So that the sewage-air mixed fluid sucked from the gap at the bottom of the water suction guide plate 1322 can be converted from vertical to horizontal to the water suction passage 172 (arrow S direction in fig. 5) after being divided and guided by the guide vertical plate 1315.
Referring again to fig. 5, the water suction passage 172 has a lateral dimension that gradually decreases in the front-to-rear direction. The water suction channel 172 with such a structure can enable the sucked sewage-air mixed fluid to be gradually gathered along with the travel of the fluid, so that the water suction pipe 161 at the downstream can suck the sewage and air intensively.
Further, a rear end of the water suction passage 172 is communicatively provided with a filtration passage 173 facing the water suction passage 176, and the filtration passage 173 is provided with a filtration unit 114 therein. The filtering unit is arranged in the filtering channel to filter dirt with medium size, so that the subsequent pipeline is fully ensured to be unobstructed. Referring to fig. 1, a fluid guide pipe 113 is connected between the filtering passage 173 and the suction pipe 161.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the water suction channel 172 is symmetrical with respect to a center line O of the bottom plate 171, a triangular pressurizing block 177 is disposed at the center of the water suction channel 172, a pressurizing channel 172a is formed between the pressurizing block 177 and a side wall of the water suction channel 172, and the arrangement of the pressurizing block 177 can prevent the flow velocity of the sewage mixed fluid from being reduced due to the increase of the cross-sectional area of the flow channel at the center of the channel 172, thereby facilitating the improvement of the suction force of the water suction brush head.
The working principle is as follows:
referring to fig. 5, the mixed sewage-air fluid is sucked from the gap at the bottom of the water suction guide plate 1322, divided and guided by the guide vertical plate 1315, enters the water suction channel 172 along the arrow S direction, converges to the center of the water suction channel 172 in the water suction channel 172 along the arrow M and arrow N directions, and is introduced into the filtering channel 173, the mixed sewage-air fluid is finally sucked by the water suction pipe 161 after being filtered by the filtering unit 114 in the filtering channel 173, and after being separated by the water-gas separation unit connected to the subsequent pipeline, the air is discharged and the sewage is collected and treated.
The number of apparatuses and the scale of the process described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. Applications, modifications and variations of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
