Abstract
本发明涉及一种无菌恒湿细菌培养实验箱装置,本发明适用于细菌培养过程中培养皿内部湿度的精确控制,内部实现闭环循环,不与外界接触,降低感染的风险。该实验箱由培养皿舱室、水箱和干燥管舱室、控制舱室组成,实验箱首先在超净工作台上进行杀菌,然后在超净工作台上将实验用细菌培养皿放入实验箱中,最后将整个实验箱放入恒温恒湿箱中。通过安装在培养皿舱室内部的温湿度传感器测得培养皿舱室内部的当前温湿度,控制舱室中的控制单元会根据当前湿度和用户设定的目标湿度进行比较,通过控制与水箱和干燥管舱室连接的气泵来进行加湿或除湿操作,实验过程中湿度变化状况会上传至服务器,操作者通过PC端软件和手机APP实时查询服务器上当前和历史记录的作业状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及细菌培养实验箱设备 ,具体涉及一种无菌,内部气体循环,恒湿细菌培养箱。
背景技术
传统恒温恒湿实验箱内部基本上没有除菌装置,而对于某些细菌培养实验,实验人员在无菌工作台上操作,将细菌放置在培养皿中,培养皿盖上盖子后,使用封口膜将培养皿封闭,保证其内部不受其他细菌干扰。封闭后的培养皿会放置在恒温恒湿箱内进行进一步培养,培养皿内部的温度可由恒温恒湿箱内部的温度控制,而培养皿内部的湿度无法由恒温恒湿箱控制,影响实验结果。若将培养皿不封盖,则会受到恒温恒湿箱内部细菌的交叉污染,同样会影响实验结果,对科研人员的实验进程造成困难。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有细菌培养设备的缺陷、现有细菌培养设备对科研人员造成的困扰,从而提出了一种实现内部无菌,内部气体循环,恒湿细菌培养箱,其可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:一种细菌培养箱,包括箱体外壳,且箱体外壳后方连接有电源线,所述电源线的端头位置连接有三相电源插头,所述箱体外壳前方安装一块显示屏及五个摁键,分别是:开机、关机、湿度调高、湿度调低、确定。所述箱体外壳由三个分隔开的舱室所组成,分别是培养皿舱室、水箱和干燥管舱室、控制舱室,所述培养皿舱室中可同时放入三个培养皿,且培养皿舱室内部装有温湿度传感器,所述水箱和干燥管舱室装有水箱和干燥管,所述控制舱室中装有电源、控制芯片、电机驱动模块、气泵、通信芯片,所述箱体外壳上方有导气管,且水箱和培养皿舱室通过气泵和导气管连接进行加湿,干燥管和培养皿舱室同样通过气泵和导气管连接进行除湿。
所述培养皿舱室与其舱门之间安装有合页,连接部分装有密封条,保证其内部密封,导气管皆通过塑料接头接入,保证培养皿舱室内部是一个密闭循环系统,其不与外部进行接触,以降低感染风险,提高湿度精度,使实验结果更加可靠。
与现有技术相比,本实发明的有益效果是:该细菌培养箱,通过超净工作台的杀菌,其培养皿舱室内部可做到无菌,达到实验要求,通过设置的密封垫圈及开关装置,可增加箱门和箱体外壳的密封性,同时箱门和箱体外壳合上的稳定性也大大增强,一种通过气泵、水箱和干燥管组成的快速恒湿系统,通过传感器得到的数据不断调整培养皿舱室内部的湿度,保证培养皿舱室内部的湿度在目标值附近,并通过显示屏显示培养皿舱室内部实时湿度,并将实验过程中培养皿舱室湿度变化的数值记录,通过通信技术将数据上传至服务器,以便实验人员,维护人员后期查看实验箱工作状态,极大的降低了细菌培养时交叉感染的概率,极大的提高了细菌培养时内部湿度的准确性,极大的促进了实验人员数据的准确性,为科研人员进一步科研奠定坚实基础,整个细菌结构简单,操作方便,使用效果相较传统方式更好。

具体实施方式
