The invention discloses a caulking device for fixing a decorative plate, which comprises an installation seat, a decorative strip and a clamping device, wherein the installation seat is provided with a groove; the mounting seat is a strip-shaped component; the decorative strip is vertically connected with one end of the long strip-shaped component; the clamping device comprises a groove and a movable clamping piece, the groove is arranged along the length direction of the strip-shaped component, and the movable clamping piece can slide in the groove. The decorative strip and the movable buckle piece of the caulking device for fixing the decorative plate together fix the decorative plate firmly, and the distance between the movable buckle piece and the decorative strip can be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, so that the decorative plate can be adjusted to the same plane even if the thickness of the plate is not uniform, and the phenomenon that the decorative wall surface is uneven is prevented; meanwhile, the decorative strip covers the plate seams of two adjacent decorative plates, so that the two decorative plates can be fixed, and the plate seams can be beautified.

Technical Field

Background
In modern panel installation processes, wall panels are often installed by erecting keels. The keel is a building material for supporting a modeling and fixing structure. The types of the keels are many, and the keels can be divided into ceiling keels, vertical wall keels (partition wall keels), floor keels and the like according to the use positions.

The wet hanging type has the advantages of simple and quick construction and economic price, but is easy to damage.
Modern decoration focuses more on beauty and style, when the decoration plate is installed on the keel, a gap exists between plates, the appearance is influenced by the gap, in the existing wall decoration, the processing modes of common plate seams are mainly divided into four types, one type is close seams, one type is open seams, one type is joint mixture, and the other type is caulking devices. The close seam form has higher requirements on the processing quality of the plate and the installation quality of workers, and the expected effect is difficult to achieve; the seam separation mode can solve the problem of seam height difference, but cannot ensure the consistency of seam width; the joint mixture is generally only suitable for ceramic tile wall surfaces or other stone wall surfaces, and the application range is limited; the caulking device can ensure the quality of acceptance and beautify the plate seam. However, the common caulking device can be installed only by artificially reserving a certain plate seam width or performing field grooving, so that the construction difficulty is improved, and the construction efficiency is reduced.
The existing decoration process has two technical defects: 1. before the keels are installed, the distances between the transverse keels and the vertical keels, the positions of angle code fixing points and the like need to be measured, and then the keels are installed in sequence according to the drawing size, namely the installation of the keels is complex and wastes materials; and the decorative plate is fixed on the keel through screws or strong glue, and if the thickness of the plate is not uniform or the plates are different, the paved decorative plate has uneven surface, so that the appearance is influenced. 2. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a caulking device for fixing a decorative plate comprises a mounting seat, a decorative strip and a clamping device; the mounting seat is a strip-shaped component; the decorative strip is vertically connected with one end of the long strip-shaped component; the clamping device comprises a groove and a movable clamping piece, the groove is arranged along the length direction of the strip-shaped component, and the movable clamping piece can slide in the groove.
Compared with the prior art, the caulking device for fixing the decorative plate has a simple structure, can replace the skeleton function of a keel, fixes the decorative plate together with the decorative strip and the movable buckle piece, can adjust the distance between the movable buckle piece and the decorative strip according to the thickness of the plate, and can adjust the plate to the same plane even if the thickness of the plate is not uniform, thereby preventing the decorative wall surface from being uneven; meanwhile, the decorative strip covers the plate seams of two adjacent decorative plates, so that the two decorative plates can be fixed, and the plate seams can be beautified.
Specifically, the length of the decorative strip is adjusted according to the width of the decorative panel, and the width of the decorative strip is larger than the gap between two adjacent decorative panels. The decorative strip can cover the plate seam and can fix two adjacent decorative panels.
Preferably, the decoration strip is made of a hard plate material, is high in hardness and is not easy to deform and fall off.
The first groove and the second groove are respectively arranged on two opposite surfaces of the long strip-shaped component along the length direction; the movable fastener comprises a first fastener and a second fastener, and the first fastener and the second fastener are respectively clamped with the first groove and the second groove. The movable buckle piece can move in the groove to adjust the width of a bayonet used for fixing the decoration panel according to the width of the decoration panel.
Preferably, the cross section of the groove is in a trapezoidal structure, and the groove is in a structure with a narrow opening and a wide bottom. and S4, installing a plurality of caulking devices on the original wall surface in parallel, and respectively clamping and fixing two ends of the device plate between the two caulking devices.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the caulking apparatus for fixing a decorative plate according to the present invention includes a mounting base 3, a decorative strip 2 and a fastening device (not numbered).
The mounting seat 3 is a long strip-shaped member, one end of the long strip-shaped member is fixed with the original wall surface 1 through a screw, and preferably, the long strip-shaped member is fixed with the original wall surface 1 vertically.
The decorative strip 2 is vertically connected with one end, far away from the wall surface, of the mounting seat 3; the decorative strip 2 is made of a hard plate material, has high hardness and is not easy to deform; preferably, the decorative strip 2 is a PVC plate, has certain mechanical strength and hardness, and is easy to mold and process into different shapes. Further, the width of the decoration strip 2 is larger than the gap between two adjacent decoration panels, so that the board gap can be covered, and the two adjacent decoration panels can be fixed.
The clamping device comprises a groove 4, a movable clamping piece 5 and a telescopic fixing mechanism 6, wherein the groove 4 is formed in the length direction of the strip-shaped component, the movable clamping piece 5 can slide in the groove 4, and the telescopic fixing mechanism 6 is used for fixing the position of the movable clamping piece 5 in the groove 4.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the groove 4 includes a first groove 4a and a second groove 4b, and the first groove 4a and the second groove 4b are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the elongated member along the length direction; the movable fastener 5 comprises a first fastener 5a and a second fastener 5b, and the first fastener 5a and the second fastener 5b are respectively fastened with the first groove 4a and the second groove 4 b. The movable fastener 5 can move in the groove 4 to adjust the width of the bayonet for fixing the decoration panel according to the width of the decoration panel, namely, the width of the arrow position shown in fig. 3.

