the red packet block creating module is used for creating a red packet block by a user; the red packet block is provided with or associated with a plurality of block link certificates;
the block chaining certification is a circulated encrypted digital rights certification;
the red packet block creating module also comprises a setting module, and the setting module is used for setting the red packet block attribute and/or the red packet getting condition;
the red packet block attribute comprises the total number of red packets contained in the red packet block and the number of red packets received by each receiving user, and each red packet comprises the number of block chain certificates;

the display module is used for displaying the graphic code generated by the graphic code generation module;
the printing module is used for printing the graphic code generated by the graphic code generating module;
the setting module of the red packet creating block feeds back the pickup condition information set by the user to the pickup judging module; the receiving judging module is used for identifying and judging whether a user requesting to receive the red packet has receiving qualification or not according to the receiving condition information;
and if the terminal user meets the red packet getting condition, transferring the block chain general certificate contained in the red packet which is taken currently from the block account of the block user to the block account of the getting user.

the red envelope getting condition comprises any one of the following conditions:
1) the time limit of red envelope pickup;
2) receiving the identity attribute of the user of the red envelope;
3) and (4) confirming the permission condition of red envelope pickup.

the block chain red packet delivery system further comprises a permission confirmation module, and the permission confirmation module is used for block users to confirm the currently received red packet.

the receiving judging module identifies and judges whether a user requesting to receive the red packet has a receiving qualification or not according to the receiving condition information, and if the terminal user fails to meet the red packet receiving condition, the receiving judging module sends information which does not meet the receiving condition to the terminal user;
if the terminal user meets the red packet receiving condition, the block user confirmation authority module confirms the currently received red packet; when the block user confirms, the block chain certificate contained in the current red packet is transferred from the block account of the block user to the block account of the receiving user.
