Therefore, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the fiber structure is greater than or equal to 2.5mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the fiber structure may take any value within this range, such as 3.5mm and 4mm, specifically determined according to the vehicle type.
Optionally, the insulating layer 30 is polyimide; the thickness of the insulating layer 30 is greater than or equal to 0.1mm and less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
The polyimide has high insulating property, is applicable to a wide temperature range of-200-300 ℃, meets the temperature environment requirement of an automobile, and is made into a 0.1mm film which still has good insulating property. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the insulating layer 30 is greater than or equal to 0.1mm and less than or equal to 0.2mm, so that once the insulating layer 30 is damaged, the first conductive layer 20 and the second conductive layer 40 at the damaged position of the insulating layer 30 are in contact with each other, thereby forming a conductive path.
It is to be understood that the material of the insulating layer 30 is not limited to the above polyimide, such as: polyethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, and the like.
The invention further provides an automobile which comprises the oil tank, a power supply and an early warning device, wherein the power supply, the early warning device, the first conducting layer 20 and the second conducting layer 40 in the oil tank form a conducting loop.
In this embodiment, the oil tank with the above structure is installed on the automobile, the first conductive layer 20, the second conductive layer 40, the power supply and the early warning device in the oil tank form a conductive loop, when the insulating layer 30 on the oil tank is damaged, the first conductive layer 20 and the second conductive layer 40 at the damaged position are conducted, at this time, the first conductive layer 20 and the second conductive layer 40 are connected, the conductive loop is communicated, and the early warning device sends out an early warning prompt to remind the owner of the abnormal oil tank. When the insulating layer 30 on the tank is intact, the first conductive layer 20 is separated from the second conductive layer 40 by the insulating layer 30 and the conductive circuit is broken.
Further, the early warning device comprises a caller, and the caller sends a dialing request to an external server.
The early warning device can include the calling set, and the back is switched on to the conductive loop, and the calling set is automatic to send out the dialing request, and this dialing request is sent to remote base station to dial the terminal of binding with the calling set, in order to reach the purpose of reminding the car owner. The terminal can be a mobile terminal or a fixed terminal.
The early warning device further comprises a loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker gives out sound prompt after being electrified so as to further remind a vehicle owner.

Claims (10)
1. A fuel tank, characterized in that it comprises:
a first conductive layer;
an insulating layer covering the first conductive layer;
a second conductive layer overlying the insulating layer;
wherein the insulating layer insulates the first conductive layer from the second conductive layer.
2. A fuel tank according to claim 1, characterized in that the second conductive layer is a fibrous structure comprising at least one conductive metal fiber.
3. A fuel tank according to claim 1, characterized in that said first conductive layer is of a fibrous structure and said second conductive layer is of a metallic structure.
4. A fuel tank according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the fiber structure further comprises aramid fibers, the proportion of which is between 35% and 55%.
5. A fuel tank according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the thickness of the fiber structure is greater than or equal to 2.5mm and less than or equal to 5 mm.
6. A fuel tank according to claim 1, wherein the insulating layer is polyimide.
7. A fuel tank according to claim 1, wherein the insulating layer has a thickness greater than or equal to 0.1mm and less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
8. An automobile comprising a tank according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the automobile further comprising a power supply and a warning device, the power supply and the warning device, the first and second conductive layers in the tank forming a conductive loop.
9. The vehicle of claim 8, wherein the alerting device comprises a pager that issues a dialing request to an external server.
10. The vehicle of claim 8, wherein the warning device further comprises a speaker that emits an audible alert when energized.
