Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.
Fig. 1 is a document processing method of an electronic whiteboard according to an embodiment of the present invention, including: step S1 to step S2.
The trace of each action is incrementally stored in step S1. Whenever a behavior trace is detected to be generated in the whiteboard content, the action, the vector diagram and the behavior timestamp of the behavior trace are stored as an increment element, wherein the behavior timestamp comprises a timestamp for starting to generate the behavior trace and a timestamp for ending the behavior trace.
For example, the process of drawing an arrow is taken as an incremental element, the incremental element may comprise a vector diagram of a straight line, the action is a generation process from the existence of the straight line to the absence of the straight line, and the action time stamp comprises a time stamp of the starting point of the straight line and a time stamp of the end of the straight line.
In step S2, the full amount is stored in the format of a whiteboard file. And when detecting that the content of the whiteboard does not change after a preset time period or detecting a signal for stopping whiteboard operation, storing all the increment elements of all the behavior tracks generated before in a whiteboard file format. The format of the whiteboard file includes, but is not limited to, the files in the formats of bbx, btx, etc.
Wherein the preset time period may be set to 2 to 8 minutes, preferably to 5 minutes.
In order to facilitate previewing and propagating the content of the whiteboard, in an embodiment, the method for processing the file of the electronic whiteboard further includes: whiteboard content is stored in a picture file format.
In an embodiment, the file processing method of the electronic whiteboard further includes playing back the whiteboard file when the whiteboard file is read again after the whiteboard file is stored. The mode of playback includes forward playback and/or reverse playback. Optionally, the current whiteboard canvas and the content elements may be stored as pictures at any time during the playing process of the playback.
And during the positive sequence playback, when a positive sequence playing signal is detected, sequentially displaying all the behavior tracks on the electronic whiteboard from first to last according to the incremental element information of all the behavior tracks in the whiteboard file and the time stamps for generating the behavior tracks.
And during reverse playback, when a reverse playing signal is detected, sequentially displaying all the behavior tracks on the electronic whiteboard from back to front according to the timestamp generating the behavior tracks according to the incremental element information of all the behavior tracks in the whiteboard file.
For example, if a circle is drawn on the whiteboard (increment element 1 is generated) and then an arrow is drawn (increment element 2 is generated), the entry is ended. At this time, the final state of the whiteboard canvas is a circle and an arrow, and the whiteboard canvas is played in a reverse order, wherein the first process is a generation process from only one circle to adding one arrow, and the second process is a process from the initial state of the whiteboard content to adding one circle.
Further, in an embodiment, the neglected time interval is used as a configuration item, which may be selected when the forward or reverse playback is selected, and if the configuration item is selected, the timestamp information of each element is neglected when the whiteboard canvas plays back the whiteboard content, so that the adjacent elements are played without a time interval during the playback.
Specifically, when a positive sequence playing signal is detected and an ignoring time interval signal is detected to be in an invalid state (an ignoring time interval configuration item is not checked), all behavior tracks are sequentially displayed on the electronic whiteboard from first to last according to the timestamp generating the behavior tracks according to the incremental element information of all the behavior tracks in the whiteboard file, wherein the playing time interval between two adjacent behavior tracks is the difference between the timestamps generating the two behavior tracks.
When the operation signal is detected to be played in a positive sequence and the neglected time interval signal is detected to be in an effective state (the neglected time interval configuration item is selected), all the behavior tracks are sequentially and continuously displayed on the electronic whiteboard from first to last according to the timestamp generating the behavior tracks and the incremental element information of all the behavior tracks in the whiteboard file, wherein the playing time interval between every two adjacent behavior tracks is 0.
When the reverse playing signal is detected and the neglect time interval signal is detected to be in an invalid state, all the behavior tracks are sequentially displayed on the electronic whiteboard from back to first according to the incremental element information of all the behavior tracks in the whiteboard file and the timestamps for generating the behavior tracks, wherein the playing time interval between two adjacent behavior tracks is the difference of the timestamps for generating the two behavior tracks.
And when the reverse playing operation signal is detected and the neglect time interval signal is detected to be in an effective state, sequentially and continuously displaying all the behavior tracks on the electronic whiteboard from back to front according to the incremental element information of all the behavior tracks in the whiteboard file and the time stamps for generating the behavior tracks, wherein the playing time interval between every two adjacent behavior tracks is 0.
Further, in an embodiment, the playing speed is used as a configuration item, which can be checked when the forward or reverse playback is selected, and if the configuration item is checked, the elements can be played at an accelerated speed when the whiteboard canvas plays back the whiteboard content.
In one embodiment, the file processing method further includes: in the process of reading the stored whiteboard file, whenever detecting that a behavior track is newly added to whiteboard content contained in the whiteboard file, taking the action, the vector diagram and the behavior timestamp of the newly added behavior track as an increment element, storing the increment element in the format of an increment file, and adding the increment element of the new behavior track to the total amount of the whiteboard file. Assuming that the stored whiteboard file is full 1, when the whiteboard file is read again, further adding operation can be continued to the whiteboard, at this time, as in the storing step of the whiteboard file, the full 1 can be used as an increment element 1, and further operation is regenerated into an increment element 2, an increment element 3 …, so that the original full 1 can be added and modified.
In one embodiment, the file processing method further includes: in the process of reading the stored whiteboard file, whenever it is detected that an original behavior track in whiteboard content contained in the whiteboard file is deleted or modified, an increment element of a corresponding behavior track is deleted or modified in the full-amount elements of the whiteboard file. For example, the full 1 is decomposed from the timestamp from the modification or deletion, the operation before the modification or deletion is taken as the delta element 1, and each operation for the modification or deletion is regenerated into the delta element 2, delta element 3 …, so that the delta element from any timestamp of the original full 1 can be modified.
