In the embodiment, the bottom of the cylinder 3 is connected with one end of the measuring cup main body 5, and the end part of the piston of the cylinder 3 is fixed with the rear cover plate 1-2; the sliding device 2 comprises a group of guide rods 2-1 arranged between the front cover plate 1-1 and the rear cover plate 1-2, linear bearings 2-2 are sleeved on the guide rods 2-1, and two side edges of the measuring cup main body 5 are respectively connected with the linear bearings 2-2.
