Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an electronic document processing method provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is shown for automatically classifying an electronic document, where the electronic document processing method shown in fig. 1 may include the following steps:
101: and acquiring the electronic documents to be classified belonging to the first case. The first case is a case corresponding to a case type in the judicial case field, and the case types in the judicial case field include, but are not limited to: criminal cases and civil cases, which are divided into different types, are not detailed in the embodiment. The case type of the first case can be determined according to the content of the electronic document to be classified, such as based on the case title of the electronic document to be classified, or the case type of the first case can be labeled by an operator, such as a judge.
It can be understood that: the electronic document to be classified is a document from the receiving stage of the first case to at least one processing stage of the finishing stage of the trial of the first case, and the generation mode of the electronic document to be classified may be, but is not limited to: electronic documents of the types of electronic texts, images, audios and videos and the like generated at each processing stage of the first case or electronic documents made of paper case materials belonging to the first case by means of technologies of digital images, character recognition and the like.
In this embodiment, possible ways to acquire the electronic document to be classified include, but are not limited to, the following ways:
one possible way to obtain an electronic document to be classified is: acquiring an electronic document to be classified, which is uploaded by an operating body (such as a judge) and belongs to a first case, wherein the operating body needs to determine whether the electronic document to be classified belongs to the first case before uploading any electronic document to be classified based on the feasible mode, and the mode for determining whether the electronic document to be classified belongs to the first case is as follows: and determining whether the electronic document to be classified belongs to a first case or not according to the case information recorded in the electronic document to be classified, wherein if the case information recorded in the electronic document to be classified is consistent with the case information of the first case, the electronic document to be classified is judged to belong to the first case, otherwise, the electronic document to be classified is judged to belong to other cases except the first case.
Another possible way to obtain the electronic document to be classified is: and acquiring the electronic documents to be classified belonging to the first case from a preset electronic document library to be classified according to the case information of the first case, wherein the preset electronic document library to be classified is used for storing each electronic document to be classified, each electronic document to be classified is bound with the corresponding case information, if the case information bound with the electronic documents to be classified is consistent with the case information of the first case, the electronic documents to be classified are judged to belong to the first case, and if not, the electronic documents to be classified are judged to belong to other cases except the first case.
The case information comprises at least one of but not limited to case numbers (with uniqueness) and case introduction (such as case titles), wherein the case numbers are brief identifications for distinguishing types and orders of case handling of courts at all levels, can be unique numbers consisting of Chinese characters, Arabic numerals and brackets, and are distributed after the first case is received; the case profile is a brief description of the case content related to the first case, and can be composed of case type, acceptance court, processing stage, original reported information and various information in the core content related to the case, so that the case profile of each case is different.
102: determining a directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified from the case directories of the first case, wherein the case directory of the first case is a directory which is obtained based on the case type of the first case and can be suitable for a plurality of cases in the case types. The case directory of the first case is a case directory allocated to the first case under the condition that the first electronic file to be classified belonging to the first case is acquired, and the case directory can be directly used under the condition that other electronic files to be classified belonging to the first case are acquired. The reason why a case catalog of a certain case type can be applied to a plurality of cases in the case type is that: cases of the same case type relate to electronic documents of which the document types are approximately the same, so that a plurality of cases of the same case type can correspond to the same case catalogue.
In this embodiment, the generation process of the case catalog of the first case is: selecting a directory template from the directory template configuration list as a directory template of the first case, generating a case directory of the first case according to the directory template of the first case, and generating a case directory with a tree-shaped directory structure according to the directories and the relationship among the directories recorded in the directory template of the first case.
The manner of selecting a directory template from the directory template configuration list may be: selecting a directory template from a directory template configuration list according to the case type information of the first case, wherein the directory template configuration list is shown in fig. 2, each directory template in the directory template configuration list corresponds to case type information, the case type information includes but is not limited to case types and case subtypes, the case types are used for indicating the types to which the first case belongs, the case types can be one of criminal cases, civil cases and the like, and the case subtypes indicate the processing stage of the current case, so that the directory template matched with the case type information can be selected from the directory template configuration list according to the case type information of the first case. Certainly, a catalog template applicable to all cases can be configured in the catalog template configuration list, and the catalog template applicable to all cases can be selected when the selection is performed according to the case type information of the first case. One point to be noted is: when the directory template is selected according to the case type information of the first case, the directory template matched with the case type information is preferentially selected, if a plurality of directory templates are matched according to the case type information, one directory template can be selected from the directory templates, for example, one directory template is selected randomly or according to the selected times (or the selected probability), or a plurality of directory templates are output but one directory template is selected by an operation body, and if no directory template matched with the case type information exists, the directory template used for all cases is selected.
In this embodiment, another method may also be adopted to select a directory template from the directory template configuration list, for example, according to the selection operation of the operation body, a directory template is selected from the directory template configuration list, that is, the operation body is selected to select the directory template selected from the directory template configuration list, so that the selected directory template is closer to the requirement of the operation body.
