As shown in fig. 7, as a preferable scheme, the core body 500 further includes a composite insulation layer (not shown in the figure), the composite insulation layer includes two plastic film layers 504 and 505 and a phase change material layer 506 disposed therein, the composite insulation layer is disposed on an outward side of the core body 500, that is, after the core body is worn by a user, the composite insulation layer is located on an outer side away from the body, or in other words, the composite insulation layer and the human body are respectively located on two opposite sides of the absorbent resin layer 401 with respect to the absorbent resin layer 501 of the core body 500. Meanwhile, the area covered by the composite insulating layer can also correspond to the area covered by the protective release paper 6, and does not need to be completely overlapped with the area covered by the rest part of the core body 500.
The plastic film layers 504 and 505 of the composite insulating layer have a waterproof function so as to prevent the phase change materials from overflowing, and the two plastic film layers 504 and 505 encapsulate the phase change materials between the two plastic film layers 504 and 505 through edge sealing at the periphery to form a phase change material layer 506.
The phase change material layer 506 can be prepared by taking a disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate material as a base material, and the phase change temperature can be set between 30 ℃ and 35 ℃. Tests have shown that the temperature of the urine discharged by the infant is approximately, sometimes slightly, above body temperature, ranging from approximately 35.5 to 38 degrees. Through phase change material layer 506 isotructure more than setting up, when core 500 absorbs the urine, phase change material plays the effect of heat absorption cooling, guarantee that panty-shape diapers are inside can not bring higher temperature variation because of the urine, thereby the probability of eczema has been reduced, simultaneously under comparatively microthermal environment, even change panty-shape diapers untimely, because phase change material's existence, external environment cooling makes when the urine plays the negative effect of cooling, phase change material releases heat and maintains ambient temperature, avoid the urine to cause the drawback of heat absorption cooling at low temperature environment, guarantee that the baby can guarantee the body temperature and avoid catching a cold when naked wearing panty-shape diapers. The problem that the baby is cold when directly wearing the paper diaper in autumn and winter is prevented by the baby is solved, the temperature of urine is ingeniously utilized as a heat source, and the effect of releasing heat in a short time as required to guarantee the temperature is achieved.
Preferably, the phase-change material is directly prepared into gel which is poured between the two plastic film layers, or the gel prepared from the phase-change material is ground into powder and then added with auxiliary liquid to prepare coating slurry which is coated on a fabric, and then the fabric is encapsulated between the two plastic film layers.
As a further preferable mode, especially aiming at the improvement of the mode shown in fig. 7, as shown in fig. 8, the core 600 includes a dust-free paper layer 601 and a nonwoven fabric layer 602 which cover the outermost layer constituting the core 600 from both sides. The core 600 further includes two water absorbent resin layers 603, 604 which are respectively located on the inner sides of the dust-free paper layer 601 and the nonwoven fabric layer 602.
The core body 600 further comprises a first bubble film layer 605 and a first sealing film layer 606 which are fused into a whole by means of hot melting, wherein the first bubble film layer 605 is formed with a plurality of bubble bulges 609, and phase change materials 610 are sprayed inside the spaces of the bubble bulges 609.
The core body 600 further comprises a second bubble film layer 607 and a second sealing film layer 608 which are fused into a whole by a hot melting mode, wherein the second bubble film layer 607 is formed with a plurality of bubble protrusions 611, and phase change materials 612 are sprayed in the spaces of the bubble protrusions 611.
The whole of the first bubble film layer 605 and the first seal film layer 606 and the second bubble film layer 607 and the second seal film layer 608 are integrated in a manner that the first seal film layer 606 and the second seal film layer 608 are attached to each other, and this whole can be defined as a composite insulation layer (including the first bubble film layer 605, the first seal film layer 606, the second bubble film layer 607 and the second seal film layer 608 and the encapsulated phase change materials 610, 612), which is then disposed between the water absorbent resin layers 603 and 604 so that the bubble protrusions 609 and 611 are in contact.
Preferably, the first bubble film layer 605, the first film sealing layer 606, the second bubble film layer 607 and the second film sealing layer 608 are provided with through holes and the through holes are butted together to form a communication hole 613 penetrating them (or penetrating the composite heat insulating layer) to allow the two water absorbent resin layers 603 and 604 to communicate with each other.
