Abstract
The invention discloses a spraying assembly of a dish washer and the dish washer, and belongs to the field of kitchen ware; the sprayer body is rotatably arranged on a bottom plate of the inner container wall of the dish washer, the sprayer sleeves are respectively sleeved at two ends of the sprayer, and the sprayer sleeves can stretch and move at the end parts of the sprayer; the pulley is rotatably arranged at the end part of the sprayer sleeve. the sprayer body is rotatably arranged on a bottom plate of the inner container wall of the dish washer, the sprayer sleeves are respectively sleeved at two ends of the sprayer, and the sprayer sleeves can stretch and move at the end parts of the sprayer;
the pulley is rotatably arranged at the end part of the sprayer sleeve.
In some optional embodiments, further, a spraying hole is provided on the top surface of the sprayer sleeve, and the spraying hole is provided corresponding to the liquid outlet hole on the sprayer body.
In some optional embodiments, further, a sliding groove is formed in the sprayer body, and a sliding rail matched with the sliding groove is formed in the inner wall of the sprayer sleeve, so that the sprayer sleeve can move in a telescopic manner relative to the end portion of the sprayer body.

According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a dishwasher spray assembly;
as shown in fig. 1-5, in some alternative embodiments, the dishwasher spray assembly includes; a sprayer body 10, a sprayer housing 20, and a pulley 30;
the sprayer body 10 is rotatably arranged on a bottom plate of the wall of the liner 40 of the dish washer, the sprayer sleeves 20 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the sprayer, and the sprayer sleeves 20 can stretch and retract at the end parts of the sprayer;
the pulley 30 is rotatably disposed at an end of the sprayer housing 20.
When the novel water sprayer is used, the sprayer starts to feed water under the action of the water pump, the sprayer sleeve 20 is outwards stretched under the action of the water power, and starts to rotate under the action of the reaction force of the sprayer water, when the sprayer rotates to meet the blocking of the wall of the inner container 40, the sprayer is automatically compressed inwards through the pulley 30 at the front end of the sprayer sleeve 20, the operation continues to be stretched out after the compression end, the control mode of the telescopic rotation of the sprayer is maintained through the side wall of the inner container 40 and the pulley 30, the spraying area is increased, the spraying dead angle is reduced, the spraying effect is improved, the using comfort and satisfaction of customers are further improved, and the market competitiveness of products is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7-9, a spray hole 21 is provided on the top surface of the sprayer housing 20, and the spray hole 21 is disposed corresponding to the liquid outlet hole on the sprayer body 10.
In this embodiment, a plurality of spray holes 21 are provided at intervals on the top surface of the sprayer housing 20, so that the spray area of the sprayer is increased, and the spray dead angle is reduced.
In some alternative embodiments, further as shown in fig. 2 and 6, a sliding groove 11 is provided on the sprayer body 10, and a sliding rail matched with the sliding groove 11 is provided on the inner wall of the sprayer housing 20, so that the sprayer housing 20 can move telescopically relative to the end of the sprayer body 10.
In this embodiment, the cooperation of the sliding groove 11 and the sliding rail facilitates the telescopic movement of the sprayer housing 20 along the sliding groove 11, and improves the stability thereof.
In some alternative embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 5, a limit groove 12 is provided on the chute 11, and a limit post is provided at an end of the slide rail, where the limit post can be snapped into the limit groove 12.
In some alternative embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 5, the limiting groove 12 is disposed near the center of the sprayer body 10.
In this embodiment, the limiting groove 12 is disposed at the inner end side of the sprayer body 10, so that the reliability of the sprayer housing 20 during movement is improved, and the sprayer housing is not easily deviated.
In some alternative embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 3, the end of the sprayer housing 20 is provided with an upper support plate 22 and a lower support plate 23, and the pulley 30 is rotatably disposed between the upper support plate 22 and the lower support plate 23.
In this embodiment, the pulleys 30 may be provided one or two, and of course, the two ends of the sprayer body 10 are provided with paint sprayer sleeves, each sprayer sleeve 20 is provided with a pulley 30, so that the sprayer sleeve 20 can make telescopic movement when encountering the wall of the liner 40 when rotating, and the setting of the supporting plate is convenient for the setting of the pulleys 30, so that the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the tread portion of the pulley 30 is provided to protrude from the outer end surfaces of the upper support plate 22 and the lower support plate 23, respectively, on the basis of the above-described embodiment.
