The invention discloses self-cleaning smoke disinfection equipment, wherein a disinfection liquid medicine branch is provided with a containing part for containing disinfection liquid medicine and an electromagnetic pump, a cleaning gas branch is communicated with a gas source, and the disinfection liquid medicine branch and the cleaning gas branch are both provided with electromagnetic valves. Therefore, the sterilizing liquid medicine branch can be disconnected with the spiral gasification pipe and the cleaning gas branch can be communicated with the spiral gasification pipe in the sterilizing operation interval, so that the crystals, carbides and the like in the sterilizing liquid medicine branch can be blown out in time by high-pressure gas; after the maintenance is finished, the disinfection liquid medicine branch is communicated with the spiral gasification pipe, and the cleaning gas branch is disconnected with the spiral gasification pipe, so that the normal working state can be recovered, and the operation of the next period is carried out. Therefore, the smoothness of the pipeline is ensured, the dispersion range of the disinfection smog is increased, and the service life of the disinfection equipment is obviously prolonged.

Background
When the smoke sterilizer works normally, the mixed disinfectant is conveyed into a metal gasification pipe which is usually spiral through a pump, and the liquid medicine is heated to a certain temperature, so that the atomization effect is formed.
After a certain period of use, the helical metal gasification pipes of smoke sterilizers are often clogged due to the salt and other organic substances contained in the sterilizer, which crystallize and carbonize at high temperatures. This can seriously affect use and sometimes even result in equipment scrapping.
Therefore, how to simply and conveniently maintain the smoke sterilizer to avoid the frequent pipeline blockage phenomenon of the spiral metal gasification pipe is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides self-cleaning smoke disinfection equipment which comprises a heater for heating and atomizing disinfection liquid medicine, wherein the heater comprises a heating element and a spiral gasification pipe which is communicated with a disinfection liquid medicine branch and a cleaning gas branch, and the heating element and the spiral gasification pipe are cast and coated in a metal heating block; the sterilizing liquid medicine branch is provided with a containing part for containing the sterilizing liquid medicine and an electromagnetic pump, the cleaning gas branch is communicated with a gas source, and the sterilizing liquid medicine branch and the cleaning gas branch are both provided with electromagnetic valves.
Preferably, the disinfection liquid medicine branch comprises a first branch with a disinfectant containing part and a first electromagnetic pump, and a second branch with a synergist containing part and a second electromagnetic pump, and the two branches are converged by a first tee joint to form the disinfection liquid medicine branch.
Preferably, the disinfection liquid medicine branch and the cleaning gas branch are communicated with the spiral gasification pipe after being converged by a second tee joint.
Preferably, a first electromagnetic valve is arranged between the first tee joint and the second tee joint.
Preferably, the cleaning gas branch is provided with a gas pump, and a second electromagnetic valve is arranged between the second tee joint and the gas pump.
Preferably, the second electromagnetic valve and the air pump, the disinfectant containing part and the first electromagnetic pump, and the synergist containing part and the second electromagnetic pump are all connected by plastic hoses.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a self-cleaning smoke disinfection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the heater in fig. 1.
In a first embodiment, the self-cleaning smoke disinfection device provided by the invention mainly comprises a heater 1, a disinfection liquid medicine branch and a cleaning gas branch.
The heater 1 mainly comprises a heating element 11, the heating element 11 can be electrified to generate heat with preset power, a spiral gasification pipe 12 can be arranged around the heating element 11, and the inlet end 122 of the spiral gasification pipe is connected with a disinfection liquid medicine branch so as to obtain corresponding liquid medicine; the outlet end 121 is the smoke nozzle of the device.
The heating element 11 and the helical gasification tube 12 are both covered by a metal heating block 13 on the outside of both, typically the metal heating block 13 may be an aluminium block.
The disinfection liquid medicine branch is provided with a containing part for containing disinfection liquid medicine, the specific structure of the containing part is usually determined by the structure of the liquid medicine, for example, when the liquid medicine mainly comprises disinfectant and synergist, the containing part specifically comprises a disinfectant containing part 21 and a synergist containing part 22, specifically, the disinfectant containing part 21 and the first electromagnetic pump 31 form a first branch, the synergist containing part 22 and the second electromagnetic pump 32 form a second branch, and the first branch and the second branch are connected in parallel to form the disinfection liquid medicine branch.
The first branch and the second branch may be collected by a first tee 4 and then communicated with a helical gasification pipe 12.
The cleaning gas branch is communicated with a gas source, specifically, the cleaning gas branch can be provided with a gas pump 7, and the gas pump 7 is also communicated with the spiral gasification pipe 12 through a pipeline.
A second tee joint 5 can be arranged, and the disinfection liquid medicine branch and the cleaning gas branch are communicated with the spiral gasification pipe 12 after being converged by the second tee joint 5.
In order to prevent the disinfection operation and the blockage removal maintenance operation from interfering with each other, a first electromagnetic valve 6 is arranged between the first tee joint 4 and the second tee joint 5, and a second electromagnetic valve 8 is arranged between the second tee joint 5 and the air pump 7.
In addition, for convenience of operation, the pipeline between the second electromagnetic valve 8 and the air pump 7, the pipeline between the disinfectant containing part 21 and the first electromagnetic pump 31, and the pipeline between the synergist containing part 22 and the second electromagnetic pump 32 may be plastic hoses.
According to the self-cleaning smoke disinfection equipment provided by the invention, the disinfection liquid medicine branch is provided with a containing part for containing disinfection liquid medicine and an electromagnetic pump, the cleaning gas branch is communicated with a gas source, and the disinfection liquid medicine branch and the cleaning gas branch are both provided with electromagnetic valves.
Therefore, the sterilizing liquid medicine branch can be disconnected with the spiral gasification pipe and the cleaning gas branch can be communicated with the spiral gasification pipe in the sterilizing operation interval, so that the crystals, carbides and the like in the sterilizing liquid medicine branch can be blown out in time by high-pressure gas; after the maintenance is finished, the disinfection liquid medicine branch is communicated with the spiral gasification pipe, and the cleaning gas branch is disconnected with the spiral gasification pipe, so that the normal working state can be recovered, and the operation of the next period is carried out. A self-cleaning smoke disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said disinfection solution circuit comprises a first circuit branch having a disinfectant holding means (21) and a first electromagnetic pump (31), and a second circuit branch having a synergist holding means (22) and a second electromagnetic pump (32), said circuit branches joining together by a first tee (4) to form said disinfection solution circuit branch.
3. A self-cleaning smoke disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said disinfection liquid branch and said cleaning gas branch are joined by a second tee (5) and then communicated with said spiral vaporizing tube (12).
4. A self-cleaning smoke disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first solenoid valve (6) is provided between said first tee (4) and said second tee (5).
5. Self-cleaning smoke disinfection apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said cleaning gas branch is provided with a gas pump (7) and a second solenoid valve (8) is provided between said second tee (5) and said gas pump (7).

A self-cleaning smoke disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein said second solenoid valve (8) and said air pump (7), said disinfectant containing means (21) and said first solenoid pump (31), and said synergist containing means (22) and said second solenoid pump (32) are all connected by plastic hoses.
