The battery crushing device is simple in structure and convenient to use, the battery can be crushed by one motor, acid gas can be prevented from escaping, and the battery crushing effect is guaranteed.

Background

The improved filtering device includes one conic filtering sieve plate with several filtering holes and connected rotating motor.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waste lead-acid battery circulating crusher comprises a vertically arranged cylindrical box body 1, wherein the top of the cylindrical box body 1 is fixedly communicated with a feeding port 2 which is obliquely arranged, and the bottom of the cylindrical box body 1 is fixedly communicated with a discharging port 3; a first rotating shaft 4 and a second rotating shaft 5 penetrate through the cylindrical box body 1; a first gear 6 is fixed on the first rotating shaft 4, and a second gear 7 is fixed on the second rotating shaft 5; the first gear 6 and the second gear 7 are mutually meshed; one of the first rotating shaft 4 and the second rotating shaft 5 is connected with a motor 8, and crushing blades 9 are alternately connected to the first rotating shaft 4 and the second rotating shaft 5; a water spray nozzle 10 and an air outlet pipe 11 are arranged at the top of the cylindrical box body 1; the gas outlet pipe 11 is communicated with an alkaline solution pool 13 through a communicating pipe 12; the air pump 14 is arranged on the communicating pipe 12; a filter device 15 is installed below the first rotating shaft 4 and the second rotating shaft 5.
The filtering device 15 comprises a conical filtering sieve plate 16, a plurality of filtering holes are formed on the filtering sieve plate 16, and the filtering sieve plate 16 is connected with a rotating motor 17. An obliquely arranged awakening material guide disc 22 is formed between the conical filtering sieve plate 16 and the cylindrical box body 1.
The rotating motor 17 is connected with the inner wall of the cylindrical box body 1 through a support rod 18.
The feeding port 2 is provided with a filter screen plate 19 which is obliquely arranged, and a solid waste outlet 20 is arranged by matching with the filter screen plate 19.
An inclined plate 21 is fixed above the solid waste outlet 20.
The using method of the invention is as follows: waste lead-acid batteries enter from the feeding port 2, the first rotating shaft 4 and the second rotating shaft 5 are meshed with each other through gears and reversely rotate, the waste lead-acid batteries are crushed by the crushing blade 9 in the reverse rotation mode and fall onto the conical filtering sieve plate 16, crushed materials smaller than the sieve holes of the filtering sieve plate 16 are thrown by the rotating filtering sieve plate 16 onto the filtering screen plate 19 and flow out from the solid waste outlet 20, the crushed materials larger than the sieve holes of the filtering sieve plate 16 are obliquely thrown upwards along the conical filtering sieve plate 16 and are hit by the crushing blade 9 to continue crushing until the crushed materials fall down from the filtering sieve plate 16 according with requirements. Water flows out from the discharge port 3. During operation, the air pump 14 is opened, so that the cylindrical box body 1 is under negative pressure, and the acidity is prevented from dissipating from the feeding port and the discharging port.
