Abstract
The invention discloses a spraying device, which comprises a box body (1) and a cavity structure, wherein the cavity structure is used for bearing slurry; a power device (2) comprising an air compressor (201) and an engine (202); a vehicle body (3) carrying the box body (1) and the power device (2); the upper end of box (1) is equipped with charge door (4), and the lower extreme is equipped with discharge gate (5), one side of box (1) with power device (2) are connected. The invention solves the technical problems of low spraying efficiency and poor non-uniform spraying effect of cement paste and bonding coat oil caused by the fact that a spraying kettle is manually utilized to spray cement paste and bonding coat oil in a vertical face spraying method in a conventional method.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of new and old pavement construction of extension projects, in particular to a spraying device.
Background
Along with the development of the expressway industry in China, the number of expressway reconstruction and extension projects in China is continuously increased. As an important component in the high extension project of the expressway, the splicing part of the new pavement and the old pavement is very important. Only with good splicing effect, the new and old pavements can become a whole, and the long-term stable use of the highway is further ensured.
In order to enhance the bonding degree of the splicing positions of the new and old pavement base layers, cement paste needs to be sprayed on the vertical surfaces of the splicing positions of the new and old pavement base layers; in order to ensure the cold joining effect of the new and old pavement surface layers, the bonding oil is required to be sprayed in the splicing positions of the new and old pavement surface layers. The conventional method for spraying the cement paste and the adhesive layer oil is to manually spray the cement paste and the adhesive layer oil on the vertical surface by using a spray can, so that the efficiency and the spraying are uneven, and the effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a spraying device to solve the technical problems of low spraying efficiency and poor non-uniform spraying effect of cement paste and adhesive layer oil caused by the fact that a spraying kettle is manually used for spraying the cement paste and the adhesive layer oil in the vertical face in the conventional cement paste and adhesive layer oil spraying method.
In order to achieve the above object, a spraying device is provided.
The spraying device according to the present application comprises:
the box body is a cavity structure used for bearing slurry;
the power device comprises an air compressor and an engine;
the vehicle body bears the box body and the power device;
the upper end of the box body is provided with a charging hole, the lower end of the box body is provided with a discharging hole, and one side of the box body is connected with the power device.

In the embodiment of the invention, the purpose of making the slurry more uniform is achieved by stirring, storing and standing the slurry by adopting a mode of setting an air compressor, so that the technical effect that the prefabricated sprayed slurry is always kept in a uniform state when in a state to be sprayed is realized, and the technical problems of low spraying efficiency and poor spraying non-uniform effect of the cement slurry and the viscous layer oil caused by the fact that a spraying kettle is manually used for spraying the vertical cement slurry and the viscous layer oil in a conventional method are solved.

The spraying is always considered to meet the general standard in the construction process, no special attention is paid to the effect of details, the spraying effect of the spliced part and the uniformity of slurry in the spraying process are shown according to survey data, and the uniformity of slurry in the long-term use process can be a non-negligible factor influencing the lap joint of the new and old roadbed, so that aiming at the research, the spraying device is provided to further improve the splicing tightness of the new and old roadbed and further improve the construction quality.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application relates to a spraying device, which includes a box 1, a power device 2 and a vehicle body 3, wherein the box 1 is a cavity structure for bearing slurry, the power device 2 includes an air compressor 201 and a power machine 202, the box 1 and the power device 2 are connected and jointly disposed on the vehicle body 3, the vehicle body 3 includes a handrail 301 and a universal wheel 302, and in a further preferred embodiment, a fixing groove for fixing the box 1 and the power device 2 is further disposed on the vehicle body 3.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a charging port 4 is disposed at the upper end of the box body 1, a discharging port 5 is disposed at the lower end of the box body 1, the slurry enters the box body 1 through the charging port 4 at the upper end of the box body 1, the slurry in the box body 1 is stirred under the action of an air compressor 201 in the power device 2, so that the slurry is mixed more uniformly, and an engine 202 in the power device 2 provides power for the air compressor 201. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the engine 202 powers the air compressor 201 and simultaneously powers the movement of the vehicle body 3. The engine 202 can provide continuous and uniform power for the car body 3, and the car body 3 can perform uniform spraying operation along the roadbed to be sprayed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the box 1 includes an agitator tank 101 and a storage tank 102, the agitator tank 101 is communicated with the storage tank 102, and one side of the agitator tank 101 is connected to the air compressor 201; the charging opening 4 is arranged on the stirring box 101, and the discharging opening 5 is arranged on the material storage box; in the operation process, the slurry enters the stirring tank 101 through the charging hole 4, the air compressor 201 is driven by the engine 202 to stir the slurry in the stirring tank 101, and the uniformly stirred slurry is output to the storage tank 102 through the stirring tank 101 and flows out through the discharging hole 5. In a further preferred embodiment of the present application, an isolated baffle is provided between the stirring tank 101 and the storage tank 102, the baffle is in a closed state when the air compressor 201 stirs the slurry in the stirring tank 101, so that the stirring tank 101 and the storage tank 102 are in an independent tank state without being communicated, after the air compressor 201 stops acting, the stirring tank 101 is communicated with the storage tank 102 by pulling away the baffle plate, so that the slurry which is stirred and in a uniform state flows into the storage tank 102, the baffle is closed again, the storage tank 102 stores the slurry which is stirred uniformly, and the roadbed to be sprayed is operated through the discharge hole 5, and the stirring box 101 can perform a new round of uniform mixing processing on the newly added slurry under the action of the air compressor 201.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the slurry storage device comprises a monitoring device, wherein the monitoring device monitors the storage amount of the slurry in the box body 1; specifically, the monitoring device is arranged in the storage box 102 of the box body 1, monitors the storage amount of the slurry in the storage box 102, and can monitor the height of the slurry, so that the phenomenon that the spraying operation is interrupted halfway in the construction process due to the fact that the storage amount of the slurry is not clear in the construction process is avoided, and the whole effect of spraying is influenced due to the fact that the interruption is too long.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the discharge port 5 is provided with a nozzle 501, and in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the nozzle 501 is a triangular nozzle assembled together, so that the fine part of the roadbed to be constructed is conveniently sprayed, the waste of slurry is avoided, and the spraying accuracy is improved. In other embodiments of the present application, the arrangement direction of the nozzle 501 is a horizontal direction, as shown in fig. 2, the nozzle 501 is arranged horizontally, which is helpful for adjusting the subsequent roadbed levelness, facilitates subsequent construction, and avoids the increase of the workload of subsequent roadbed leveling due to uneven roadbed sealing caused by too concentrated spraying.
In the embodiment of the invention, the purpose of making the slurry more uniform is achieved by stirring, storing and standing the slurry by adopting a mode of setting an air compressor, so that the technical effect that the prefabricated sprayed slurry is always kept in a uniform state when in a state to be sprayed is realized, and the technical problems of low spraying efficiency and poor spraying non-uniform effect of the cement slurry and the viscous layer oil caused by the fact that a spraying kettle is manually used for spraying the vertical cement slurry and the viscous layer oil in a conventional method are solved.

9. A spraying device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the vehicle body (3) comprises universal wheels (302).
10. A spraying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, including monitoring means to monitor the amount of slurry stored in the tank.
