A skull repairing system comprises a skull repairing body 1 with a lower patch integrally formed at one end, a connecting structure, an upper patch 4 and a binding band 5 which are independent of the connecting structure, and a skull lock 9, wherein the bone lock comprises an upper locking plate and a lower locking plate which are designed to be buckled, a buckle with the lower locking plate upwards can be inserted into a corresponding buckle with the upper patch downwards, a binding band inserting hole 7 is further formed in the independent upper patch 4, the binding band inserting hole 7 is a double-hole structure formed by two adjacent first holes 701 and second holes 702, a first clamping tooth structure is arranged inside each first hole and each second hole, the directions of the clamping tooth structures of the two holes are opposite, a partition part 703 between each first hole and each second hole of the double-hole structure is lower than the peripheral parts of the two holes, the height difference between the partition part and the peripheral parts is larger than or equal to the thickness of the binding band, and a second clamping tooth structure matched with the first clamping tooth structure of the inserting hole is preferably arranged on the binding band 5 matched with the upper patch, one end of the binding belt 5 sequentially penetrates through the through hole 3 which is provided with the first latch and is arranged on the corresponding lower lapping sheet 2 and the first hole of the corresponding independent upper lapping sheet and then extends into the second hole so as to tightly connect the two ends of the skull repairing body with the self skull, and the skull lock tightly connects the other end of the skull repairing body with the self skull 8.
Autologous bone and the skull repair body cooperate and use, when the both ends of autologous bone and the skull repair body all had suitable reservation width, one end can have lower overlap tab cooperation through skull repair body integrated into one piece and independently overlap tab and ribbon are connected, concrete operation is same embodiment 2, the other end is fixed through adopting the skull lock, the skull lock includes last locking plate and lower locking plate of buckle design, insert the decurrent corresponding draw-in groove of locking plate with the ascending buckle of lower locking plate, can realize the fixation of skull repair body and autologous bone, as figure 10.
Example 5
The skull repairing system comprises a skull repairing body 1 and a connecting structure, wherein an upper lapping sheet 10 and a lower lapping sheet 2 are integrally formed on the skull repairing body, the skull repairing body is clamped with one end of an autologous skull through the upper lapping sheet and the lower lapping sheet of the skull repairing body, and the other end of the skull repairing body is tightly connected with the autologous skull through the connecting structure.
The autogenous bone and the skull repairing body are matched for use, when only one end of the autogenous bone and the skull repairing body needs to be tightly attached, the end of the autogenous bone and the skull repairing body can be tightly attached to the autogenous bone through the skull repairing body which is integrally formed with the upper lapping sheet and the lower lapping sheet, because the distance between the upper lapping sheet and the lower lapping sheet of the skull repairing body is consistent with the thickness of the autogenous skull, the autogenous bone and the skull repairing body are clamped on the autogenous bone, the skull repairing body can be tightly connected with the autogenous bone, and the other end of the autogenous bone and the skull repairing body can be connected with bone nails through conventional.

Claims (12)

1. The skull repairing body comprises a repairing main body made of polyether ether ketone materials and is characterized in that one or more lower lapping sheets which are integrally formed extend outwards from the lower surface of the repairing main body, and through holes are formed in the lower lapping sheets.
2. The skull repairing body according to claim 1, wherein the through hole of the lower patch has a latch structure inside.
3. The cranioplasty body of claim 1 or 2 further comprising one or more integrally formed tabs extending outwardly from the upper surface of said prosthesis body.
4. The skull repairing body according to claim 3, wherein at least one upper patch is extended outwards from the upper surface of the repairing body at the position corresponding to the lower patch, and the distance between the upper patch and the lower patch is matched with the thickness of the autogenous skull.
5. The skull repairing system is characterized by comprising a skull repairing body and a connecting structure, wherein one or more integrally formed lower lapping sheets extend outwards from the lower surface of the repairing main body, through holes are formed in the lower lapping sheets, and the connecting structure is used for being matched with the skull repairing body to enable the skull repairing body to be locked and fixed with an autologous skull.

The skull repairing system according to claim 5, wherein the connecting structure comprises a separate upper tab and a binding band, the lower tab and the separate upper tab have through holes with a first latch structure inside, the binding band has a second latch structure matching with the first latch structure, and one end of the binding band has a limiting portion for being snapped onto the through holes of the lower tab.

The skull repairing system according to claim 6, wherein the through hole of the independent upper patch has a double-hole structure formed by two adjacent first holes and second holes, the first holes and the second holes are internally provided with first latch structures, and the latch structures of the two holes are opposite in direction.
8. The cranioplasty system of claim 7 wherein the double hole configuration has a cut-off between the first hole and the second hole that is lower than the peripheral portions of the two holes, the cut-off having a height that is greater than or equal to the thickness of the strap.
9. The skull repairing system according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the edge of the independent upper flap is provided with a plurality of mounting holes for bone screw fixation, and the flap has a spherical arc shape in a lateral direction and a circular, elliptical, fusiform, square, elongated, double-Y or snowflake shape in a front projection direction.
10. The cranioplasty system of any of claims 6 through 8 wherein said cranioplasty body further comprises one or more integrally formed tabs extending outwardly from an upper surface of said prosthesis body.
11. The cranial prosthesis system of any of claims 6 to 8, wherein the connecting structure comprises a connecting tab and a bone screw.
12. The system of any of claims 6 to 8, wherein the connecting structure comprises a skull lock, the skull lock comprises an upper locking piece and a lower locking piece, the upper locking piece has a locking groove extending towards the lower locking piece, the lower locking piece has a buckle extending towards the upper locking piece, and the buckle can be matched and clamped with the locking groove.