After the directory template is selected in the above manner (the structure of the directory template is shown in fig. 3), each directory and the relationship between the directories are recorded in the directory template, such as a first-level directory belonging to a root node in the directory template, a second-level directory serving as a first-level child node of the root node, a third-level directory (simply referred to as a second-level child node) serving as a child node of the first-level child node, … …, and so on until the last-level child node, and then a case directory of a tree-like directory result can be constructed according to the information, as shown in fig. 4. But here one point needs to be explained: under the condition that the case directory is constructed according to the information, the case directory can be edited according to the editing operation of the operation body, such as at least one editing operation of adding a new node, deleting a node, changing a node name and the like, so that the modified case directory meets the requirement of the actual processing requirement of the first case and the individuation of the case directory is realized, and the modification process is not detailed in the embodiment.
In the case of generating the case catalog of the first case, for any electronic document to be classified which is affiliated to the first case, the manner of determining the catalog corresponding to the electronic document to be classified from the case catalog of the first case in the embodiment may be, but is not limited to, the following manner:
determining document identity information of the electronic document to be classified, wherein the document identity information is at least used for indicating the document type of the electronic document to be classified; and determining a directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the case directory according to the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified.
The process of determining the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the case directory according to the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified may be: determining a catalog corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the preset catalog type rule according to the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified and the preset catalog type rule; determining catalog identification information of a catalog corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in a preset catalog type rule in a case catalog; and determining the directory corresponding to the directory identification information in the case directory as the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the case directory.
That is, the preset catalog type rule records the corresponding relationship between the document identity information and the catalog, so that the catalog corresponding to the electronic document to be classified can be determined according to the corresponding relationship between the document identity information and the catalog. And identifying the directory in the case directory through the directory identification information, searching the directory identification information of the directory from the case directory after determining the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the preset directory type rule, and further determining the directory indicated by the directory identification information as the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the case directory.
As shown in fig. 5, the catalog type rule is preset, and in fig. 5, the document type is represented by a type number (material _ type), so that the type number can be regarded as a representation method of the document identity information, and the type number corresponds to the catalog name (catalog _ name) of the catalog, therefore, in the case of determining the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified, such as the type number, the catalog having a corresponding relationship with the type number can be determined from the preset catalog type rule according to the type number, and specifically, the catalog name of the catalog having a corresponding relationship can be determined. And determining the directory indicated by the determined directory identification information as the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the case directory.
Still taking fig. 5 as an example, if the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified is the type number 101, the directory name corresponding to the type number 101 is the complaint, and the directory ID corresponding to the complaint in the case directory is 5, the directory with the directory ID of 5 in the case directory is determined as the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the case directory.
In this embodiment, the manner of determining the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified may be: the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified is determined through a document analysis system, or the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified is determined by an operation body (such as a judge). The document identity information at least comprises document types, for example, the document types can be complaints, answers, criminal complaints, court trial notes, referees, evidences and the like, various document types can be preset in practical application, and then the document types of the electronic documents to be classified are determined from the preset various document types through a document analysis system or an operation body. Of course, under the condition that the document type of the electronic document to be classified is determined, the document type of the electronic document to be classified can be corresponding to the type number, so that the catalog corresponding to the electronic document to be classified is determined from the preset catalog type rule shown in fig. 5 through the type number.
103: and binding the electronic document to be classified with the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified, so that the electronic document bound under any directory can be determined by operating any directory in the case directories of the first case, and the bound electronic document is consulted by means of the directory.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the electronic documents to be classified belonging to the first case are obtained, the directories corresponding to the electronic documents to be classified are determined from the case directories of the first case, the electronic documents to be classified are bound with the directories corresponding to the electronic documents to be classified, automatic classification of the electronic documents is achieved, all the electronic documents belonging to the first case can be classified into the case directories of the first case, unified management of all the electronic documents of the first case and reference of all the electronic documents of the first case are achieved, the case directories of the first case are obtained based on the case types of the first case and can be suitable for multiple cases in the case types, and usability of the cases of the same case type is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, which shows another flowchart of an electronic document processing method provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, on the basis of fig. 1, the method may further include the following steps:
104: and if the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified is not determined from the case directory of the first case, binding the electronic document to be classified with the non-catalogued directory in the case directory.
If the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified is not determined from the case directory of the first case, it is indicated that there may be no directory matching the case directory, for example, if the matching directory is not determined according to the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified, the electronic document to be classified is bound with the non-catalogued directory in the case directory.
The non-catalogued directory is a directory added in the case directory under the condition that the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified is not determined for the first time, and other electronic documents to be classified, of which the directories are not determined subsequently, can be directly bound with the non-catalogued directory, or the non-catalogued directory is directly added in the case directory in the process of generating the case directory of the first case, so that the electronic document to be classified and the non-catalogued directory can be directly bound under the condition that the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified is not determined.
