light hole is provided with a clamping groove 11. The side wall of the transparent plate 61 is provided with a protrusion 62, and the protrusion 62 is clamped in the clamping groove 11, so that the light transmission part 6 on the front panel 1 is formed at the light transmission part of the transparent plate 61.
During assembly, the light-transmitting plate 61 can be firstly clamped with one of the pressing strips 12, and then the other pressing strip 12 is clamped with the light-transmitting plate 61, so that the whole front panel 1 is assembled. Of course, the shape of the light hole can be regular such as rectangle, ellipse and rhombus, and can also be irregular geometric figure. The different shapes of the light holes can be realized only by changing the shapes of the opposite surfaces of the two pressing strips 12, and meanwhile, the shapes of the light transmission plates 61 are required to be properly adjusted to match the light holes. The fixing connection mode of the two pressing strips 12 can be welding, strong adhesive bonding or screw connection and the like.
The light-transmitting plate 61 can be made of a semi-permeable or a completely permeable material, such as an artificial stone light-transmitting plate, acrylic or organic glass. The opaque trim 12 and the rear case 2 may be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or opaque plastic.
Similarly, if the light-transmitting portion 6 is provided on the rear housing 2, the similar structure described above can be adopted, and the description is omitted here. When the rear case 2 is provided with the light-transmitting portion 6, the light transmitted from the handle can be irradiated to the door. If the box door is transparent, the inside of the steam box can be illuminated by the light rays transmitted out by the rear shell 2, so that the state of food can be checked conveniently. And reflective patterns and the like can be designed on the box door, so that a relatively attractive visual effect is realized when light is irradiated.
Preferably, the surface of the light-transmitting plate 61 (which may be an inner surface close to the cavity 9, or an outer surface located on the outer wall of the handle) is provided with a preset pattern, and the preset pattern may be logo of an enterprise, propaganda text of the enterprise, and the like. On one hand, the handle becomes a novel enterprise advertisement carrier, and on the other hand, the interest and the attractiveness of the handle are improved. Of course, even if the light transmitting portion 6 is another embodiment, a predetermined pattern may be provided on the surface of the light transmitting portion 6.
Preferably, when the light-transmitting portion 6 is provided on or in the front panel 1, the top and bottom of the rear case 2 wrap the top and bottom of the front panel 1, respectively. Thus, the top and the bottom of the rear shell 2 simultaneously play a pressing role for the two pressing strips 12 of the front panel 1, and further ensure that the two pressing strips 12 of the front panel 1 and the light-transmitting plate 61 are assembled more firmly and reliably. When the light transmission part 6 is arranged on the rear shell 2, the top and the bottom of the front shell 1 are respectively wrapped on the top and the bottom of the rear shell 2, so that the pressing effect on the rear shell 2 is realized, and the rear shell 2 and the light transmission plate 61 on the rear shell are more firmly assembled.
When the light-transmitting part 6 is arranged on the front panel 1, the light-emitting part in the cavity 9 is fixedly arranged in front of the mounting plate 7 and distributed corresponding to the light-transmitting part 6; when the light-transmitting part 6 is arranged on the rear shell 2, the light-emitting part is fixedly arranged behind the mounting plate 7 and distributed correspondingly to the light-transmitting part 6 on the rear shell 2, so that a better irradiation effect can be realized by fewer light sources. When the light-transmitting portions 6 are provided on both the front panel 1 and the rear case 2, light emitting portions are mounted on both the front and rear surfaces of the mounting plate 7.
Set up light-passing board 61 on front panel 1 and/or backshell 2, can realize the regional printing opacity of front panel 1 and backshell 2, light-passing board 61 and front panel 1 or 2 joint of backshells, also be convenient for assemble.
As shown in fig. 4, optionally, the whole front panel 1 and/or the whole rear casing 2 is made of a light-transmitting material. The front panel 1 and/or the rear shell 2 are made of light-transmitting materials, so that half surface or whole surface of the handle has a light-transmitting effect, and the brightness of the handle is improved.
When the front panel 1 is a light-transmitting material, the top and the bottom of the rear case 2 wrap the top and the bottom of the front panel 1 respectively. When the rear shell 2 is made of a light-transmitting material, the top and the bottom of the front surface 1 are respectively wrapped on the top and the bottom of the rear shell 2. The front panel 1/the rear shell 2 made of the light-transmitting material is wrapped by the light-tight rear shell 2/the front panel 1, so that the supporting strength can be improved, the processing difficulty of the light-transmitting material is not increased, and the assembly is convenient.
Preferably, the light-transmitting material is a semi-light-transmitting material, and the structures such as the light source assembly in the cavity 9 cannot be seen from the outer wall of the handle.
Optionally, the light-transmitting material is frosted. After the frosting treatment, the light-transmitting effect of the light-transmitting material is softer and hazy. For example, the front panel 1 or the rear shell 2 may be made of colorless transparent glass or colored glass, the colorless transparent glass may be frosted to be hazy milky, and the colored glass has a better decoration effect after being frosted, so as to better meet the personalized requirements of users.
