The oriented shaving board with the surface layer made of ultrathin large shavings, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that the surface layer is made of the ultrathin large shavings, the defect that the shavings on the surface layer are ultrathin and are easy to bubble after hot pressing is overcome, the uniformity of the water content of the shavings is difficult to control uniformly, and the heated surface layer is especially easy to crack.
The oriented strand board with the surface layer of ultrathin large flakes is detected according to the detection method specified by LY/T1580-2010, and the detection results are shown in the following table 1:

The process for preparing the oriented strand board with the ultrathin large-piece wood shavings as the surface layer according to claim 7, wherein the MDI glue has the CAS number of 9017-23-8, the content of active ingredients of more than or equal to 99 percent, and the density of 1.22-1.24g/cm3