105: and determining the electronic document to be classified selected from the electronic documents to be classified bound by the operation body from the non-catalogued directory and the directory selected from the case directory by the operation body.
For example, according to the operation (such as click operation) of the operation body on the non-catalogued directory, all electronic documents to be classified bound by the non-catalogued directory are output, then according to the selection operation of the operation body, the electronic documents to be classified corresponding to the selection operation are selected from all the output electronic documents to be classified, wherein the selection operation can select at least one electronic document to be classified, and the mode of outputting all the electronic documents to be classified bound by the non-catalogued directory is as follows: the method comprises the steps of displaying document information of all electronic documents to be classified under an unordered catalog, namely displaying the unordered catalog and all electronic documents to be classified bound with the unordered catalog in the same area, displaying document information such as document names of the electronic documents to be classified when displaying all the bound electronic documents to be classified, so that approximate contents of the electronic documents to be classified can be determined, or displaying the unordered catalog and all the electronic documents to be classified bound with the unordered catalog in different areas, for example, displaying the unordered catalog in a first area, displaying all the electronic documents to be classified bound with the unordered catalog in a second area, and displaying contents recorded in the documents when displaying all the electronic documents to be classified bound with the unordered catalog in the second area.
In order to facilitate an operator to select a directory from the case directories, a case directory capable of selecting the directory also needs to be output, the case directory capable of selecting the directory is still the case directory of the first case, but an electronic document to be classified is not bound under the case directory capable of selecting the directory, and the selection operation can be performed on any directory in the case directory capable of selecting the directory. For example, when an operation of popping up a case directory capable of performing directory selection is detected, a case directory of a first case is output, as shown in fig. 7, when it is detected that a homing control is triggered (indicating that an operation of popping up a case directory capable of performing directory selection is detected), a case directory of the first case is output, and any directory in the case directories corresponds to one selectable control, and when it is detected that a certain selectable control is selected, it indicates that an operation body selects a directory corresponding to the selectable control.
106: and binding the selected electronic document to be classified with the selected catalogue, so as to realize the classification of the electronic document to be classified by means of the operation body.
According to the technical scheme, when the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified is not determined, the electronic document to be classified is bound with the non-catalogued directory in the case directory. And for the electronic documents to be classified bound with the non-catalogued directories, corresponding directories can be selected from the case directories by means of the operation body, so that the classification of the electronic documents to be classified without automatically determining the directories is realized by means of the operation body.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a structure of an electronic document processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 8, which may include: an acquisition unit 11, a determination unit 12 and a binding unit 13.
The obtaining unit 11 is configured to obtain an electronic document to be classified belonging to a first case, where the first case is a case of a case type corresponding to a case field of justice, and the case types in the case field of justice include, but are not limited to: criminal cases and civil cases, which are divided into different types, are not detailed in the embodiment. The case type of the first case can be determined according to the content of the electronic document to be classified, such as based on the case title of the electronic document to be classified, or the case type of the first case can be labeled by an operator, such as a judge.
It can be understood that: the electronic document to be classified is a document from the receiving stage of the first case to at least one processing stage of the finishing stage of the trial of the first case, and the generation mode of the electronic document to be classified may be, but is not limited to: electronic documents of the types such as electronic texts, images, audios and videos and the like generated at each processing stage of the first case or electronic documents made of paper case materials belonging to the first case by means of technologies such as digital images, character recognition and the like can be acquired based on the electronic documents to be classified in the following mode: acquiring an electronic document to be classified belonging to a first case uploaded by an operator (such as a judge), or acquiring the electronic document to be classified belonging to the first case from a preset electronic document library to be classified according to case information of the first case, which refers to the relevant description in the method embodiment, and the description of this embodiment is omitted.
The determining unit 12 is configured to determine a directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified from the case directories of the first case, where the case directory of the first case is a directory that is obtained based on the case type of the first case and is applicable to a plurality of cases in the case types.
In the case of generating the case catalog of the first case, for any electronic document to be classified which is affiliated to the first case, the manner in which the determining unit 12 determines the catalog corresponding to the electronic document to be classified from the case catalog of the first case may be, but is not limited to, the following manner:
determining document identity information of the electronic document to be classified, wherein the document identity information is at least used for indicating the document type of the electronic document to be classified; and determining a directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified in the case directory according to the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified.
The binding unit 13 is configured to bind the electronic document to be categorized with the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be categorized, so that by operating any directory in the case directory of the first case, the electronic document bound under any directory can be determined, and the bound electronic document is referred to by means of the directory.
One point to be explained here is: if the directory corresponding to the electronic document to be classified is not determined from the case directory of the first case, it is indicated that there may be no directory matching the electronic document in the case directory, for example, if the matching directory is not determined according to the document identity information of the electronic document to be classified, in this case, the binding unit 13 binds the electronic document to be classified with the non-catalogued directory in the case directory.
