the lower pull rod mechanism (16) is arranged at two sides below the upper pull rod mechanism (17), the lower pull rod mechanism (16) comprises a lower pull rod hanging connector (161) with a through hole, a lower pull rod connecting pipe (162), a lower pull rod locking nut (163), a threaded connecting rod (164) and a fixed support (165), the lower pull rod hanging connector (161) is connected with the lower pull rod connecting pipe (162) and the lower pull rod connecting pipe (162) is connected with the fixed support (165) through the threaded connecting rod (164), the threaded connecting rod (164) is sleeved with the lower pull rod locking nut (163), and the distance between the lower pull rod hanging connector (161) and the fixed support (165) is changed by rotating the lower pull rod connecting pipe (162) and the lower pull rod locking nut (163);
