The plant sewage treatment failure diagnosis device according to claim 8, wherein: six groups of detection units of the PH value detection unit (1301), the ammonia nitrogen detection unit (1302), the phosphorus content detection unit (1303), the heavy metal detection unit (1304), the suspended matter detection unit (1305) and the water quality detection unit (1306) are connected in parallel.
