Abstract
The invention discloses an air cushion capable of being automatically stored, which comprises an air cushion, a storage box and an inflation tube, wherein the air cushion is arranged in the storage box; a rolling shaft for rolling the air cushion is arranged in the storage box, the rolling shaft is arranged at the rear end of the air cushion, driven gears are arranged at two ends of the rolling shaft, the driven gears are meshed with driving gears, and the driving gears are driven by a motor; the inflation tube is arranged in the storage box, penetrates through the inner cavity of the rolling shaft and then extends into the air cushion and is used for inflating the air cushion; after the air cushion is deflated, the rotating mechanism enables the rolling shaft to rotate, so that the air cushion is wound on the rolling shaft and is contained in the containing box; when the air cushion needs to be used, the air inflation pipe inflates the air cushion, and meanwhile, the rolling shaft rotates reversely, so that the air cushion is gradually unfolded; the air cushion can be automatically stored and unfolded, and convenience is brought to use.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air cushions, in particular to an air cushion capable of being automatically stored.
Background
The existing air cushion products need to be stored manually after being used, so that time and labor are wasted, and the use experience of the products is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the air cushion capable of being automatically stored, which can be automatically stored after being used, thereby saving time and bringing convenience to use.
The automatic storage air cushion comprises an air cushion, a storage box, a motor, an air pipe, an inflation pipe and a rotary air valve, wherein a rolling shaft for rolling the air cushion is arranged in the storage box, and the rolling shaft is arranged at the rear end of the air cushion; the motor drives the rolling shaft to rotate; the air pipe is arranged in the storage box, and one end of the air pipe is provided with an air pump; the inflatable tube is arranged in the inner cavity of the roller, and the air outlet end of the inflatable tube penetrates through the side wall of the inner cavity of the roller and then extends into the air cushion; the rotary air valve is arranged between the air pipe and the inflation pipe, so that the inflation pipe rotates relative to the air pipe and keeps communicated with the air pipe.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the rotary air valve is divided into a ball socket portion, a ball head portion mounted in the ball socket portion, the ball head portion being in communication with the air tube, the ball socket portion being mounted at an end of the roller and being in communication with the air tube.
The automatically-contained air cushion provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: after the air cushion is used, the air in the air cushion is released by the air pump through the air pipe and the inflation pipe, the roller is rotated by the motor, the inflation pipe in the roller rotates relative to the air pipe through the rotating air valve, and the air cushion is wound on the roller and is stored in the storage box; when the air cushion needs to be used, the air pump pumps the air into the air cushion through the air pipe and the inflation pipe, and simultaneously the rolling shaft rotates reversely, so that the air cushion is gradually unfolded; the air cushion can be automatically stored and unfolded, and convenience is brought to use.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the roller is provided with driven gears at both ends, the driven gears are engaged with a driving gear, and the driving gear is driven by the motor.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the inflatable tube is L-shaped, a horizontal section of the inflatable tube is arranged in the inner cavity of the roller, and a vertical section of the inflatable tube extends out of the middle of the roller and then extends into the air cushion.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the air pump is provided with a heating plate at an air inlet end thereof.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the air pump is provided with a semiconductor refrigeration piece at an air inlet end.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the air tube is fitted with a gas valve.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the air tube is provided with an air pressure sensor for monitoring the air pressure of the air tube when the air valve is opened and closed.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the storage box front side plate is provided with a storage opening for rolling in the air cushion.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, an automatically stowable air mattress includes an air mattress 100; the air bag comprises a storage box 200, a motor 300, an air pipe 400, an inflation pipe 500 and a rotary air valve 600, wherein a roller 210 for rolling the air cushion 100 is arranged in the storage box 200, and the roller 210 is arranged at the rear end of the air cushion 100; the motor 300 drives the roller 210 to rotate; the air pipe 400 is arranged in the storage box 200, and one end of the air pipe 400 is provided with an air pump 410; the gas-filled tube 500 is arranged in the inner cavity of the roller 210, and the gas outlet end of the gas-filled tube 500 penetrates through the side wall of the inner cavity of the roller 210 and then extends into the air cushion 100; the rotary air valve 600 is divided into a ball socket part 610 and a ball head part 620 arranged in the ball socket part 610, the ball head part 620 is communicated with the air pipe 400, and the ball socket part 610 is arranged at the end part of the roller 210 and is communicated with the air pipe 400.
After the air cushions 100 are used, the air pump 410 releases the air in the air cushions 100 through the air pipe 400 and the air inflation pipe 500, the motor 300 rotates the rollers 210, the air cushions 100 are wound on the rollers 210, and the air cushions 100 are stored in the storage box 200; when the air cushion 100 needs to be used, the air pump 410 pumps the air cushion 100 through the air pipe 400 and the inflation pipe 500 for inflation, and simultaneously the rolling shaft 210 rotates reversely, so that the air cushion 100 is gradually unfolded; the air cushion 100 can be automatically stored and unfolded to bring convenience to use, the inflation tube 500 in the roller 210 rotates relative to the air tube 400 through the rotating air valve 600, the problem that the pipeline is damaged after being twisted for many times is avoided, and the inflation tube 500 can be made of soft materials and is convenient to roll and fold.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the rotary air valve 600 is divided into a ball socket portion 610 and a ball head portion 620 installed in the ball socket portion 610, the ball head portion 620 is communicated with the air tube 400, the ball socket portion 610 is installed at the end of the roller 210 and communicated with the air tube 400, and the ball socket portion 610 rotates on the ball head portion 620 along with the roller 210.
Referring to fig. 3, the rotating mechanism 300 includes a driven gear 310 installed at an end of the roller 210, the driven gear 310 is engaged with a driving gear 320, the driving gear 320 is driven by a motor 330, the driving gear 320 starts to rotate after the motor 330 operates, and the driven gear 310 engaged with the driving gear 320 drives the roller 210 to rotate, so that the roller 210 rotates to wind the air cushion 100.
In this embodiment, driven gears 310 are installed at both ends of the roller 210, and the driven gears 310 are engaged with driving gears 320 driven by a motor 330, so that both ends of the roller 210 rotate synchronously, and the phenomenon that the mattress deflects to affect the rolling effect when the rolling process is rotated at one end of the roller 210 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, the air valve 420 is installed on the air tube 400, when the air pump inflates or deflates, the central circuit 900 enables the air tube 400 to restore the access state by opening the air valve 420, in order to avoid the problem of over-inflation, the air pressure sensor 430 is installed on the air tube 400, the air pressure in the air tube 400 is detected by the air pressure sensor 430 and fed back to the central circuit 900, when the air pressure reaches a preset value, the central circuit 900 closes the air valve 420 and stops the operation of the air pump 410, when the air pressure is lower than the preset value, the central circuit 900 starts the operation of the air pump 410 while opening the air valve 420, and supplements the inflation of the air cushion 100.
The air inlet end of the air pump 410 is provided with the heating plate 700, the air is heated by the heating plate 700, the air filled in the air cushion 100 is hot air, and the comfort level of the air cushion 100 in cold seasons is improved.
The semiconductor refrigerating element 800 is arranged at the air inlet end of the air pump 410, the air is cooled through the semiconductor refrigerating element 800, the air filled in the air cushion 100 is cold air, and the comfort level of the air cushion 100 in hot seasons is improved.
In order to facilitate the accommodation of the air cushion 100 into the storage case 200, an accommodation port 220 for the air cushion 100 to be drawn in is provided on a front side plate of the storage case 200.

