Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of a monitoring device for preventing the idle running of an elevator provided by the invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment 1 provides a monitoring method for preventing an elevator from idling. Whether the elevator runs in the empty mode or not is judged, and if the elevator runs in the empty mode, the elevator is controlled to stop running and stop at the current floor, so that the loss of electric energy is reduced, the running times of the elevator are reduced, and the running life of the elevator is prolonged. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s110: judging whether the elevator carries people or not;
s120: when the elevator is not loaded with people, judging whether the elevator runs empty or not;
s130: and if the elevator runs in the idle running mode, controlling the elevator not to run.
In this embodiment, step S110 includes:
s111: acquiring gravity information in an elevator;
s112: comparing the gravity information with preset gravity information;
s113: if the gravity information is less than the preset gravity information, the elevator is not loaded with people;
s114: and if the gravity information is greater than or equal to the preset gravity information, the elevator carries people and operates normally.
In this embodiment, the preset gravity information is a sum of gravity and an error value when the elevator is empty; wherein the error value is between 0-2 KG. Detect gravity information through gravity sensor to judge whether manned elevator, for detecting through the camera, the electric energy of gravity information's detection consumption is still less, and gravity information's data transmission speed is faster than the data transmission speed of camera simultaneously, because the elevator all takes gravity sensor certainly, consequently need not additionally to increase the sensor and judge, is convenient for carry out control system's change to old elevator.
In this embodiment, step S120 includes:
s121: obtaining an elevator internal control signal of an internal key;
s122: obtaining an elevator external control signal of an external key;
s123: and judging whether the elevator runs empty or not according to the internal control signal and the external control signal.
In this embodiment, step S123 includes:
s1231: if the internal control signal exists and no external control signal exists, the elevator runs in an idle state;
s1232: if the internal control signal and the external control signal exist, controlling the elevator to operate according to the external control signal;
s1233: if no internal control signal exists, the elevator is controlled to operate according to the external control signal. Whether the elevator runs empty is judged through the existing external keys, so that the monitoring method for preventing the elevator from running empty provided by the invention can be conveniently updated on the old elevator, additional components are not required, and the system updating cost of the elevator is reduced.
In this embodiment, step S123 includes:
s1230: judging whether the external control signal is a valid control signal; if the external control signal is not a valid control signal, determining that no external control signal exists; if the external control signal is a valid control signal, it is determined that there is an external control signal. By detecting whether the external control signal is an effective control signal or not, the probability of the idle running of the elevator is reduced when passengers touch the elevator by mistake or do not need to take the elevator.
The method for judging whether the external control signal is an effective control signal comprises the following steps: monitoring human body data in an effective area of a floor elevator door represented by an external control signal; if the human body data disappear within the preset time, the external control signal is not an effective control signal; if the human body data does not disappear within the preset time, the external control signal is an effective control signal. The human body data may be detected by, but not limited to, an infrared sensor, a gravity sensor, a thermal imaging sensor, and the like.
In this embodiment, the monitoring method for preventing the elevator from idling further includes:
s140: and if the number of the elevators controlled by the same elevator control system to operate is more than 1 and one of the elevators operates in the idle state, controlling the other elevator to operate.
Through step S140, the effective operation of the elevator is ensured when the passenger selects the elevator to take, and the elevator taking experience of the passenger is ensured.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a monitoring device for preventing an elevator from idle running, including: the manned judgment module is suitable for judging whether the elevator is manned or not; the idle running judging module is suitable for judging whether the elevator runs idle or not when the elevator is not loaded with people; and the first execution module is suitable for controlling the elevator not to run if the elevator runs empty.
In this embodiment, the monitoring device for preventing the elevator from idling further includes:
and the second execution module is suitable for controlling the other elevator to work when the number of the elevators controlled by the same elevator control system to run is more than 1 and one of the elevators runs in the idle running state. When guaranteeing that the passenger selects the elevator to take, the effective operation of elevator guarantees that the passenger's elevator takes experience.
In conclusion, the invention provides a monitoring method and a monitoring device for preventing the elevator from idle running. The monitoring method for preventing the elevator from idle running comprises the following steps: judging whether the elevator carries people or not; when the elevator is not loaded with people, judging whether the elevator runs empty or not; and if the elevator runs in the idle running mode, controlling the elevator not to run.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
