Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of airborne system testing and ground testing, and particularly relates to a multipurpose airplane wheel speed signal simulation system, which comprises a control display unit, a D/A digital voltage conversion unit, a V/F voltage frequency conversion unit and a signal shaping output unit; the control display unit is used as analog input of the model of the airplane wheel speed sensor and the size of a wheel speed signal, controls the D/A digital voltage conversion unit to carry out digital/voltage conversion and outputs a direct current voltage signal; then inputting the voltage and frequency conversion unit to convert and outputting a frequency signal; and finally, sending the signal output by the V/F voltage frequency conversion unit into a signal shaping output unit, and adjusting and outputting a wheel speed analog signal by the unit according to the signal output characteristic of the airplane wheel speed sensor. The invention can flexibly configure the magnitude of the simulated wheel speed and the characteristics of the output signal according to the test requirements; the system has the advantages of simple structure, flexible configuration, convenient use and operation and higher popularization and application values.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of airborne system testing and ground testing, and particularly relates to a multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system and a multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation method.
Background
The multipurpose airplane wheel speed signal is an important input signal of a system for brake control and monitoring of an onboard brake system in the airplane sliding stage, is also an important input signal essential for work such as finished product internal field detection, onboard ground test and the like of the airplane brake system, and mainly comes from an onboard wheel speed sensor. The wheel speed signal is mainly embodied as a frequency signal proportional to the rotating speed of the wheel, and according to the general output characteristics of various wheel speed sensor signals, the waveform of the wheel speed signal is mostly square wave or sine wave.
At present, in the work of in-situ detection of finished products of an aircraft brake system and ground test on the aircraft, the wheel speed signal input generally adopts a wheel speed sensor for physical test, a mechanical driving device is used for driving a rotating wheel speed sensor (or an aircraft wheel), and the mode of directly providing an output signal by the wheel speed sensor is realized. The main problems of complex structure, inconvenient use and operation, low working efficiency and the like of the driving device exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to more simply and conveniently obtain airplane wheel speed signals required by the work of inner field detection, onboard ground test and the like of a finished airplane brake system and reduce the ground test work, a multipurpose airplane wheel speed signal simulation system is provided.
The technical scheme is as follows: the invention discloses a multipurpose airplane wheel speed signal simulation system, which is mainly designed to form a wheel speed signal simulation device capable of flexibly changing the wheel speed and the signal output state according to the model of an airborne wheel speed sensor and the signal output characteristic by adopting a control display unit, a D/A digital voltage conversion unit, a V/F voltage frequency conversion unit and a signal shaping output unit module. The wheel speed sensor is connected with a brake system instead of an onboard wheel speed sensor, and can provide flexible and universal wheel speed analog signals for finished product inner field detection, onboard ground test and the like of the aircraft brake system. The multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system has the advantages that the structure is simple, the configuration is flexible, the use and the operation are convenient, the multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system can be suitable for application in different working environments, and the multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system has obvious effects on improving related test technologies and working efficiency.
In the simulation system provided by the invention:
1. the control display unit (1) and the control D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) perform digital/voltage conversion and output direct current voltage signals in proportion to the analog magnitude of wheel speed signals;
2. controlling a D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) to perform digital/voltage conversion on airplane wheel speed signals, and outputting direct current voltage signals in proportion to the input magnitude of the wheel speed analog signals;
the direct current voltage signal output by the D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) is input to a V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) for voltage/frequency conversion, and a frequency signal proportional to the voltage is output;
4. sending the signal output by the V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) into a signal shaping output unit (4), adjusting the signal shaping output unit (4) according to the signal output characteristic of an airplane wheel speed sensor, and outputting a required wheel speed analog signal;
5, feeding back the signal output by the V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) to the control display unit (1) to monitor and adjust the parameters of the wheel speed analog signal;
6. meanwhile, the control display unit (1) controls the signal shaping output unit (4) according to the input simulated model of the airplane wheel speed sensor, so that the simulation of the signal characteristics output by different models of the airplane wheel speed sensor is realized;
7. the output interface of the signal shaping output unit (4) in the multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system replaces an onboard wheel speed sensor (5) to be connected to a brake controller (6), so that a wheel speed simulation signal which is required by a test and used for simulating the operation of the onboard wheel speed sensor (5) can be provided.
Preferably, the storage module stores application software of an airplane wheel speed signal simulation system, and the application software has instructions of airplane sensor model selection presetting, wheel speed simulation data size and range presetting, wheel speed signal simulation starting, pausing, stopping and the like; the display function of the analog input model and the wheel speed signal size parameter of the airplane wheel speed sensor is provided; the device has the functions of wheel speed signal output simulation size and waveform state display; the accurate control of the wheel speed analog signal can be realized according to the signal feedback; the simulation of different signal output characteristics can be realized by adjusting and controlling the characteristics of wheel speed signal analog output according to the model of the input airplane wheel speed sensor.
The invention discloses a multipurpose airplane wheel speed signal simulation system, which mainly has the following technical effects:
1) the analog output of various wheel speed sensor signals can be realized;
2) the size of the simulated wheel speed and the characteristics of the output signal can be flexibly configured according to the test requirements;

