The invention discloses a method for judging the drawing state of a boron-coated steel wire, which comprises the steps of respectively heating and boiling a raw material steel wire sample which is not drawn and a target steel wire sample to be tested by water until a borax coating on the surface of the steel wire is completely dissolved, analyzing and calculating the content of borax in the dissolved solution by adopting an acid-base titration method, wherein the borax coating on the surface of the steel wire can be lost in the drawing process, and the better the drawing state is, the lower the loss is, the worse the drawing condition is, and the higher the loss is; the drawing state of the drawn steel wire is rapidly judged and compared by calculating the borax loss, engineering technicians and production personnel are effectively helped, the drawing state of the surface of the boron-coated steel wire is recorded, measured and evaluated by accurate data, and the control of the product quality is facilitated; uncertain factors such as subjective judgment ability and experience of operators are not needed, the reliability of the judgment result is high, and the judgment precision and stability are improved.

3) respectively dripping 2-3 drops of methyl orange indicator into the two beaker containers, carrying out titration from yellow to orange red by using a hydrochloric acid standard solution as an end point, and respectively recording the volumes of consumed hydrochloric acid V0 and V1;
