The first motor driving mechanism 5 comprises a first motor and a rotating part, the rotating part is fixed on the side face of the clamp 2, the first motor and the rotating part are arranged coaxially, and a through hole for the insulating rod 9 to penetrate through is formed in the center of the rotating part. The first motor is installed on the rack 1, the rotating part is installed on the installing plate at the front end of the rack 1 through a support, the first motor and the rotating part can be connected in a belt transmission mode, a gear transmission mode or a worm and gear transmission mode, the rotation of the clamp 2 is achieved, and then the insulating rod 9 is driven to rotate.
The second motor driving mechanism 6 comprises a second motor and a sliding piece, the second motor is installed on the rack and connected with the sliding piece through linear transmission structures such as a screw rod and an electric cylinder, the sliding piece moves back and forth along the axial direction of the insulating rod 9, and the winding clamp 4 is fixed on the sliding piece, so that the winding clamp 4 can move back and forth along the axial direction of the insulating rod 9.
Preferably, because the insulating rod 9 is longer, the earth connection generally twines in the middle part of insulating rod 9, therefore, in order to better fix insulating rod 9, the front end of frame 1 still is equipped with locating rack 7 that can stretch out and draw back forward, and at ordinary times, locating rack 7 stretches into inside frame 1, when coiling the earth connection, pulls out it, through locating rack 7 with insulating rod 9 end fixing. The positioning frame 7 can be in the same structure as the fixing frame 3 or simpler, and only a through hole or a blind hole matched with the appearance of the insulating rod 9 is required to be formed in the positioning frame. The positioning frame 7 can be drawn by a guide rail structure used by a conventional drawer.