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
1. As shown in fig. 1, a multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system includes: the wheel speed signal simulation device is designed and composed of a control display unit (1), a D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2), a V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) and a signal shaping output unit (4).
2. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system provided by the invention has the following specific working principle:
a) the control display unit (1) and the control D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) perform digital/voltage conversion and output direct current voltage signals in proportion to the analog magnitude of wheel speed signals;
b) controlling a D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) to perform digital/voltage conversion on airplane wheel speed signals, and outputting direct current voltage signals in proportion to the input magnitude of the wheel speed analog signals;
c) the direct current voltage signal output by the D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) is input to a V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) for voltage/frequency conversion, and a frequency signal proportional to the voltage is output;
d) sending the signal output by the V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) into a signal shaping output unit (4), adjusting the signal shaping output unit (4) according to the signal output characteristic of an airplane wheel speed sensor, and outputting a required wheel speed analog signal;
e) the signals output by the V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) are simultaneously fed back to the control display unit (1) to monitor and adjust the parameters of the wheel speed analog signals;
f) meanwhile, the control display unit (1) controls the signal shaping output unit (4) according to the input simulated model of the airplane wheel speed sensor, so that the simulation of the signal characteristics output by different models of the airplane wheel speed sensor is realized.
In the practical implementation process of the multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system, the control display unit (1) is provided with a liquid crystal display screen and a storage module; the storage module is a readable and writable storage module, which stores model characteristic parameters of known aircraft wheel speed sensors and can record a control process. This makes the analog system more flexible and changeable, and the adaptability is stronger.
On the basis of the simulation system, a multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation method is also implemented, the method presets and stores the model characteristic parameters of the known aircraft wheel speed sensor in advance, and selects control operation according to the preset and stored model of the wheel speed sensor to realize the simulation output of the corresponding wheel speed signal; the specific execution process of the control operation comprises the following steps: selecting a wheel speed sensor simulation model from the preset and stored known airplane wheel speed sensor models, adjusting the size and range of the simulation wheel speed, operating and starting wheel speed signal simulation output, and displaying the wheel speed signal parameters and waveforms of the simulation output by a software system.
It should be noted that the control method can be executed by control instructions stored in a computer-readable storage medium, which when executed, are used to implement the simulation control method. The method is implemented by adopting computer control instructions, so that errors in the manual operation process can be effectively prevented.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the simulation system provided by the present invention for providing an output signal of an onboard wheel speed sensor in an onboard field test of an onboard brake controller and an onboard ground test of a brake system.
g) The output interface of the signal shaping output unit (4) in the multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system replaces an onboard wheel speed sensor (5) to be connected to a brake controller (6), so that a wheel speed simulation signal which is required by a test and used for simulating the operation of the onboard wheel speed sensor (5) can be provided.
The structure and connection relation of the related functional units of the method only represent the preferred technical scheme of the invention, and the possible changes of some parts of the structure and connection relation represent the principle of the invention, and belong to the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. Multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal analog system, its characterized in that: the analog system consists of a control display unit (1), a D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2), a V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) and a signal shaping output unit (4); the control display unit (1) is used as the input of an airplane wheel speed sensor and signal size simulation, controls the D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) to carry out digital/voltage conversion on an airplane wheel speed signal, and outputs a direct current voltage signal in proportion to the input size of the wheel speed simulation signal; the direct current voltage signal output by the D/A digital voltage conversion unit (2) is input to a V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) for voltage/frequency conversion, and a frequency signal proportional to the voltage is output; and then, the signal output by the V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) is sent to a signal shaping output unit (4), and the signal shaping output unit (4) adjusts according to the signal output characteristic of the airplane wheel speed sensor and outputs a required wheel speed analog signal.

The multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system of claim 1, wherein: the signals output by the V/F voltage frequency conversion unit (3) are simultaneously fed back to the control display unit (1) to monitor and adjust the parameters of the wheel speed analog signals; the control display unit (1) controls the signal shaping output unit (4) according to the input simulated model of the airplane wheel speed sensor, so that the simulation of the signal characteristics output by different models of the airplane wheel speed sensor is realized.
3. The multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system of claim 1, wherein: the control display unit (1) is provided with a liquid crystal display screen and a storage module.
4. The multipurpose aircraft wheel speed signal simulation system of claim 3, wherein: the storage module is a readable and writable storage module, which stores the model characteristic parameters of the known aircraft wheel speed sensor and can record the control process.

The method of claim 6, wherein the wheel speed signal is generated by a wheel speed signal generator, the wheel speed signal generator comprising: the specific execution process of the control operation comprises the following steps: selecting a wheel speed sensor simulation model, adjusting the magnitude and range of a simulation wheel speed, and starting, pausing and stopping the simulation output of a wheel speed signal; selecting simulated wheel speed sensor model characteristic parameters, simulated input and output state parameters of wheel speed signals and signal output waveforms; and realizing the analog output function of the corresponding wheel speed signal according to the parameter characteristics of the known airplane wheel speed sensor model.

The method of claim 6, wherein the wheel speed signal is generated by a wheel speed signal generator, the wheel speed signal generator comprising: the model characteristic parameters of the airplane wheel speed sensor at least comprise signal output waveform, amplitude, impedance, rotating speed range, resolution and precision.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for implementing the method of any one of claims 6-8 when executed.
