When the driver places both hands at the sweat sensor 14 and heart rate sensor 15, the sweat sensor 14 and heart rate sensor 15 can detect information about the driver. However, the steering wheel 1 cannot monitor the state of the driver when the driver places both hands at other positions of the steering wheel. In addition, the driving habits of different drivers are different, the positions of the drivers for gripping the steering wheel are different, the steering wheel 1 cannot meet the requirements of different drivers, and the universality is poor. and a control processing portion, which is connected in communication with the contact detecting portion 24 and the state monitoring portion 25, for controlling the state monitoring portion to move to a position where the driver grips the steering wheel.

In this embodiment, the motor can drive the gear 2522 to rotate, and the output shaft of the motor can be fixedly connected to the center of the gear 2522. The photoelectric heart rate sensor 2511, the infrared body temperature sensor 2512 and the photoelectric blood pressure sensor 2513 are all non-contact sensors, and the parameters of the heart rate, the body temperature, the blood pressure and the like of a driver can be measured without contacting with a human body in the measurement process. In this embodiment, the monitoring steering wheel 7 CAN monitor various body parameters of the driver in real time without making any requirement on the driving posture of the driver, and send data to the vehicle-mounted device system through the CAN bus 77.
The present invention also provides an automobile comprising: the vehicle machine system is arranged on the vehicle center console; the monitoring steering wheel is in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted machine system and is used for sending the state of a driver monitored by the monitoring steering wheel to the vehicle-mounted machine system.
In the prior art, most of detection methods and devices for the state of a driver have more restrictions on users, and currently, commonly used detection devices include:
steering wheel detection, in which a sensor needs to be exposed on a steering wheel and a user needs to directly touch the sensor to perform detection; the position of the sensor is fixed, a user can only grasp the sensor in real time to detect, the requirement on the driving action of the user is high, and the driving comfort level is reduced;
the detection method comprises the following steps that auxiliary detection is performed on a bracelet, a ring and the like, a driver is required to wear auxiliary monitoring equipment such as the bracelet, the ring and the like, and the auxiliary monitoring equipment can detect data such as blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and the like only by directly contacting the skin; the auxiliary detection equipment has low utilization rate when a driver does not drive, causes certain burden to the driver, and can cause complex operation if the driver enters the vehicle and wears the vehicle, thereby increasing the driving complexity.
Compared with the prior art, the monitoring steering wheel can monitor body related data of the driver in the driving process without specifying the position of the driver holding the steering wheel and additional auxiliary detection equipment;
the monitoring steering wheel adopts a non-contact photoelectric sensor to detect the state information of a driver, so that the non-inductive monitoring can be really realized;
the monitoring steering wheel can send relevant state information of a driver to the vehicle-mounted machine system for multiple applications; the state information can be used for analyzing the physical health parameters and/or emotion of the driver, and subsequent service recommendation or driving habit suggestion and the like can be developed on the basis of the state information;
according to the monitoring steering wheel, for a driver who is used to install a steering wheel sleeve on the steering wheel, the driver state information can be monitored only by arranging the transparent area with the width of about 2cm at the opening position of the groove of the rim, and more choices are provided for a vehicle owner to personalize the vehicle.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. A monitoring steering wheel, comprising:
a center seat;
a rim, on which a groove is arranged;
the spoke is respectively connected with the central seat and the rim;
a contact detection portion provided on a surface of the rim for detecting a position where a driver grips a steering wheel;
the state monitoring part is arranged in the groove, can move relative to the rim and is used for monitoring the state of a driver;
the control processing part is in communication connection with the contact detection part and the state monitoring part and is used for controlling the state monitoring part to move to a position where a driver grasps a steering wheel;
wherein the state monitoring section includes: the sensor is arranged in the groove and used for monitoring the state of a driver; the movement supporting piece is arranged in the groove, is in communication connection with the control processing part and is used for fixing the sensor and driving the state monitoring part to move; and
teeth are arranged on the inner side of the groove; the motion support comprises: the supporting body is arranged in the groove and is fixedly connected with the sensor; the gear is arranged on the supporting body and is meshed with the teeth on the inner side of the groove; and the motor is arranged on the support body, is in communication connection with the control processing part and drives the gear to rotate through an output shaft.
2. The monitoring steering wheel of claim 1, wherein the sensor comprises:
the photoelectric heart rate sensor is in communication connection with the control processing part and is used for monitoring the heart rate of the driver;
the infrared body temperature sensor is in communication connection with the control processing part and is used for monitoring the body temperature of the driver;
and the photoelectric blood pressure sensor is in communication connection with the control processing part and is used for monitoring the blood pressure of the driver.
3. The monitoring steering wheel of claim 2, wherein:
the photoelectric heart rate sensor, the infrared body temperature sensor and the photoelectric blood pressure sensor sequentially monitor the state information of a driver in a time slice rotation mode.
4. The monitoring steering wheel of claim 1, wherein: the contact detection part comprises a plurality of pressure sensors distributed at different positions on the surface of the rim.
5. The monitoring steering wheel according to claim 1, wherein the contact detection portion includes:
the base plate covers the surface of the rim;
the first conductive wire layer is arranged on the surface of the substrate;
the first isolating layer covers the surface of the first conductive silk layer;
the second conductive wire layer is arranged on the surface of the first isolation layer;
the second isolating layer covers the surface of the second conductive silk layer;
and the protective layer covers the surface of the second isolation layer.
6. The monitoring steering wheel according to claim 1, wherein the contact detection portion includes:
the base plate covers the surface of the rim;
the first ITO layer covers the surface of the substrate;
the second ITO layer is positioned on one side, far away from the substrate, of the first ITO layer; the second ITO layer is separated from the first ITO layer;
the polyester film layer covers the surface of the second ITO layer; when a driver grabs the steering wheel, the polyester film layer at the corresponding position deforms downwards and the second ITO layer is in contact with the first ITO layer.
7. The monitoring steering wheel of claim 1, further comprising:
the transparent cover is arranged at the opening of the groove and used for sealing the groove;
the communication part is connected with the control processing part and is used for realizing the communication between the state monitoring part and external equipment;
and the warning part is connected with the control processing part and is used for sending warning information when the state monitoring part monitors that the state of the driver is abnormal.
8. An automobile, characterized in that the automobile comprises:
the vehicle machine system is arranged on the vehicle center console;
the monitoring steering wheel of any of claims 1-7, communicatively coupled to the in-vehicle system, configured to send a driver state monitored by the monitoring steering wheel to the in-vehicle system.
