Abstract
The invention aims to provide a plastic product spraying method, which comprises the following steps: A. annealing treatment: heating the plastic product to 50-70 ℃ and keeping for 1.5-3 hours; B. stress removal treatment and cleaning: carrying out stress removal treatment on the plastic product and cleaning the plastic product by adopting a solvent; C. and (3) static electricity removal treatment: continuously blowing for 10-20 minutes by using a plasma fan; D. and (3) spraying treatment: carrying out primary spraying by using a spray gun to face the surface of the plastic product, and standing for 20-30 minutes at normal temperature after the primary spraying is finished; then, a spray gun is used for spraying the surface of the plastic product for the second time, and after the spraying for the second time is finished, the plastic product is kept stand for 20 to 30 minutes at normal temperature; e: drying treatment: and drying the plastic product after spraying. The spraying method overcomes the defects of the prior art, and has the characteristics of simple and convenient steps and capability of greatly improving the electrostatic property and the corrosion resistance.

Plastic products are a general name of articles for daily use and industrial products which are processed by adopting plastics as main raw materials, and spraying the surfaces of the plastic products is an essential step in the processing process of the plastic products.

The invention aims to provide a plastic product spraying method which overcomes the defects of the prior art and has the characteristics of simple and convenient steps and capability of greatly improving the electrostatic property and the corrosion resistance.

C. and (3) static electricity removal treatment: continuously blowing for 10-20 minutes by using a plasma fan;
D. and (3) spraying treatment: carrying out primary spraying by using a spray gun to face the surface of the plastic product, and standing for 20-30 minutes at normal temperature after the primary spraying is finished; then, a spray gun is used for spraying the surface of the plastic product for the second time, and after the spraying for the second time is finished, the plastic product is kept stand for 20 to 30 minutes at normal temperature;

Preferably, the stress removing treatment specifically comprises: spraying a solution on the surface of the plastic product, wherein the solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45% of butyl acetate, 25% of ethyl acetate, 15% of alcohols and 15% of auxiliary materials.
Preferably, the cleaning in the step B is specifically: and (3) cleaning the plastic product by using a 2% sodium carbonate aqueous solution, then washing the surface of the plastic product by using pure water, and finally airing the plastic product at normal temperature.
Preferably, the drying specifically comprises: placing the plastic product after spraying in a drying box, wherein the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃; the drying time is 25-40 minutes.
The plastic product surface spraying method has simple and convenient steps, and can cover the surface defects of the plastic product; the electrostatic performance of the plastic product is improved, and dust adsorption is reduced; simultaneously, the hardness and the scratch resistance of the plastic are enhanced; the corrosion resistance of the plastic product is improved.

Example 1
The plastic product spraying method provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
A. annealing treatment: the plastic article was heated to 50 ℃ and held for 1.5 hours.
B. Stress removal treatment and cleaning: carrying out stress removal treatment on the plastic product and cleaning the plastic product by adopting a solvent;
C. and (3) static electricity removal treatment: continuously blowing for 10 minutes by using a plasma fan;
D. and (3) spraying treatment: carrying out primary spraying by using a spray gun to face the surface of the plastic product, and standing for 20 minutes at normal temperature after the primary spraying is finished; and then, carrying out secondary spraying on the surface of the plastic product by using a spray gun, and standing for 20 minutes at normal temperature after finishing the secondary spraying.
