Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of nylon production, in particular to a self-lubricating composite nylon material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5-1.5 parts of emulsion A50-70 parts of emulsion B50-70 parts of nylon particles, 90-110 parts of nylon particles, 0.5-1.5 parts of lubricant and 100 parts of water, wherein the emulsion A is amino silicone oil emulsion, the ammonia value content of the emulsion A is 30 percent, the emulsion B is amino silicone oil microemulsion, the ammonia value content of the emulsion B is 1 percent, the nylon particles are BASF nylon, and the lubricant is erucamide, and the invention also relates to a preparation method of the lubricating composite nylon material, which comprises the following steps: adding 50-70 parts of emulsion A and 2-15 parts of calcium carbonate into a stirrer, stirring and mixing, adding 50-70 parts of emulsion B into the stirrer after uniformly mixing, and stirring for thirty minutes.
