s1, firstly, selecting a proper amount of 75 parts of aqueous macromolecular elastic resin emulsion, 40 parts of damping pigment and filler and 40 parts of aluminum fiber in proportion, putting the aqueous macromolecular elastic resin emulsion, the damping pigment and filler and the aluminum fiber into a stirring box 2, simultaneously starting a motor 4 and a heating plate 8, driving the stirring rod 5 to rotate by the motor 4, driving a stirring blade 6 to mix and stir the aqueous macromolecular elastic resin emulsion, the damping pigment and filler and the aluminum fiber, heating the stirring box 2 by the heating plate 8, wherein the temperature of the stirring box 2 is 60 ℃, the stirring speed is 800r/min, and the stirring time is 30 minutes;
s2, after the mixture in the S1 is uniformly stirred, adding 20 parts of preservative, 16 parts of flame retardant, 30 parts of deionized water, 4 parts of compatilizer and 0.8 part of coupling agent in a proper proportion into a stirring box 2, and continuously stirring, wherein the temperature of the stirring box 2 is 60 ℃, the stirring speed is 1500r/min, and the stirring time is 40 minutes;
s3, after uniformly stirring the mixture in the S2, selecting a proper amount of 10 parts of film-forming additive, 3 parts of thickening agent and 0.9 part of defoaming agent, adding the mixture into a stirring box 2, and continuously stirring, wherein the temperature of the stirring box 2 is 65 ℃, the stirring speed is 1500r/min, and the stirring time is 20 minutes, so that the water-based anticorrosive damping coating is obtained;
s4, opening the discharge pipe 7, discharging the water-based anticorrosive damping paint prepared in the S3, enabling the water-based anticorrosive damping paint to fall into the collecting frame 14 on the transverse plate 13 through the filter screen 10 and the through groove 11 in the bottom of the box body 1, completing preparation, opening the box door, and drawing out the filter screen 10 from the U-shaped frame 9 for cleaning.

The invention aims at solving the problems of low comprehensive performance, complex preparation process, more equipment and high comprehensive manufacturing cost of the material by improving the matching of the components adopted by the material with the preparation method and the equipment, improving the comprehensive performance of the material, simplifying the preparation process, reducing the number of the equipment, completing each process in one equipment and reducing the comprehensive manufacturing cost.

The water-based anticorrosive damping paint for automobile chassis according to claim 1, characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of aqueous high-molecular elastic resin emulsion, 35 parts of damping pigment and filler, 30 parts of aluminum fiber, 15 parts of preservative, 12 parts of flame retardant, 8 parts of film-forming assistant, 25 parts of deionized water, 2 parts of thickening agent, 0.8 part of defoaming agent, 3 parts of compatilizer and 0.7 part of coupling agent.

s3, after the mixture in the S2 is uniformly stirred, selecting a proper amount of film forming auxiliary agent, thickening agent and defoaming agent in proportion, adding the mixture into a stirring box (2), and continuously stirring, wherein the temperature of the stirring box (2) is 55-65 ℃, the stirring speed is 1500r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 minutes, so as to obtain the water-based anticorrosive damping coating;
s4, opening the discharge pipe (7), discharging the water-based anticorrosive damping paint prepared in the S3, enabling the water-based anticorrosive damping paint to fall into the collecting frame (14) on the transverse plate (13) through the filter screen (10) and the through groove (11) at the bottom of the box body (1), completing preparation, opening the box door, and drawing out the filter screen (10) from the U-shaped frame (9) for cleaning.