Claims (9)
1. An automatically stowable air mattress, comprising:
an air cushion (100);
the storage box (200), a roller (210) for rolling the air cushion (100) is arranged in the storage box (200), and the roller (210) is arranged at the rear end of the air cushion (100);
the motor (300), the motor (300) drives the roller (210) to rotate;
the air pipe (400) is arranged in the storage box (200), and one end of the air pipe (400) is provided with an air pump (410);
the inflatable tube (500) is arranged in the inner cavity of the roller (210), and the air outlet end of the inflatable tube (500) penetrates through the side wall of the inner cavity of the roller (210) and then extends into the air cushion (100);
the rotary air valve (600) is arranged between the air pipe (400) and the inflation pipe (500), so that the inflation pipe (500) rotates relative to the air pipe (400) and keeps communicated.

The automatic stowable air mattress of claim 1, wherein the rotary air valve (600) is divided into a ball socket portion (610), a ball head portion (620) mounted in the ball socket portion (610), the ball head portion (620) is connected to the air tube (400), and the ball socket portion (610) is mounted on the end of the roller (210) and connected to the air tube (400).
3. The automatic stowable air cushion according to claim 1, wherein the roller (210) is provided with driven gears (310) at both ends, the driven gears (310) are engaged with a driving gear (320), and the driving gear (320) is driven by the motor (300).

The cushion capable of being automatically stored according to claim 1, wherein the inflation tube (500) is L-shaped, a horizontal section of the inflation tube (500) is installed in the inner cavity of the roller (210), and a vertical section of the inflation tube (500) penetrates out from the middle of the roller (210) and then extends into the cushion (100).
5. The auto-stowable air mattress of claim 1, wherein the air pump (410) is fitted with a heating plate (700) at its air inlet end.
6. The auto-stowable air mattress of claim 1, wherein the inlet end of the air pump (410) is fitted with a semiconductor refrigeration piece (800).
7. The auto-stowable air mattress of claim 1, wherein an air valve (420) is mounted on said air tube (400).
8. The auto-stowable air mattress of claim 7, wherein an air pressure sensor (430) is attached to the air tube (400), said air pressure sensor (430) being used to monitor the air pressure of the air tube (400) as the air valve (420) opens and closes.
9. The automatically stowable air cushion according to claim 1, wherein a stowing port (220) for rolling in of the air cushion (100) is provided on a front side plate of the stowable box (200).
