本发明属于日用化学工业品技术领域，具体公开了一种无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物。其由表面活性剂体系、去屑剂、海甘蓝籽油、水解蚕丝蛋白、酸碱调节剂、天然植物香料和库拉索芦荟鲜汁组成。本发明所述的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其组分大部分来源于大自然的植物，整体配方温和无刺激；而且富含库拉索芦荟活性成分，其与去屑剂、水解蚕丝蛋白和海甘蓝籽油配合，在满足清洁头发的同时，也具备了对头部皮肤的滋养和促进血液循环，去除头屑，促进头发生长；修复受损发质，顺滑头发，在头发表面形成保护层，免受紫外线的伤害。

本发明属于日用化学工业品技术领域，具体涉及一种无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物。
背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高，人们对日化产品如洗发液的要求也越来越高，即除能满足基本的头发清洁要求外，还对洗发液提出了头部皮肤和头发的持续护理、营养补充、滋润、头屑去除和预防脱发白发等多方面的功能需求。
库拉索芦荟是一种多年生常绿草本植物，其蕴含75种元素，与人体细胞所需物质几乎完全吻合，有着明显的保健价值，被人们荣称为“神奇植物”、“家庭药箱”。库拉索芦荟中含的多糖和多种维生素对人体皮肤有良好的营养、滋润、增白作用，具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能。此外，库拉索芦荟的活性成分具有解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕的作用，不仅能防止小皱纹、眼袋、皮肤松弛，还能保持皮肤湿润、娇嫩，库拉索芦荟的蒽醌类化合物，能够保护人体毛发免受紫外线的伤害，并能促进头部皮肤血液循环，有助于毛发的生长。因此，有必要开发一系列富含库拉索芦荟活性成分的洗护发组合物，以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的状况，提供一种无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，按质量百分比计算，由如下组分组成：

作为优选，所述表面活性剂体系由氨基酸表面活性剂、双性表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂组成。
进一步，所述表面活性剂体系由如下质量百分比的组分组成：
月桂酰肌氨酸钠 5.0-10.0％
月桂酰两性基乙酸钠 2.0-10.0％
癸基葡糖苷 3.0-10.0％。
作为一种选择，所述去屑剂由苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸混合而成。进一步，所述苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸的混合比例是：1:1:1:0.5。
作为优选，所述酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸。
作为优选，所述库拉索芦荟鲜汁采用台山美环健芦荟制品有限公司生产的库拉索芦荟鲜汁。
作为优选，所述香料为天然植物香料。
本发明所述的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其组分大部分来源于大自然的植物，整体配方温和无刺激；而且富含库拉索芦荟活性成分，其与去屑剂、水解蚕丝蛋白和海甘蓝籽油配合，在满足清洁头发的同时，也具备了对头部皮肤的滋养和促进血液循环，去除头屑，促进头发生长；修复受损发质，顺滑头发，在头发表面形成保护层，免受紫外线的伤害。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，按质量百分比计算，由表面活性剂体系、去屑剂、海甘蓝籽油、水解蚕丝蛋白、酸碱调节剂、天然植物香料和库拉索芦荟鲜汁组成。其中：
所述的表面活性剂体系含量为10-30％，由氨基酸表面活性剂、双性表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂组成。按在洗护发组合物中的质量百分比含量计算，具体为：5.0-10.0％的月桂酰肌氨酸钠、2.0-10.0％的月桂酰两性基乙酸钠和3.0-10.0％的癸基葡糖苷。
所述的去屑剂含量为8-15％，由苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸的按1:1:1:0.5的质量比例混合而成。
所述的海甘蓝籽油为天然化妆品原料，从国外原装进口(如英国)购得，其在洗护发组合物中的质量百分比含量为9-12％。
所述的水解蚕丝蛋白为市售产品，其在洗护发组合物中的质量百分比含量为0.5-2.0％。
所述的酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸，其在洗护发组合物中的质量百分比含量为0.5-1.5％。
所述的天然香料味市售产品，如天然植物香料等，按需求适量添加。
所述的库拉索芦荟鲜汁采用台山美环健芦荟制品有限公司生产的库拉索芦荟鲜汁。
本发明所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，按照现有常规的洗发液制备工艺制备，在此不再赘述。

以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。除非特别说明，本发明的所有百分数都以组合物的质量百分含量计算，所有比例均为质量百分比。

上述实施例1-4按《GB/T 29679-2013洗发液、洗发膏》的要求进行检验，其原料要求、感官、理化和卫生指标等均符合标准要求。
将上述实施例1-4的配方分别配制成四款测试样品，并委托台山某市场调查公司进行产品试用调查。该市场调查公司寻找了的100名容易产生头屑的试用者，并分成4组分别对各款测试样品进行试用，试用要求是隔日使用一次，持续一个月。测试结果为：四款测试样品的总满意度都在88％以上，且普遍反应配方温和，对头部皮肤基本无刺激性，头发清洁效果良好，头屑现象明显减少；且使用后头发柔顺贴服有光泽，无发尾干枯开叉等现象。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂体系由如下质量百分比的组分组成：
月桂酰肌氨酸钠 5.0-10.0％
月桂酰两性基乙酸钠 2.0-10.0％
癸基葡糖苷 3.0-10.0％。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其特征在于，所述去屑剂由苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸混合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其特征在于，所述苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸的混合比例是：1:1:1:0.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其特征在于，所述酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其特征在于，所述库拉索芦荟鲜汁采用台山美环健芦荟制品有限公司生产的库拉索芦荟鲜汁。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无刺激的芦荟去屑洗护发组合物，其特征在于，所述香料为天然植物香料。
