Example 7 Effect of the Pearl Ganoderma preparation of the present invention on anti-fatigue of mice
Experimental animals: the number of healthy Kunming male mice is 160, the weight of the healthy Kunming male mice is 18-22g, the healthy Kunming male mice are randomly divided into four groups, and each group comprises 40 mice; the control group is subjected to intragastric administration with physiological saline, the experimental group is subjected to intragastric administration with liquid medicines with corresponding concentrations of the high, medium and low dose groups (10.5, 5.5 and 2.5 g/kg) of the medicine of the invention in example 6, the intragastric volume is 0.1ml/10g, and the experiment is carried out after 30 days of administration.
