Description

Wall-mounted clothes treating apparatus
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of clothes treatment equipment, and particularly relates to wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment.
Background
In the prior art, when the lockset is installed, the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment is directly installed at the corresponding position, and is connected with the corresponding position through the eyelet arranged on the lockset and the screw matched with the eyelet. In order to reduce the realization of the lock function by the connection position, a specific eyelet is arranged at the connection position of the lock and the corresponding position. The structure realizes the integration of the connecting position and the lockset, but in actual use, the connecting position has better positioning function on the bottom of the lockset, and ensures the stability of connection only through the strength of the lockset on other parts protruding out of the bottom of the lockset. At this time, only when the door body is closed strictly according to the direction perpendicular to the clothes putting opening, the impact applied to the lockset can be ensured to be perpendicular to the connecting position of the lockset, and the impact does not influence the lockset. However, it is difficult to realize an ideal state in practical use. Because the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment is small in size, the size of the component design is also small, the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment is flexible to use, and the door body is more easily influenced by the outside when being opened and closed, so that the action direction of the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment deviates from an ideal state to a certain extent. If the door body is opened and closed in a non-ideal state, the force applied to the lockset along the direction non-perpendicular to the connecting position of the door body is generated, so that hidden danger is caused to the connection maintenance of the lockset. Moreover, if the connection surface of the lock is not the center of gravity of the lock, connection of the lock at the position increases the burden of the connection position, and the position is easy to damage. Further, the lock is provided with a plurality of functional components towards the uneven structure of one side of the door body, and because the uneven position is adopted, the connecting position of the parts connected with the lock, such as the front sealing door, is uneven, and the damage of the lock and the front sealing door is easy to cause.
The present invention has been made in view of this.

According to the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment disclosed by the invention, the lock positioning piece is used as one of the parts for realizing the connection between the lock and the front plate, the connection between the lock and the front plate is realized through other parts except the lock, the burden of the lock is reduced, and the stability and the firmness of the connection are ensured.
2. According to the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment disclosed by the invention, the lock positioning piece wraps the lock in multiple directions, and the lock is positioned from multiple directions.
3. According to the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment disclosed by the invention, the lock positioning piece forms a keyhole structure, and the part for realizing the lock splicing function is set to be a vacant structure, so that conditions are created for realizing the lock function. The position of the buttonhole is a movable structure, and the position is the most easily damaged position of the lockset. The lock locating piece protects the buttonhole from the circumferential direction at the position, and the service life of the buttonhole is guaranteed.
4. According to the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment disclosed by the invention, the lock positioning piece comprises the containing part for containing at least part of the lock, the containing function and the connecting function of the lock positioning piece are separated, the structure of the lock positioning piece is simplified while the components are matched, and the lock is connected and positioned at least part of the periphery of the lock.
5. By means of the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment, the transition part is designed to achieve transition of different distances between the accommodating part and the connecting part relative to the front plate, the accommodating part and the connecting part can be connected into a whole, and even if the distance between the accommodating part and the front plate is far greater than that between the connecting part and the front plate, the accommodating part and the connecting part can be well connected into a whole. When the weight of the lock is not very large, and the connection position provided for the connection part is more sufficient, the curvature of the first bending can be designed to be larger than that of the second bending, so that the volume of the lock positioning piece is reduced as much as possible.
7. By the wall-mounted clothes treating apparatus introduced by the invention, the design of the reinforcing part is increased. The reinforcing hole of the reinforcing part changes the stress environment around the reinforcing hole, so that the stress field is distributed along the position of the reinforcing hole when the lock positioning piece is acted by external force, and stress concentration at a certain position is avoided.
8. According to the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment disclosed by the invention, the force applied by the first bending is mainly the gravity of the lockset, and the force applied to the first bending is relatively uniform due to the relatively large volume of the lockset. The second bending receives the force from the first bending part, the transmitted force is relatively concentrated, namely, the stress of the second bending part is more complex relative to the first bending part, and the number of the reinforcing holes is increased on the second bending part to be more suitable for the working environment of the second bending part.
9. According to the wall-mounted clothes treatment equipment disclosed by the invention, the apertures at the two ends of the reinforcing hole are different, the aperture at the end which is closer to the corresponding curvature center is smaller, and the aperture at the end which is farther from the corresponding curvature center is larger, so that the stress fields distributed near the reinforcing hole are different at the two sides of the reinforcing hole, compressive stress is applied to the inner side of the bending, tensile stress is applied to the outer side of the bending, and the structure at the bending position is ensured to be maintained.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the wall-mounted laundry treating apparatus described in this embodiment is different from the above-described embodiment in that: the lock positioning member 32 is positioned relative to the jack structure in a keyhole structure that allows the insertion rod structure to enter and exit. The jack structure of second tool to lock towards the one end of door body is the boss column structure of outside slope all around, and this boss column structure runs through the buttonhole structure to bulge in the outside of buttonhole structure. So that the boss-like structure is abutted by the keyhole-like structure at the periphery thereof.
Preferably, the outline of the keyhole structure is polygonal, and the abutting position of the keyhole structure and the boss structure is a plane structure. Through the wall-hanging clothing treatment facility that this embodiment introduced, the tool to lock setting element forms the structure of buttonhole, will realize the part of tool to lock grafting function and set up to the structure of vacancy, creates the condition for the realization of tool to lock function. The position of the buttonhole is a movable structure, and the position is the most easily damaged position of the lockset. The lock locating piece protects the buttonhole from the circumferential direction at the position, and the service life of the buttonhole is guaranteed.

The radial dimension of the first reinforcing hole increases along with the increase of the distance between the position of the first reinforcing hole and the curvature center of the first bending corresponding to the first reinforcing hole; alternatively or additionally, the radial dimension of the second reinforcing hole increases as the distance from the location of the second reinforcing hole to the curvature center of the second bend corresponding to the second reinforcing hole increases. The apertures at the two ends of the reinforcing hole are different, the aperture at the end closer to the corresponding curvature center is smaller, and the aperture at the end farther from the corresponding curvature center is larger, so that the stress fields distributed near the reinforcing hole are different at the two sides of the reinforcing hole, compressive stress is received at the inner side of the bending, tensile stress is received at the outer side of the bending, and the structure at the bending position is ensured to be maintained.
Further, the radial dimension of the first reinforcing hole in the present embodiment is larger than the radial dimension of the second reinforcing hole. The number of reinforcement holes determines, on the one hand, the radial dimension of the reinforcement holes and the curvature of the bend determines, on the other hand, the radial dimension of the reinforcement holes.
Preferably, the first reinforcing hole and/or the second reinforcing hole in the present embodiment are punched from the center of curvature of the first bend and/or the second bend toward the other side of the bend.
