The discharge electrode and the discharge needle are respectively connected with the output end of the high-voltage pulse module, and the high-voltage pulse module is used for boosting arc ignition; the contact switch is arranged between the battery and the high-voltage pulse module, the ignition circuit is switched on when the switch is pressed down, the discharge needle starts arcing, the ignition circuit is switched off when the switch is released, and the ignition process is finished. The invention uses the lithium battery as a power supply, and the high-voltage module performs boosting arc ignition, thereby avoiding the problems of low efficiency and hand injury caused by flame when the lighter is ignited. The ignition process of the igniter is safe and reliable, the ignition success rate is 100%, not only is the time saved, but also the semi-automatic gas cutting efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the igniter can be used as a handheld gas cutting ignition device for general gas ignition, the multipurpose is realized, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.

Background
Steel structures are the spine and skeleton of almost all structures, but steel structures need to be made from section steel through cutting and welding processes. The cutting of the existing steel structure mainly adopts modes such as laser cutting, plasma cutting and gas cutting, and the gas cutting becomes the current main cutting mode due to low cost, convenience, rapidness and high efficiency. The gas cutting can cut steel plates with the thickness of more than 8 mm, mainly linear cutting, and can also perform circumferential cutting with the diameter of more than 200 mm, bevel groove cutting and V-shaped cutting.
The combustion agent used for gas cutting is mainly from acetylene, propane, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, hydrogen and the like, and the oxidant is mainly from high-pressure oxygen. The gas cutting needs to be ignited firstly during working, and the ignition tool at the present stage mainly adopts a conventional household lighter. The ignition modes are divided into manual ignition and semi-automatic ignition. When the hand-operated ignition is carried out, only the gas-cutting combustion agent is started, then the gas is ignited in the air, in this case, the combustion temperature is about 210 ℃, although the flame is bright, the impulse is insufficient, the ignition risk is small, and when the lighter is used for ignition, hands can be burnt due to improper operation. When semi-automatic ignition is used, the quick-opening valve is opened before ignition, pure oxygen and acetylene are mixed according to the stipulation of a combustion agent and an oxidant, and the flame temperature can reach 3600 ℃ instantly by igniting in the mode. When the ignition tool is ignited, the ignition tool is too far away from the muzzle and cannot ignite, and the ignition tool is too close to the muzzle, so that the burning flame can burn the back of fingers and hands, and personal injury is caused. Therefore, there is a need to develop a gas cutting igniter that can safely ignite to meet production safety requirements.

The 18650 lithium battery 2, the high-voltage pulse module 3 and the contact switch 4 are partially arranged inside the shell 1, and the discharge electrode 5 and the tungsten electrode discharge needle 6 are arranged outside the shell 1. The discharge electrode 5 and the tungsten electrode discharge needle 6 are respectively connected with the output end of the high-voltage pulse module 3, and the high-voltage pulse module 3 is used for boosting arc ignition. In the present embodiment, the front end of the tungsten discharge needle 6 is bent into a 7-shape, which is convenient for maintaining the distance between the discharge electrode 5 and the tungsten discharge needle 6 and ensuring the stability of arcing. The contact switch 4 is arranged between the 18650 lithium battery 2 and the high-voltage pulse module 3, when the switch is pressed down, the ignition circuit is switched on, the discharge needle starts arcing, when the switch is released, the ignition circuit is switched off, and the ignition process is finished. The 18650 lithium battery 2 is also provided with a charging port 7 at the rear end thereof. In order to increase the service time after charging and the reliability of the power supply, reduce the instantaneous current of a single battery and prolong the service life of the battery, two 18650 lithium batteries 2 are connected in parallel for use in the embodiment. The housing 1 in this embodiment uses a PVC pipe having a diameter of 40 mm.

3. The gas cutting igniter of claim 2, wherein the lithium battery is provided with a charging port at a rear end thereof.
4. The gas cutting igniter of claim 2 wherein the igniter utilizes two lithium batteries in parallel.
5. The gas cutting igniter of claim 1 wherein the discharge needle is a tungsten electrode discharge needle.
6. The gas cutting igniter of claim 1, wherein the front end of the discharge needle is bent in a 7-shape.
7. The gas cutting igniter of claim 1 wherein said housing is comprised of PVC tubing.
