Abstract
The invention discloses a scratch-resistant easy-to-wipe flame-retardant polypropylene composition for a converter; the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of copolymerized polypropylene; 40-60 parts of homopolymerized polypropylene; 10-15 parts of 2, 4, 6-tribromophenyl methyl heptenoic acid ester; sb2O3: 3-5 parts; 2-3 parts of boron-doped heteroatom polysiloxane; 2-5 parts of low-polymerization degree polysiloxane. According to the invention, the problem that the flame retardance is influenced by the higher degradation rate of polysiloxane in the acid environment of the flame retardant is solved through the selection of specific raw materials, and the problems of easy wiping and scratch resistance of soft clean articles of a polypropylene material are realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a scratch-resistant easy-to-wipe flame-retardant polypropylene composition for a converter, belonging to the field of composite materials.
Background
The power converter is an electrical accessory which is used more in daily life, and has large production capacity and multiple application scenes, and the number of the power converter can reach 2 to 3 hundred million each year. With the improvement of living standard of people, the application requirements under special scenes are gradually subdivided, for example, scenes with more oil stains such as kitchens and the like or scenes with more dust, users not only require basic requirements such as flame retardance, heat resistance, convenient use and the like, but also gradually become one of the key indexes concerned due to easy wiping and cleaning by using a cleaning cloth. The soft cleaning product is easy to clean, and the surface appearance of the material is required to be not influenced, so that the material is required to have certain scratch resistance, and scratch and flower caused by scratch stress are reduced as much as possible.
Polysiloxanes or silicones are commonly used as scratch resistance aids for applications in automotive or electrical scratch resistance applications due to their lubricating effect. The problem of compatibility of polysiloxanes with PP is often to increase the migration resistance by increasing the carbon chain length, such as with long chain alkyl polysiloxanes. However, the long carbon chain alkyl has lower silicon-carbon bond energy, and when the long carbon chain alkyl is applied to flame retardant PP, the acidic catalysis of the flame retardant and the lower bond energy of the flame retardant are easy to dissociate to generate easily combustible alkanes, so that the flame retardant is ineffective or the flame retardant is added in multiple times, and finally the cost is increased, even the flame retardant can not meet the requirement. If the flame retardant property is satisfied, the corresponding scratch-resistant effect cannot be achieved if the addition amount of siloxane is reduced.

The invention aims to provide a scratch-resistant easy-to-wipe flame-retardant polypropylene composition for a converter.
The invention adopts the mutual matching of hetero-atom high-polymerization degree hetero-dimethyl siloxane and oligo-polymerization degree dimethyl siloxane, solves the problems of contradiction, and the methyl filling of the substituent group on the silicon atom has better stability compared with the long carbon chain alkyl group. In addition, through the control of relative molecular mass, the molecular chain of the heteroatom polysiloxane with high polymerization degree is longer, the entanglement property of main chain molecules and a matrix and the bonding property of the main chain molecules and the matrix are improved, and the influence of the wiping process on the surface of the material after the low polymerization degree siloxane is separated out and is partially wiped and cleaned is avoided. Meanwhile, heteroatom doping on the Si-O-Si main chain greatly improves the thermal stability of the main chain and the stability of acid catalysis, and the combination of the two solves the problem of flame retardance reduction existing at present. Migration and precipitation of the low-polymerization-degree polydimethylsiloxane and the flame retardant promote the surface to form an oleophobic layer with high polarity and low surface tension, so that penetration of stains, oil stains and the like to polypropylene is avoided, and the easy-to-wipe cleaning property of the material after being polluted by oil stains and dust is greatly enhanced. And the scraping protection provided by the heteroatom polydimethylsiloxane with high polymerization degree is added, so that the functions of oleophobic property, scraping resistance and flame retardance are realized.

Meanwhile, substances enriched on the surface can be kept for a long time, and the flame retardant has a certain oleophobic effect due to the polarity of bromine.
Further, the melt index of the polypropylene copolymer is 5-10g/10min (235 ℃ C. 2.16Kg), and the notch impact strength is 10-12KJ/m2。
Further, the melt index of the homopolymerized polypropylene is 10-15g/10min (235 ℃ C. 2.16Kg), and the notch impact strength is 2-4KJ/m2. The homopolymerized polypropylene has better heat resistance, and meets the requirement of 125 ℃ heat-resistant ball pressure by matching with the copolymerized polypropylene according to a certain proportion.
In the present invention, boron-doped hetero-atom polysiloxanem and n are the proportion of relevant components in the main chain segment.
Furthermore, in the boron-doped heteroatom polysiloxane, the proportion of the SI-O-B main chain component in the SI-O-SI main chain is 15-20%. The inventor finds that the proportion of the main chain component SI-O-B in the main chain SI-O-SI is 15-20%, which can greatly improve the heat resistance of the main chain of polysiloxane and simultaneously reduce the speed of decomposing combustible substances by bromine attacking silicon-carbon bond during combustion.

1) under the condition of meeting key indexes such as flame retardance, heat resistance and the like, the easy-to-wipe and easy-to-clean characteristic of the soft-resistant material is obviously improved, and the wiping clean frequency is obviously reduced;
2) the material has the advantages that the probability of obvious scratch in the production of hard-resistant materials is reduced under the condition that the material meets key indexes such as flame retardance, heat resistance and the like;
3) on the basis of realizing soft and hard cleaning resistance, the material can meet the corresponding 770 ℃ requirement of a glow wire.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications can be made by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.
In the following examples and comparative examples, the polypropylene copolymer (PP1) was made of Korea in K8009; the homo-polypropylene (PP2) is selected from HC 9012D.
Examples 1 to 3
Examples 1 to 3 each relate to a scratch-resistant easy-to-clean polypropylene composition suitable for a converter, comprising each component shown in table 1.
Uniformly mixing the components according to the following table 1, discharging, and then extruding and granulating by using a double-screw extruder to obtain a composite material; wherein the processing temperature of the screw extruder is 160 ℃ and 170 ℃, the specific temperature setting is shown in Table 2, and the screw revolution is 30 HZ.
Comparative examples 1 to 2
Comparative examples 1 to 2 each relate to a polypropylene composition including the components shown in table 1.
Uniformly mixing the components according to the following table 1, discharging, and then extruding and granulating by using a double-screw extruder to obtain a composite material; wherein the processing temperature of the screw extruder is 160 ℃ and 170 ℃, the specific temperature setting is shown in Table 2, and the screw revolution is 30 HZ.
The polypropylene compositions of the above examples and comparative examples were subjected to a performance test,
the oil stain cleaning frequency is the cleaning frequency of a soft cleaning cloth under the same stain condition, the ball pressure test is performed according to GB/T5169-21125 ℃, the test is performed for 1h, the glow wire is performed according to GB/T5169.10/12-2013, the flame retardance is performed according to UL94, and the scratch resistance is performed according to a cross-scraping method.
The performance test results are shown in table 1; as can be seen from Table 1, the polysiloxanes used in the present invention have good heat stability, less effect on flame retardancy and glow wire, and less flame retardant or polysiloxane auxiliary can be added under the same conditions. Meanwhile, the invention has good scratch resistance and easy wiping property, and the cleaning frequency is reduced. The glowing filament, the flame retardance, the heat-resistant ball indentation and other key indexes meet the normal use requirements of the corresponding industry.
