transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a first communication delay estimation data packet to the first base station in response to receiving the first uplink grant, wherein the first communication delay estimation data packet includes a first timestamp indicating a time at which the first communication delay estimation data packet is transmitted, and wherein the queuing time is included in the first communication delay estimation data packet;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a second communication delay estimation data packet to the second base station in response to receiving the second uplink grant, wherein the second communication delay estimation data packet includes a second timestamp indicating a time of transmitting the second communication delay estimation data packet, and wherein the queuing time is included in the second communication delay estimation data packet;
recording, by the first base station, a third time of receipt of the first communication delay estimate data packet in response to receipt of the first communication delay estimate data packet;
recording, by the second base station, a fourth time of receipt of the second communication delay estimate data packet in response to receiving the second communication delay estimate data packet;
calculating a first difference value between the third moment and the first moment by the first base station, and sending the first difference value to the mobile terminal by the first base station;
and calculating a second difference value between the fourth moment and the second moment by the second base station, and sending the second difference value to the mobile terminal by the second base station.
3. The method for acquiring security information of a security system for intelligent endowment as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the security information acquisition method of the security system for intelligent old-age care comprises the following steps:
comparing, by the mobile terminal, the first difference value and the second difference value;
if the difference between the first difference and the second difference is smaller than the threshold value, the mobile terminal sends a notification that the difference is too small to the first base station, and simultaneously the mobile terminal sends a notification that the difference is too small to the second base station;
in response to receiving the notification that the difference is too small, calculating, by the first base station, a third difference between the first timestamp and the first time and a fourth difference between the third time and the first timestamp;
in response to receiving the notification that the difference is too small, calculating, by the second base station, a fifth difference between the second timestamp and the second time and a sixth difference between the fourth time and the second timestamp.
4. The method for acquiring security information of a security system for intelligent endowment as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the security information acquisition method of the security system for intelligent old-age care comprises the following steps:
transmitting, by the first base station, the third difference value and the fourth difference value to the mobile terminal;
transmitting, by the first base station, the fifth difference value and the sixth difference value to the mobile terminal;
in response to receiving the third difference, the fourth difference, the fifth difference, and the sixth difference, calculating, by the mobile terminal, a first absolute value of a difference between the fourth difference and the third difference, and calculating, by the mobile terminal, a second absolute value of a difference between the fifth difference and the sixth difference;
comparing, by the mobile terminal, the first absolute value and the second absolute value.
5. The method for acquiring security information of a security system for intelligent endowment as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the security information acquisition method of the security system for intelligent old-age care comprises the following steps:
if the first absolute value is larger than the second absolute value, the mobile terminal sends the security information to the second base station;
if the first absolute value is smaller than the second absolute value, the mobile terminal sends the security information to the first base station;
and responding to the received security information, and sending the received security information to a security management center server by the first base station or the second base station.

means for transmitting, by a second base station, a second uplink grant to the mobile terminal based on the second buffer status report.

means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a second communication delay estimation data packet to the second base station in response to receiving the second uplink grant, wherein the second communication delay estimation data packet includes a second timestamp indicating a time at which the second communication delay estimation data packet is transmitted, and wherein the queuing time is included in the second communication delay estimation data packet;
means for recording, by the first base station, a third time at which the first communication delay estimate data packet is received in response to receiving the first communication delay estimate data packet;
means for recording, by the second base station, a fourth time of receipt of the second communication delay estimate data packet in response to receiving the second communication delay estimate data packet;
means for calculating, by the first base station, a first difference between the third time and the first time, and sending, by the first base station, the first difference to the mobile terminal;
means for calculating, by the second base station, a second difference between the fourth time and the second time, and sending, by the second base station, the second difference to the mobile terminal.

means for comparing, by the mobile terminal, the first difference value and the second difference value;
