When the positioning columns are inserted into the profiling positioning holes, the top ends of the positioning columns are flush with the table top, in order to facilitate taking of the positioning columns in the operation process, the top surfaces of the supporting plates are downwards sunken to form mounting grooves, and the profiling positioning holes are formed in the bottom walls of the mounting grooves.
In order to further facilitate the unloading, the lower end of the positioning column is exposed below the supporting plate under the state that the positioning column is inserted into the profiling positioning hole. After the pretightening force between the positioning column and the profiling positioning hole is eliminated, the positioning column is pushed upwards by the lower part of the supporting plate to eject the positioning column out of the profiling positioning hole, and then the assembled sound box sealing cover is taken down.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: because the cross section of the upper portion of the positioning column is non-circular, when a screw is driven into the mounting blind hole in the positioning column, pretightening force can be generated between the positioning column and the profiling positioning hole, so that the positioning column is clamped in the profiling positioning hole, and the sound box sealing cover after the screw is driven cannot be taken down from the tool. The top surfaces of the two supporting plates form a placing plane for placing the sound box sealing cover to be assembled, the profiling positioning holes are respectively formed in the supporting plates, the supporting plates can rotate in the horizontal direction relative to the table top, the two supporting plates rotate in the same direction, and therefore the profiling positioning holes and the positioning columns rotate through rotation of the supporting plates, pre-tightening force generated by screwing is eliminated, and the sound box sealing cover after screwing can be smoothly taken down from the tool.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, a screw driving tool is used for assembling a sound box sealing cover 11, a positioning column 12 and an assembling screw 13, wherein the sound box sealing cover 11 is respectively provided with two mounting holes 111 and two positioning holes 112, the positioning column 12 includes an upper portion and a lower portion, a cross section of the upper portion 121 is non-circular and is axially provided with a mounting blind hole 121a for the assembling screw 13 to be driven into, the lower portion 122 is cylindrical, and the upper portion 121 protrudes from the lower portion 122 along the circumferential direction.
The screw driving tool comprises a workbench 1 with a table board 100, wherein two supporting seats 2 are arranged on the table board 100 in parallel, a gap is reserved between the two supporting seats 2, each supporting seat 2 comprises a supporting plate 21 positioned at the top and a supporting frame 22 supported at the bottom of the supporting plate 21, and the top surfaces of the two supporting plates 21 form a part placing plane for placing a sound box sealing cover 11 to be assembled. Each supporting plate 21 is vertically provided with a profiling positioning hole 211 for inserting the positioning column 12, and when the positioning column 12 is inserted into the profiling positioning hole 211, the top end of the positioning column 12 is flush with the table top 100, so that the sound box sealing cover 11 can be stably placed on the placing plane, and the mounting blind hole 121a can be aligned with the corresponding mounting hole 111, so that the screw 13 can penetrate through the mounting hole 111 and be driven into the mounting blind hole 121a, and the connection between the sound box sealing cover 11 and the positioning column 12 can be realized. Each supporting plate 21 is further provided with a positioning pin 213, and each positioning pin 213 can be inserted into the positioning hole 112, so that the alignment of the blind mounting hole 121a with the corresponding mounting hole 111 can be achieved more quickly. In order to facilitate taking the positioning column 12 during the operation, the top surface of each supporting plate 21 is recessed downwards to form a mounting groove 212, and the profiling positioning hole 211 is opened on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 212.
Because the cross section of the upper part 121 of the positioning column 12 is non-circular, when the screw 13 is driven into the mounting blind hole 121a on the positioning column 12, a pretightening force is generated between the positioning column 12 and the profiling positioning hole 211, so that the positioning column 12 is clamped in the profiling positioning hole 211, and the sound box sealing cover 11 after the screw 13 is driven cannot be taken down from the tool. In order to solve the above problems, the support plates 21 of the two support seats 2 can rotate in the same direction along the horizontal direction, so that the profiling positioning hole 211 and the positioning column 12 can rotate by rotating the support plates 21, thereby eliminating the pre-tightening force generated by screwing the screw 13, and the sound box sealing cover 11 after screwing the screw 13 can be smoothly taken down from the tool. If the two support plates 21 rotate reversely, when one support plate 21 rotates, the pretightening force of the positioning column 12 and the profiling positioning hole 211 on the other support plate is further enhanced, which is not beneficial to eliminating the pretightening force, so that the two support plates 21 in the invention must rotate concentrically.
The horizontal rotation of each supporting plate 21 can be realized in various specific ways, and preferably, each supporting frame 22 comprises three upright columns, namely two first upright columns 221 and one second upright column 222, which are supported between the supporting plate 21 and the table top 100 and are not in the same straight line, wherein the upper ends of the two first upright columns 221 are respectively pivoted with the supporting plate 21, the lower ends of the two first upright columns are respectively fixed with the table top 100, the upper ends of the second upright columns 222 are fixed with the supporting plate 21, the lower ends of the second upright columns 222 are in contact with the table top 100, the second upright columns 222 are respectively located on the inner side of the supporting seat 2 where the second upright columns are located, and the first upright columns 221 are located on the outer side. This not only enables the pallet 21 to be firmly arranged on the table top 100, but also enables the two pallets 21 to rotate in the same direction better. Specifically, each of the support plates 21 has a square shape, the first upright 221 is disposed at the middle of the side thereof, and the two second uprights 222 are disposed opposite to the first upright 221 and are spaced from the first upright 221 by the same distance.
Each of the support plates 21 is provided with two first assembly holes 214, the upper ends of the two first columns 221 are provided with second assembly holes 221a, each of the second assembly holes 221a is connected with a corresponding first assembly hole 214 through a first fastener 3, the first fastener 3 comprises a cap body 31 and a column fixed at the bottom of the cap body 31, the column comprises a first column 32 and a second column 33 from top to bottom, the first assembly holes 214 are stepped holes, the cap body 31 is embedded in the large hole portion 214a of the first assembly holes 214, the diameter of the cap body 31 is smaller than that of the large hole portion 214a, a gap is reserved between the cap body 31 and the annular step surface 214c of the first assembly holes 214, the small hole portion of the first assembly holes 214, into which the first column 32 is inserted, is smaller than the small hole portion, and the second column 33 is tightly connected with the second assembly holes 221 a. Further, in order to form a more firm connection between the second column 33 and the second assembling hole 221a, an internal screw is disposed on the wall of the second assembling hole 221a, an external screw is disposed on the surface of the second column 33, and the second column 33 is in threaded connection with the second assembling hole 221 a.
In addition, in order to further facilitate the discharging, the lower end of the positioning column 12 is exposed below the supporting plate 21 in a state that the positioning column 12 is inserted into the profiling positioning hole 211. Thus, after the pre-tightening force between the positioning column 12 and the profiling positioning hole 211 is eliminated, the positioning column 12 is pushed upwards by the lower direction of the supporting plate 21, the positioning column 12 is ejected out of the profiling positioning hole 211, and then the assembled sound box sealing cover 11 is taken down.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the two positioning columns 12 are respectively placed into the profiling positioning holes 211, then the sound box sealing cover 11 is placed on the workpiece placing plane, so that the positioning holes 112 are respectively sleeved into the corresponding positioning pins 213, the mounting holes 111 are respectively opposite to the corresponding mounting blind holes 121a, and then the screws 13 are respectively driven into the mounting holes 111 and the mounting blind holes 121 a. Finally, the two support plates 21 are rotated in the same direction, the pretightening force generated between the positioning column 12 and the profiling positioning hole 211 in the process of screwing is eliminated, and the assembled sound box sealing cover 11 can be smoothly taken down.
