(3) the pile cap of the pile hammer is arranged at the lower end of the pile hammer core of the pile hammer through the upper pile cap, wherein the pile hammer comprises the pile hammer core and the pile cap of the pile hammer;
(4) and (3) mounting a cement pile, namely mounting the pile head of the cement precast pile to be constructed in the inner cavity of the lower pile cap, so that the top end of the pile head of the cement precast pile to be constructed is supported on the lower end surface of the pile head base plate, and the cement precast pile to be constructed is mounted.