步骤1:将该实验箱放置在超净工作台,启动超净工作台的排风、紫光灯,打开实验箱的培养皿舱室,使用酒精棉对培养皿舱室内部进行擦拭,水箱内倒入蒸馏水,对导气管进行充分杀菌;步骤2:在超净工作台中,实验培养皿制作完毕后,将培养皿放入培养皿舱室,关闭培养皿舱室舱门,将整套设备搬离超净工作台;步骤3:将实验箱放入普通恒温恒湿箱中,电源插头插在培养箱内部的电源接口;步骤4:通过摁动开机摁键,启动实验箱控制单元,显示屏显示当前培养皿舱室中的湿度,实验人员可通过湿度调高、调低两个摁键选择目标湿度,摁下确定摁键,控制单元即可按照既定程序开始工作,并通过实验箱侧方的天线将实验过程中的湿度数据上传至服务器存储。
Claims (5)
1.一种无菌恒湿细菌培养实验箱装置,其主要特征是:内部无菌,内部气体闭环循环,恒湿细菌培养箱装置;主要包括箱体外壳(1)后方连接有电源线(15),电源线(15)端头位置连接有电源插头(14),箱体外壳前方安装有显示屏(12)、五个摁键(13)和无线通信天线(11),箱体内部分别由培养皿舱室(3)、水箱和干燥管舱室(7)、控制舱室(9)组成,所述培养皿舱室(3)与培养皿舱室舱门(2)之间用合页连接,连接部分装有密封条,舱门(2)装有温湿度传感器(6)、塑料接头(4),所述水箱和干燥管舱室装有水箱(10)和干燥管(8),水箱(10)和干燥管(8)通过导气管(5)插在塑料接头(4)与培养皿舱室(3)连接,所述控制舱室(9)装有控制单元(17)、电源(18)、气泵1(16)和气泵2(19),控制单元(17)同时与电源(18)、温湿度传感器(6)、气泵1(16)、气泵2(19)、显示屏(12)、无线通信天线(11)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1 所述培养皿舱室舱门(2)和箱体外壳(1)之间用合页连接,连接部分装有密封条,导气管(5)通过塑料接头(4)接入,培养皿舱室内部是一个密闭循环湿度控制系统,其不与外界接触,以降低感染风险,提高湿度精度,使实验结果更加可靠。
3.根据权利要求1 所述温湿度传感器(6)安装在培养皿舱室(3),监测培养皿舱室(3)内部的实时温湿度,将采集到的温湿度数据传输至控制单元(17),控制单元(17)依据分析温湿度传感器(6)传回的数据,判断培养皿舱室(3)内部情况,进行加湿或除湿操作。
4.根据权利要求1所述控制单元(17)由恒温恒湿箱内部提供电源支持,接收温湿度传感器(6)测得当前培养皿舱室(3)数值,培养皿舱室(3)当前数值在显示屏(12)显示,用户通过摁键(13)设定目标值,控制单元(17)将当前值与目标值进行比较,控制气泵1(16)或气泵2(19)对培养皿舱室进行加湿或除湿操作,实验产生的数据通过无线通信天线(11)上传至服务器。
5.所述的一种智能打捆机作业数据监测装置,其步骤包括:
步骤1:将该实验箱放置在超净工作台,启动超净工作台的排风、紫光灯,打开实验箱(1)的培养皿舱室舱门(2),使用酒精棉对培养皿舱室(3)内部和水箱(10)内部进行擦拭,水箱(10)内倒入蒸馏水,对导气管(5)进行充分杀菌;
步骤2:在超净工作台中,实验培养皿制作完毕后,将培养皿放入培养皿舱室(3),关闭培养皿舱室舱门(2),将整套设备搬离超净工作台;
步骤3:将实验箱放入普通恒温恒湿箱中,电源插头(14)插在培养箱内部的电源接口;
步骤4:通过摁动摁键(13),启动实验箱控制单元(17),显示屏(12)显示当前培养皿舱室中的湿度,实验人员可通过湿度调高、调低两个摁键选择目标湿度,摁下确定摁键,控制单元(17)即可按照既定程序开始工作,并通过实验箱侧方的无线通信天线(11)将实验过程中的湿度数据上传至服务器中存储。
