Abstract

The invention also relates to a preparation method of the foam adhesive tape for the lithium battery, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) accurately weighing the raw materials, and preparing the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive by adopting a solution polymerization process;
2) adding the thermal expansion microspheres into the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive according to the optimal proportion, stirring at the speed of 400-800rpm for 1h, and uniformly mixing, adding the cross-linking agent according to the proportion, stirring at the speed of 400-800rpm for 1h, and uniformly mixing;
3) placing the PE/PET composite base material in an unreeling unit of a solvent type heating coating machine, wherein the dyne value of a PET surface is more than 48, gluing and coating the PET surface, drying the PET surface through a drying channel at the drying temperature of 30-50 ℃ for 20min, and compounding a double-sided PET release film to obtain a finished product;
4) the finished product is coiled and then needs to be stored in a cold storage at the temperature of 2-8 ℃.
