本发明公开一种电炉冶炼用碳砖及其生产方法,40%~60%的焦炭粒和40%~60%的氧化铁皮;所述碳砖长270‑290mm,宽210‑230mm,厚140‑160mm,重18‑21Kg,密度2.0‑2.2g/m3。将焦炭粒和氧化铁皮,加入粘结剂,经过14‑18r/min混合搅拌后压制成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及电炉冶炼技术领域,尤其涉及一种电炉冶炼用碳砖及其生产方法。
背景技术
电炉炼钢过程中使用常规使用生铁作为增碳剂,但是由于生铁资源短缺,价格昂价,造成电炉冶炼成本居高不下,有必要寻找其它增碳剂来解决配碳问题。现有技术中粉状增碳剂漂浮在钢液表面,增碳效果差,另外用石墨增碳剂相当于冶炼用电极,成本非常高,且这些增碳剂增碳效果一般。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种电炉冶炼用碳砖及其生产方法,实现低成本且增碳效果优。
为了实现发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种电炉冶炼用碳砖,其特征在于成分按质量百分比为:40%~60%的焦炭粒和40%~60%的氧化铁皮;所述碳砖长270-290mm,宽210-230mm,厚140-160mm,重18-21Kg,密度2.0-2.2g/m3
一种电炉冶炼用碳砖的生产方法,其特征在于:将40%~60%的焦炭粒和40%~60%的氧化铁皮,加入粘结剂,经过14-18r/min混合搅拌后压制成型。
所述焦炭粒的粒度范围是1-4mm。
所述粘结剂是水泥。
本发明的有益效果是生产成本低廉,焦炭粒610元/吨,氧化铁皮950元/吨,加入粘结剂搅拌均匀,进行生产制作,制作的碳砖约870元/吨,较生铁2500元/吨比每吨降低成本1630元/吨。满足电炉冶炼所用的含碳量,保证冶炼过程中的去气效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进行说明:
电炉冶炼用碳砖,将质量比50%的焦炭粒和50%的氧化铁皮,加入水泥粘结剂,经过16r/min混合搅拌后压制成型,碳砖长280mm,宽220mm,厚150mm,重20Kg,密度2.1g/m3
焦炭粒的粒度2mm。
满足电炉冶炼所用的含碳量,保证冶炼过程中的去气效果,钢水的终点碳满足材质要求,钢水不过氧化,满足下道工序的冶炼需求。比如25CrMnB钢为例,终点碳平均含碳量为0.06%。

2.一种根据权利要求1所述的电炉冶炼用碳砖的生产方法,其特征在于:将40%~60%的焦炭粒和40%~60%的氧化铁皮,加入粘结剂,经过14-18r/min混合搅拌后压制成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电炉冶炼用碳砖的生产方法,其特征在于:所述焦炭粒的粒度范围是1-4mm。
