A cutting device for a bamboo furniture packaging buffering foam pad is characterized by comprising a foam pad body, a coiling roller, a first feeding compression roller assembly, a second feeding compression roller assembly, a longitudinal cutting assembly, a transverse cutting assembly and a platform;
the foam pad body is coiled on the coiling roller; the first feeding press roller is positioned in front of the discharging direction of the coiling roller; the longitudinal cutting assembly is positioned in front of the first feeding pressing roller, the second feeding pressing roller assembly is positioned in front of the longitudinal cutting assembly, the transverse cutting assembly is positioned in front of the second feeding pressing roller assembly, and the platform is arranged in front of the second feeding pressing roller assembly;
the longitudinal cutting assembly comprises a base, a vertical cylinder, a first support frame and a plurality of longitudinal cutters, wherein a cylinder body of the vertical cylinder is fixed on the base, the support frame is a cross rod, the first support frame is connected to a piston rod of the vertical cylinder, the longitudinal cutters are fixed on the first support frame, the intervals among the longitudinal cutters are the same, and the cutting edges of the longitudinal cutters face the rear direction;
the transverse cutting assembly comprises a second support frame, a first lead screw, a first sliding block, a first guide rail and a transverse cutter, the first guide rail is horizontally connected to the second support frame, the first guide rail is perpendicular to the discharging direction of the winding roller, the first lead screw is connected to the second support frame, the first lead screw is parallel to the first guide rail, the first sliding block is connected to the first guide rail in a sliding mode, the first sliding block is connected to the first lead screw through a first nut, and the transverse cutter is fixed to the first sliding block.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first feeding roller assembly comprises a first holder, a first upper roller and a first lower roller;
two ends of the first lower pressing roller are rotatably fixed on the first fixing frame;
the first upper compression roller is located right above the first lower compression roller, a second nut in the vertical direction and a second guide rail in the vertical direction are arranged on the first fixing frame, the two ends of the first upper compression roller are respectively connected with a second slider, the second slider is connected to the second guide rail in a sliding mode, the second nut is in threaded connection with a second lead screw in the vertical direction, a first spring is sleeved at the middle of the second lead screw, the upper end of the first spring is connected to the lower end of the second nut, and the lower end of the first spring is connected to the upper portion of the second slider.

The cutting device for the bamboo furniture packaging buffering foam pad as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first fixing frame is further provided with a first hook, the upper end of the first hook is connected to the upper portion of the first fixing frame, and the lower end of the first hook is provided with a first lifting hook for lifting the end portion of the first upper pressing roller.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first holder includes a first gate bracket consisting of two first vertical posts and a first cross brace, the number of the second guide rails is two, the two second guide rails are respectively disposed at inner sides of the two first vertical posts, and the second nut is fixed to the first cross brace.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second feeding roller assembly comprises a second holder, a second upper roller, and a second lower roller;
two ends of the second lower pressing roller are rotatably fixed on the second fixing frame;
the second upper press roller is located right above the second lower press roller, a third nut in the vertical direction and a third guide rail in the vertical direction are arranged on the second fixing frame, third sliders are connected to the two ends of the second upper press roller respectively, the third sliders are connected to the third guide rail in a sliding mode, third screw threads are connected to third screw rods in the vertical direction, a second spring is sleeved in the middle of each third screw rod, the upper end of the second spring is connected to the lower end of the third nut, and the lower end of the second spring is connected to the upper portion of the third slider.

The slicing device for the bamboo furniture packing cushion foam pad as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second fixing frame is further provided with a second hook, the upper end of the second hook is connected to the upper portion of the second fixing frame, and the lower end of the second hook is provided with a second hook for lifting the end portion of the second upper pressing roller.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second holder comprises a second gate bracket consisting of two second posts and a second cross brace, the number of the third rails is two, the two third rails are respectively disposed at inner sides of the two second posts, and the third nut is fixed to the second cross brace.
8. The slicing device for the bamboo furniture packing cushion foam pad as claimed in claim 2, wherein a hand wheel is connected to an upper end of the second screw rod.
9. The slicing device for the bamboo furniture packing cushion foam pad as claimed in claim 5, wherein a handwheel is connected to the upper end of the third screw rod.
