Abstract

The invention discloses a waterproof sealant and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the sealant is prepared from the following raw materials: hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene, polystyrene-polyethylene/propylene-polystyrene copolymer, tackifier and anti-aging agent. The sealant has good sealing and pasting effects and good waterproof performance, the peeling force of a test steel plate is larger than 5N/25mm after being taken out after being soaked in water for 24 hours, and the pasting problem of the door and window sealing strips under humid climate is met. The sealant of the invention is particularly suitable for PE materials, EPDM materials, spray painting doors and plastic doors.
