Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a washing machine of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of a detailed configuration in the washing machine, and fig. 3 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a washing treatment liquid supply unit that supplies a washing treatment liquid such as a detergent or a softener to the left side of the upper surface of the outer frame. In the following description, the vertical, horizontal, front-rear directions are based on the vertical, horizontal, front-rear directions shown in fig. 1.
A housing 1 of the washing machine is formed by placing an outer frame 2, which is formed by combining a resin molded product and a steel plate, on the upper portion of a base 5. A door for taking and putting washings, namely a cover body 3 and a front face cover are arranged on the front face of the outer frame 2, and a back face cover is arranged on the back face.
An outer tub 20 is provided in the casing 1, a water tub 6 is provided in the outer tub 20, and a washing treatment liquid supply part 4 for supplying washing treatment liquid into the water tub 6 is provided on one side (left side in the drawing) of the upper surface of the casing 1.
In the present embodiment, an example of a drum type washing machine provided with a cylindrical rotary drum for putting laundry into the water tub 6 and washing and dehydrating the laundry will be described.
A faucet is provided on an upper surface of the washing machine in the vicinity of a back surface of the casing 1, and tap water is connected to the faucet to supply water to the casing 1, which is a washing machine main body. This structure is the same as that of a conventional washing machine or washing and drying machine system, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning liquid supply unit 4 includes: a container housing section 12 for storing a cleaning treatment liquid such as a detergent in advance; an automatic feeding unit 13 for automatically feeding a predetermined amount of the washing liquid from the container storage unit 12 into the water tub 6; a manual feeding part 9 which is provided separately from the automatic feeding part 13 and is used for manually feeding the washing processing liquid.
The container housing portion 12 may be provided with, for example: a detergent container 7 as a first container for storing a detergent as a first washing treatment liquid in advance; and a softener container 8 as a second container for storing a softener as the second washing treatment liquid in advance. The container housing portion 12 is provided with a container cover, and the detergent container 7 and the softener container 8 can be taken out upward from an opening of the container cover, or can be attached again. In the following description, the structure common to the softener container 8 and the detergent container 7 is sometimes simply referred to as "container". Details of the construction of the container are otherwise described.
The manual dispenser 9 is provided with a detergent dispenser 10 for manually dispensing a detergent to be dispensed into the water tub 6 and a softener dispenser 11 for dispensing a softener. The detergent and softener are supplied through a water supply pipe at a predetermined time in the washing step, and are supplied into the water tub 6 through the detergent supply pipe together with water.
In the present embodiment, since the washing treatment liquid supply unit 4 is provided on the upper surface of the washing machine casing 1 and the container is attached and detached to and from the upper side by opening the lid, the user does not need to bend down and the washing machine which can be easily used can be provided. In addition, both the manual dispenser 9 and the automatic dispenser 13 are disposed on the left side of the upper surface of the casing 1 of the washing machine, and are disposed at appropriate positions, so that the usability of the user is further improved. Further, in the case where the automatic dispensing unit 13 and the container housing unit 12 are disposed below the water tub 6, there is a possibility that water flows backward from the pipe connecting the automatic dispensing unit 13 and the water tub 6 to the automatic dispensing unit 13, but in the present embodiment, since the automatic dispensing unit 13 and the container housing unit 12 are disposed above the water tub 6, there is no problem of such backflow, and a highly reliable washing machine can be provided. Further, since the container in the container housing portion 12 can be inserted and removed in the vertical direction from the upper surface of the housing 1, the usability is improved.
Next, the structure of the container stored in the container storage unit 12 will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 10.
Fig. 4 is a view showing a detergent container 7 as a first container and a softener container 8 as a second container stored in a container housing portion 12, and fig. 5 is a view showing a cross section a-a of fig. 4.
A positioning protrusion 14 protruding upward is provided below the container housing 12 so as to stably hold the detergent container 7 and the softener container 8. The presence of the positioning projection 14 makes it possible to specify the position in the container storage section 12 at which the detergent container 7 and the softener container 8 are respectively disposed, and to stably hold the containers in the container storage section 12 without any displacement.
Further, a first connection portion 22 and a second connection portion 23 are provided below the container housing portion 12, and the first nozzle 15 and the second nozzle 16 for injecting the washing treatment liquid into the water tub 6 are connected to these connection portions. The first nozzle 15 is directly connected to a first supply port 17 provided at the lower end of the detergent tray 7, the second nozzle 16 is connected to a second supply port 18 provided at the lower end of the softener tray 8, and the detergent or softener stored in each container is fed from each supply port into the water tub 6 through the nozzle.
The structure of the detergent container 7 and the softener container 8 will be described with reference to fig. 6 and 7.
The detergent container 7 and the softener container 8 are provided with a handle 19 as a container handle so that they can be easily inserted and removed from the upper surface of the casing 1 in the vertical direction. The handle 19 is stored on the side of the container when the container is stored in the container storage section 12. When the detergent container is stored, the handle 19 is stored on the side opposite to the adjacent side, that is, the handle 19 of the detergent container 7 is stored on the side opposite to the side on which the softener container 8 is arranged, and the handle 19 of the softener container 8 is stored on the side opposite to the side on which the detergent container 7 is arranged. Thus, when the lid of each container is opened, the handle of the adjacent container does not become an obstacle, and the lid can be smoothly opened to replenish the detergent or softener into the container.