The telescopic fixing mechanism 6 comprises a first cylinder 7a/7b and a second cylinder 8a/8b which are horizontally arranged with the groove 4, one end of the first cylinder 7a/7b is fixed with the original wall 1, the second cylinder 8a/8b is vertically fixed with the side arm and is in a T shape, the diameter of the first cylinder 7a/7b is slightly smaller than that of the second cylinder 8a/8b, the second cylinder 8a/8b is sleeved outside the first cylinder 7a/7b, and the second cylinder 8a/8b can be stretched on the first cylinder 7a/7b to adjust the distance between the side arm and the decorative strip.
Referring to fig. 4, when in use, one end of the mounting seat 3 of the caulking device is fixed to the original wall surface 1 through a screw; the distance between the movable buckle piece 5a or 5b and the decorative strip 2 is adjusted by utilizing the telescopic fixing mechanism 6a or 6b according to the thickness of the decorative plate; the two decorative plates are respectively clamped between the movable buckle parts 5a or 5b and the decorative strip 2, namely the arrow positions shown in figure 3, and are fixed and stabilized by using screws on the side arms, and the decorative strip can cover plate seams of two adjacent decorative plates and firmly fix the plates together with the movable buckle parts; a plurality of caulking devices are installed on the original wall surface in parallel or vertically, and two ends of the decoration panel are respectively clamped and fixed between the two caulking devices.
The caulking device for fixing the decorative plate is simple in structure and can replace the skeleton action of the keel, the decorative plate is fixed by the decorative strip and the movable buckle piece of the caulking device together, the distance between the movable buckle piece and the decorative strip can be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, and the decorative plate can be adjusted to the same plane even if the thickness of the plate is not uniform, so that the phenomenon that the decorative wall surface is uneven is prevented; meanwhile, the decorative strip covers the plate seams of two adjacent decorative plates, so that the two decorative plates can be fixed, and the plate seams can be beautified.
