The preferred order of welding may be: firstly welding the single-side welding seam of the cylindrical pin and the Z-shaped plate, then welding the single-side welding seam of the L-shaped plate and the Z-shaped plate, and finally welding the double-side welding seam of the L-shaped plate and the rectangular plate.
After welding is completed, the welding stress can be removed by hammering, and then the bolt and the U-shaped plate are taken down.
Exemplarily, after the step 16, the assembling method of the steering tiller further includes: after the assembly of the steering tiller is completed, the first plug and the second plug are respectively rotated by 90 degrees, and then the steering tiller obtained through assembly is taken out from an assembly tool of the steering tiller. The first plug and the second plug are rotated by 90 degrees, so that the influence of welding stress on the steering tiller can be reduced, and the steering tiller is convenient to take out.
When the first plug and the second plug are rotated by 90 degrees, if the plugs are not rotated by hands, the wrench can be used for clamping the largest step of the plugs to rotate. And finally, taking the workpiece out of the tool.

and welding a single-side welding seam between the Z-shaped plate and the cylindrical pin after the L-shaped plate is fixed between the Z-shaped plate and the rectangular plate by spot welding.