In particular, the core 600 may be produced by the following steps:
step 1: preparing a first sealing film layer 606;
step 2: preparing a first bubble film layer 605 to form a bubble protrusion 609;
and step 3: preparing a phase-change material 610, and preparing a spraying liquid from the phase-change material;
and step 3: spraying a spraying liquid of a phase-change material into the bubble bulges 609 of the first bubble film layer 605 to enable the spraying liquid to be solidified inside the bubble bulges 609;
and 4, step 4: thermally fusing the first sealing film 606 and the first bubble film 605 to seal the bubble protrusion 609 of the first bubble film 605 by the first sealing film 606;
and 5: preparing a second sealing film layer 608;
step 6: preparing a second bubble film layer 607 to form a bubble protrusion 611;
and 7: preparing a phase-change material 612, and preparing a spraying liquid from the phase-change material;
and 8: spraying the spraying liquid of the phase-change material into the bubble protrusions 611 of the second bubble film layer 607 to solidify the spraying liquid in the bubble protrusions 611;
and step 9: the second sealing film 608 and the second bubble film 607 are thermally fused, so that the second sealing film 608 seals the bubble protrusions 611 of the second bubble film 607.
Step 10, thermally fusing the first sealing film 606 and the second sealing film 608 to enable the first bubble film 605, the first sealing film 606, the second bubble film 607, the second sealing film 608 and the encapsulated phase- change materials 610 and 612 to form a composite heat-insulating layer;
step 11: punched to constitute a communication hole 613;
step 12: the two sides of the composite heat-insulating layer are respectively covered with water-absorbing resin layers 603 and 604 and are thermally fused;
step 13: a dust-free paper layer 601 and a nonwoven fabric layer 602 are attached to the outer sides of the water-absorbent resin layers 603 and 604, respectively.
By adopting the scheme, the water absorption is firstly increased, the utilization rate of the phase-change material is additionally enhanced, and the phase-change material obtains a larger surface area by being coated in the bubble bulge, so that the phase-change material can obtain better heat absorption and heat release effects under the condition of less mass, and the uncontrollable phase-change effect or slow reaction caused by the internal heat conduction of the phase-change material in the previous scheme is reduced.
The arrangement of the bidirectional bubble bulge can realize heat preservation in the inner part and independently form a temperature barrier to the outer part at the same time, and a better heat preservation effect can be obtained even if urine is not used as a heat source.
The arrangement of the communication holes increases the water absorption and the air permeability on one hand, and is convenient on the other hand, so that the phase-change material is in double-sided contact with urine with changed temperature, and the heat absorption or heat release effect is enhanced.
As another aspect of the present application, a method for using an ultra-long dry diaper is also described, which is characterized in that: the using method comprises the following steps:
firstly, unfolding the paper diaper, taking out the paper diaper, unfolding and paving the paper diaper, separating the sub magic tape 4 and the mother magic tape 5, tearing off the protective release paper 6, separating the edge of the protective release paper 6 from the silica gel strip 2, stopping shielding the antibacterial paper layer 7, exposing the antibacterial paper layer in external air, and stopping protection;
secondly, wearing the paper diaper, namely wearing the paper diaper at the lower body of the baby, enabling the antibacterial paper layer 7 to be in contact with the genitals of the baby, wrapping the lower body and the buttocks of the baby with the paper diaper, and bonding the child magic tape 4 and the mother magic tape 5 to realize connection, wherein during bonding, the rubber rope 301 in the waistband 3 is deformed to provide a certain binding force, and the silica gel strips 2 are in contact with the skin to enable the paper diaper to generate a ventilating gap;
thirdly, urine is absorbed, when a baby urinates, the urine enters the outer sleeve 1 through the antibacterial paper layer 7 and is absorbed layer by layer through the water absorption layer 10, the core body 9 and the absorption layer 11, so that drying is realized, and long-time dryness is kept;
and fourthly, removing the paper diaper, unfastening the sub magic tape 4 and the main magic tape 5, taking off the paper diaper which absorbs water and is nearly saturated, and dressing a new paper diaper for the baby again through the operation of the first step and the second step.
Wherein: the antibacterial paper layer 7 is formed by adding bamboo charcoal fiber into the original paper material, so that the antibacterial performance is improved; the water-absorbing layer 10 is made of water-absorbing resin; the absorbent layer 11 is composed of fluff pulp and absorbent crystals.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement and protect the present invention without undue experimentation and without undue experimentation that the present invention is directed to software and process improvements.

Claims (10)

1. An overlength dry and comfortable panty-shape diapers which characterized in that: the waist patch comprises an outer sleeve and a waist patch structure, wherein the middle part of the outer sleeve is provided with an antibacterial paper layer, and both sides of the antibacterial paper layer are provided with breathable barrier structures which are fixedly connected with the surface of the outer sleeve;
the water-absorbing jacket is characterized in that a water-absorbing layer, a core body, an absorbing layer and a radiation-resistant layer are sequentially filled in the jacket from top to bottom, the thickness of the water-absorbing layer is the same as that of the absorbing layer, and the thickness of the water-absorbing layer is larger than that of the core body.