Alternatively, if the front panel 1 is made of a transparent material, in order to realize partial light transmission of the front panel 1, a non-transparent coating layer may be applied to a portion where light transmission is not desired, so as to realize the effect of providing the transparent portion 6 on the front panel 1; similarly, if the rear housing 2 is made of a transparent material, in order to realize partial light transmission of the rear housing 2, an opaque coating may be applied to a portion where light transmission is not desired, so as to realize the effect of providing the light-transmitting portion 6 on the rear housing 2. Thus, it is not necessary to additionally provide the light-transmitting hole and the light-transmitting plate 61 on the handle, simplifying the assembling process.
Preferably, the inner wall of the light-transmitting portion 6 is provided with a colored coating. For example, colored resin paint may be uniformly coated on the inner wall of the light-transmitting portion 6, and the color of the resin paint may be adjusted as required. The resin paint is coated on the inner wall of the light transmission part 6 in a liquid state, and is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the light transmission part 6 after being solidified, so that the resin paint is heat-resistant and ageing-resistant, and has little influence on the light transmission rate of the original light transmission part 6 due to high light transmission rate. Illustratively, the colored coating layer is a sol-gel coating solution or the like.
The light-transmitting part 6 is provided with a colored coating, so that the light-transmitting part 6 can transmit light of different colors, and the attractiveness is further improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the light source assembly includes a mounting board 7 and a light emitting part disposed on the mounting board 7, the light emitting part being a plurality of LED chips 5. The LED chip 5 includes a red LED chip 51, a green LED chip 52, and a blue LED chip 53. The colored lighting effect can be realized by lighting the LED chips 5 with different light colors.
All the LED chips 5 are arranged on the mounting plate 7 in two rows in a staggered manner. The LED chips 5 with different light colors in each row are sequentially arranged in the same order, that is, the red LED chip 51, the green LED chip 52 and the blue LED chip 53 in the upper row are arranged in the same order as the red LED chip 51, the green LED chip 52 and the blue LED chip 53 in the lower row. However, the first LED chip 5 in the lower row has a different light color from the first LED chip 5 in the upper row. And, the distance between any two adjacent LED chips 5 in the same row is equal. The three-color LED chip 5 can realize the color illumination effect with uniform mixing according to the arrangement mode.
Exemplarily, it is shown with reference to fig. 5. The LED chips 5 in the upper row are sequentially and circularly arranged from left to right in sequence by the red LED chips 51, the green LED chips 52 and the blue LED chips 53. In the next row of LED chips 5, although the first LED chip 5 is the green LED chip 52, in practice, the next row of LED chips 5 are still circularly arranged according to the red LED chip 51, the green LED chip 52 and the blue LED chip 53 in sequence. And the first LED chip 5 in the lower row and the first LED chip 5 in the upper row are staggered up and down.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 6, the upper row of LED chips 5 is arranged in a sequence from left to right, namely, a red LED chip 51, a green LED chip 52 and a blue LED chip 53 are sequentially and cyclically arranged. The first LED chip 5 of the next row of LED chips is a blue LED chip 53, and is displaced by half the distance between two adjacent LED chips 5 in the same row to the right relative to the first LED chip 5 of the previous row.
Preferably, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, each LED chip 5 is distributed in an equilateral triangle with two adjacent LED chips 5 in the other row, except for the two LED chips 5 located at the leftmost end and the rightmost end on the mounting board 7. Taking the arrangement of the LED chips 5 in fig. 5 as an example, the first LED chip 5 in the upper row is a red LED chip 51, the linear distances between the first LED chip and the next row of the green LED chips 52 and the next row of the blue LED chips 53 are a and b, respectively, and the linear distance between the next row of the green LED chips 52 and the next row of the blue LED chips 53 is c, then a-b-c. The LED chips 5 with different adjacent light colors are distributed in an equilateral triangle, so that the light mixing effect of the three-color LED chips 5 is further optimized, and the color light emitted by the handle is more uniform in color.
It should be noted that the LED chips 5 with different light colors are shown in different shapes in the drawings, which is only for clarity and better distinguish the LED chips 5 with different light colors, and does not represent the specific shape of the actual LED chip 5. In addition, the above embodiments are illustrated with two rows of LED chips, and in fact, three or even more rows of LED chips 5 can be designed according to the concept of the present invention, as the volume of the cavity 9 allows.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a kitchen appliance including the handle of the above embodiment. The kitchen appliance can be a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a dish washing machine, a disinfection cabinet, an integrated stove, a microwave oven and the like.
Taking the steam box as an example, the steam box comprises a box body and a box door, wherein the box door is hinged with a box door frame, and the handle of the embodiment is arranged on the box door. The handle is fixedly connected with the box door through a connecting column 4. The light source assembly in the handle is electrically connected with the box door through the connecting column 4, and further electrically connected with the electric control box of the steam box. Specifically, a wiring channel can be arranged in the connecting column 4, a cable connected with the light source assembly is connected to a circuit on the box door through the wiring channel, and the circuit on the box door is connected to an electric control box of the steam box through the cable between the box door and the box body. In further embodiments, a battery receiving cavity may be provided in the cavity 9 in the handle, the battery receiving cavity being used to mount a battery for supplying power to the light source assembly, the battery may be a dry battery, a lithium battery, or the like.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