Further, since the detergent container 7 is provided with the lid 50 as a lid portion for filling the detergent as the washing treatment liquid, the lid 50 can be opened upward and rearward to fill the detergent. The softener container 8 is also provided with a cover 51, which can be filled with softener.
Further, the filling of the detergent container 7 or the softener container 8 with the cleaning treatment liquid such as the detergent or the softener may be performed in a state of being stored in the container storage portion 12, but the cleaning treatment liquid may overflow into the container storage portion 12 or other containers during the filling. Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the container is provided with liquid storage portions 43 and 44 filled with the cleaning treatment liquid and leg portions 45 and 46 capable of standing independently even when detached from the container housing portion 12. Although four foot portions 45 are provided in fig. 6, the number thereof is not limited to this as long as the foot portions can stand independently (the same applies to fig. 7). Further, since the bottom surfaces of the legs 45 and 46 are both provided substantially parallel to the floor surface, even if the container is detached from the container housing section 12 and the container is placed on a table or on the floor, the container can stand on its own more stably, and the washing treatment liquid can be filled in a place separated from the container housing section 12 or another container.
In addition, the two containers are either detergent containers or softener containers, which tend to be indistinct in appearance. Therefore, by describing "detergent", "softener" on the lid of the container or changing the color of the container, the appearance is distinguished, and the filling of the wrong container with the washing treatment liquid is eliminated.
As shown in fig. 4, there are cases where two containers are provided and washing is performed using different washing treatment liquids such as detergent and softener, but depending on the laundry or the preference of the user, it is also possible to use only detergent without softener. Thus, in the case of washing with one washing treatment liquid, one large container can be used.
In the case where only one washing treatment liquid, for example, a detergent, is used instead of two washing treatment liquids, a third container, that is, a detergent container, which holds a large amount of detergent, that is, a larger volume than the detergent container 7 in fig. 6, is provided, and multiple replenishment is avoided. In this case, when the container housing section 12 is changed according to the kind of the washing treatment liquid and the number of containers, the cost is also increased, which is troublesome for the user. Therefore, the container housing portion 12 is not changed, and the container can be used in both cases or in one case.
Fig. 8 is an enlarged perspective view of the automatic loading unit 13 and the container storage unit 12 of the cleaning liquid supply unit 4. Fig. 9 is a view showing a cross-sectional structure a-a of fig. 8. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing the flow of water from the automatic feeding unit 13. The water flow will be described with reference to fig. 8 to 10.
Fig. 8 shows the inside of the container storage section 12 with the detergent container 7 and the softener container 8 removed. The automatic supply unit 13 controls the circulation of the supplied water and the amount of the washing treatment liquid to be supplied by using a pump.
The water from the automatic dispenser 13 is supplied into the container housing 12 through a supply port 40 provided on the automatic dispenser 13 side of the container housing 12. The supplied water has: a first water flow 30 supplied in the direction of a first nozzle 15 and a second nozzle 16 protruding from the bottom of the container housing portion 12; and a second water flow 31 which is supplied to the bottoms of the detergent container 7 and the softener container 8, specifically, in the direction of the feet.
The first water flow 30 and the second water flow 31 are water flows that flow in various directions by separating water supplied from the supply port 40 by the rib 33, which is a wall portion provided in the container housing portion 12. Specifically, the bottom of the supply port 40 near the outlet is inclined in the nozzle direction, so that the water flow can travel in the nozzle direction.
When a cleaning treatment liquid such as a detergent is automatically supplied, the cleaning treatment liquid is accumulated in the container for a certain period of time. Since the container is disposed at the upper portion of the casing, heat from the lower portion of the tub or the like is transferred to the container during washing, and the accumulated washing treatment liquid melts or discolors, which may reduce the effect of the washing ability. In order to suppress this, a water flow is formed as described above, and the container and the cleaning treatment liquid in the container are cooled to suppress discoloration and the like.
In the present invention, a water flow path 41 through which water flows from the automatic dispensing unit 13 is provided to supply water to the manual dispensing unit 9. The water flow channel 41 is provided in contact with the container housing portion 12 at the outer bottom portion of the container housing portion 12, and forms the third water flow 32. This further cools the container, and thereby discoloration of the cleaning treatment liquid due to heat can be suppressed.
Next, another structure for suppressing the influence of the heat on the cleaning treatment liquid will be described with reference to fig. 11.
As shown in fig. 11, a heat insulating plate 36 for shielding heat is provided between the container housing portion 12 and the outer tub 20. Specifically, the description will be given with reference to fig. 12 and 13.
Fig. 12 is a front view of container housing 12 as viewed from the front of the washing machine and a bottom view of container housing 12 as viewed from the bottom of the washing machine (bottom view).
The bottom of the container housing portion 12 includes, as a heat insulating portion: a heat shield 36 for shielding heat from the outer tub 20 side; and a stay 35 provided in the left-right direction as a reinforcing member of the casing 1, and the shield plate 36 and the stay 36 shield heat from the outer tub 20 side to suppress influence of the heat on the washing treatment liquid.
The heat insulating range of the heat insulating plate 36 is set as a second heat insulating region 36b, and the heat insulating range of the stay 35 is set as a first heat insulating region 36 a. By these two heat insulating regions, heat is prevented from directly reaching the container housing portion 12, and the influence of heat on the cleaning treatment liquid such as detergent in the container can be reduced.
As described above, the influence of heat on the cleaning treatment liquid can be further suppressed by using both the water flow shown in fig. 8 and the like and the heat insulating portion shown in fig. 11 and the like.
