Background
Sheet metal is a comprehensive cold working process for sheet metal (generally below 6 mm), including shearing, punching/cutting/compounding, folding, welding, riveting, splicing, forming (such as automobile bodies), and the like. The remarkable characteristic is that the thickness of the same part is consistent. The product processed by the sheet metal process is called a sheet metal part. Sheet metal parts in different industries are generally different and are mostly used for the name of assembly timing.
In the production process of sheet metal parts, the sheet metal parts finished in production need to be transported and processed, and then the transporting device of one sheet metal part can be used, however, the existing sheet metal part transporting device stacks the sheet metal parts together, and transports and processes by using a transport vehicle, and the transporting mode can lead two adjacent sheet metal parts to continuously shake and rub, so that the sheet metal parts are easy to damage, and therefore the transporting device for sheet metal part production needs to be designed to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problem that the buffer protection effect of the existing sheet metal part transfer device on the sheet metal part is poor, the invention provides a transfer device for sheet metal part production.
The invention provides a turnover device for sheet metal part production, which comprises a support base and four rollers, wherein the four rollers are respectively installed on the outer walls of the four corners of the bottom of the support base through bolts, the outer wall of the top of the support base is provided with a storage box body, the outer wall of the bottom of the storage box body is fixedly provided with a limiting plate, the outer wall of the top of the support base is provided with a first groove, the inner walls of the four corners of the top of the first groove are respectively provided with a mounting groove, the inner walls of the mounting grooves are respectively and fixedly provided with a first spring, the outer wall of the bottom of the first spring is respectively and fixedly provided with an inserting rod, the outer wall of the bottom of the inserting rod is respectively connected with the outer walls of the four corners of the top of the limiting plate through bolts, the outer walls of the two ends of the limiting plate are respectively and fixedly, and the outer wall of the sliding guide rail is connected with a sliding block in a sliding manner, the outer wall of one adjacent side of the sliding block is fixedly provided with a clamping plate, the outer wall of the bottom of one adjacent side of the two clamping plates on the same horizontal plane is fixedly provided with a same supporting screen plate, the outer wall of the top of the supporting screen plate is fixedly provided with partition plates arranged at equal intervals, and the outer walls of the two sides of each partition plate and the outer wall of one adjacent side of the two clamping plates are fixedly provided.
Preferably, the outer wall of one end of each of the two clamping plates on the same horizontal plane is fixedly provided with the same sealing cover, the outer wall of one end of each of the sealing covers is connected with first supporting plates which are arranged at equal intervals through hinges, and the outer wall of the bottom of one end of each of the sealing covers is connected with a first handle through hinges.
Preferably, the outer walls of two sides of one end of the top of the supporting screen plate are provided with second grooves which are arranged equidistantly, and the inner walls of the second grooves are connected with electric telescopic rods through hinges.
Preferably, the outer wall fixed mounting of first backup pad one end has same connecting rod, and electric telescopic handle's top outer wall is connected through the outer wall of hinge and connecting rod bottom both sides respectively.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a turnover device for sheet metal part production comprises a supporting base 2 and four rollers 8, wherein the four rollers 8 are respectively installed on the outer walls of the four corners of the bottom of the supporting base 2 through bolts, a storage box 3 is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the supporting base 2, the outer wall of the bottom of the storage box 3 is connected with a limiting plate 1 through bolts, a first groove is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the supporting base 2, mounting grooves are arranged on the inner walls of the four corners of the top of the first groove, the inner walls of the mounting grooves are respectively connected with a first spring 10 through bolts, the outer wall of the bottom of the first spring 10 is connected with an inserting rod 11 through bolts, the outer wall of the bottom of the inserting rod 11 is respectively connected with the outer walls of the four corners of the top of the limiting plate 1 through bolts, the outer walls at the two, the top and the bottom inner wall of 3 both sides of storage box all have sliding guide through bolted connection, and sliding guide's the equal sliding connection of outer wall has the slider, the adjacent one side outer wall of slider all has splint 14 through bolted connection, the bottom outer wall that is located the adjacent one side of two splint 14 on same horizontal plane has same support otter board 21 through bolted connection, the top outer wall of support otter board 21 has the baffle 27 that the equidistance set up through bolted connection, the both sides outer wall of baffle 27 and the outer wall of the adjacent one side of two splint 14 all have shell fragment 13 that the equidistance set up through bolted connection.

During the use, insert the sheet metal component back between baffle 27, in the transportation, realize further effectual buffering protection to the sheet metal component by third spring 28 and third backup pad 29, improved the security in the sheet metal component transportation.
