Abstract
The invention particularly relates to a method for repairing an old screw type gate; the method is characterized in that: comprises 1, taking a section of steel pipe with the diameter larger than that of a screw rod and splitting the steel pipe into two halves; 2. cutting a semi-circular opening on the side part of the two sections of channel steel, and then horizontally arranging and respectively welding the two sections of channel steel with the two semi-steel pipes; 3. respectively welding and fixing the two welding parts obtained in the step 2 with an embedded part or a gate groove on a well wall, ensuring that the screw rod is just wrapped in the middle of the steel pipe, and then welding the two half steel pipes again; and (4) performing a gate closing test after the constraint system is completed, and if the screw still bends and deforms to cause that the gate cannot be closed, continuously increasing the constraint system until the gate is successfully closed. The repairing method utilizes the restraint system to increase the bending resistance of the screw and prevent the screw from bending and deforming, thereby quickly solving the problem that the gate cannot be closed due to the increase of the friction force between the gate and the gate groove.

step 3, welding and fixing the two welding parts obtained in the step 2 with an embedded part or a gate groove on a well wall respectively, ensuring that the screw rod is wrapped in the middle of the steel pipe, and then welding the two half steel pipes again;
step 4, filling grease in the gap between the screw and the steel pipe to ensure lubrication;
and 5, performing a gate closing test after the constraint systems in the steps 1 to 4 are completed, and if the screw still bends and deforms to cause that the gate cannot be closed, continuously increasing the constraint systems until the gate is successfully closed.