In this embodiment, contact friction between the outer end surface of the support plate and the side wall of the liner 40 is avoided, and resistance of the side wall of the liner 40 to the sprayer is reduced.
In some alternative embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer end surfaces of the upper support plate 22 and the lower support plate 23 are respectively curved surfaces 24.
In this embodiment, the arcuate surface 24 further prevents the outer end surface of the support plate from contacting the sidewall of the liner 40, reducing the resistance of the liner 40 sidewall to the sprayer.
According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a dishwasher;
in some alternative embodiments, the dishwasher includes a liner 40, and further includes any of the aforementioned dishwasher spray assemblies disposed within the liner 40.
In some alternative embodiments, further, the liner 40 is a square liner 40.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the sprayer body 10 is rotatably disposed on a bottom plate of a wall of a liner 40 of the dishwasher, the liner 40 is a square liner 40, the sprayer sleeves 20 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the sprayer, and the sprayer sleeves 20 can move telescopically at the ends of the sprayer; the utility model provides a spray device, including spray device cover 20, pulley 30, spray device cover 20, support plate 22 and lower backup pad 23 are provided with on the top surface of spray device cover 20, spray hole 21 with the corresponding setting of play liquid hole on spray device body 10, pulley 30 rotationally sets up the tip of spray device cover 20, be provided with spout 11 on the spray device body 10, be provided with on the inner wall of spray device cover 20 with spout 11 matched with slide rail, so that spray device cover 20 can be relative the flexible removal of tip of spray device body 10, the tip of spray device cover 20 is provided with backup pad 22 and lower backup pad 23, pulley 30 pivoted sets up between backup pad 22 and the lower backup pad 23, pulley 30's wheel face part protrusion respectively upper backup pad 22 and lower backup pad 23's outer end sets up, upper backup pad 22 and lower backup pad 23's outer end is arcwall 24 respectively, during the use, and under the water pump effect, spray device cover 20 outwards struts under the water effect to begin to rotate under the counter force of spray device water, runs into the inner side wall 40 when the end of spray device water stretches out and runs into the flexible removal, and runs through the back end of the baffle 20, and the compression of spray device 40 is kept up to the consumer side, and the consumer is kept forward through the compression, and the expansion and the spray device is improved, and the spray device is more satisfied, and the spray device is more compressed and the consumer is more than the compressed and is more than the side and more than the user.

Claims (5)
1. A dishwasher spray assembly, comprising; the sprayer comprises a sprayer body, a sprayer sleeve and a pulley;
the sprayer body is rotatably arranged on a bottom plate of the inner container wall of the dish washer, the sprayer sleeves are respectively sleeved at two ends of the sprayer, and the sprayer sleeves can stretch and move at the end parts of the sprayer;
the pulley is rotationally arranged at the end part of the sprayer sleeve;
the sprayer comprises a sprayer body, a sprayer sleeve and a sprayer, wherein a sliding groove is formed in the sprayer body, and a sliding rail matched with the sliding groove is arranged on the inner wall of the sprayer sleeve so as to improve the stability of telescopic movement of the sprayer sleeve relative to the end part of the sprayer body; the sliding chute is provided with a limiting groove, the end part of the sliding rail is provided with a limiting column, and the limiting column can be clamped into the limiting groove; the limiting groove is arranged close to the center of the sprayer body;
the end part of the sprayer sleeve is provided with an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate, and the pulley is rotatably arranged between the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate; the wheel surface part of the pulley is arranged to protrude out of the outer end surfaces of the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate respectively.
2. The dishwasher spray assembly of claim 1, wherein,
the top surface of the sprayer sleeve is provided with spray holes, and the spray holes are arranged corresponding to liquid outlet holes on the sprayer body.
3. The dishwasher spray assembly of claim 1, wherein,
the outer end surfaces of the upper support plate and the lower support plate are arc-shaped surfaces respectively.
4. A dishwasher comprising a liner, further comprising the dishwasher spray assembly of any one of claims 1-3 disposed within the liner.
5. The dishwasher of claim 4, characterized in that,
the inner container is a square inner container.
