Elastic fitting disposable sanitary towel
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of disposable sanitary products, in particular to an elastic fitting disposable sanitary towel.
Background
At present, common disposable sanitary napkins in the market are in a flat state after being unfolded, but when the sanitary napkins are actually used by consumers, the sanitary napkins are attached to underpants and are in an arc shape which is tilted back and forth along with the underpants, and the sanitary napkins are called as passive arcs. When the common sanitary towel has stronger stiffness or is not firmly adhered to underwear, the problem of front and back leakage of menstrual blood is very likely to occur due to the fact that the sanitary towel is not fit with the female body. There is also a product on the market that adds elastic material in order to increase the laminating effect in sanitary towel both sides department, and this kind of sanitary towel is because both sides elastic material always scrapes with women's thigh inboard, and the consumer often rubs and cuts the sense. As in chinese patent application No.: 03138849.3A sanitary napkin with elastic circumference seal, wherein the sanitary napkin body is connected with wings, the circumference of the sanitary napkin body, the circumference of the wings and the joints between the sanitary napkin body and the wings are provided with circumference seals, the circumference seals at the joints between the sanitary napkin body and the wings are elastic circumference seals, the circumference seals at the circumference of the wings and the circumference of the sanitary napkin body can be designed as elastic circumference seals, the elastic circumference seals are preferably elastic tongue-and-groove circumference seals, and the tongue-and-groove is preferably arranged longitudinally. However, the fit of such elastic seals in use is poor, it is difficult to achieve a sanitary napkin that fits the body when worn, and they tend to bend in a direction that does not fit, resulting in a greatly reduced comfort when worn.

Further, the elastomer is made of SBS block copolymer type or polyolefin type or polyurethane.
Further, the width of the elastic material layer is smaller than that of the glue layer.
Furthermore, the elastic material layer is adhered to the absorption core through the transfer adsorption roller, the elastic material layer and the glue points are bonded one by one in a rolling mode during compounding, the change of the stretching ratio of the elastic material layer along the length direction of the body is realized through the increase or decrease of the rotation speed of the transfer adsorption roller, the stretching ratio of one side, close to the center of the body, of the elastic material layer is smaller than that of one side, far away from the center of the body, of the elastic material layer, and the penetrating holes are formed in a punching mode before the elastic material layer is compounded on the absorption core.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the elastic fitting disposable sanitary towel, the elastic material layer is additionally arranged above the absorption core, and the elastic material layer has the stretching force and the restoring force in the longitudinal direction of the product on the sanitary towel, so that the elastic sanitary towel naturally appears after being unfolded and keeps the front and back tilting arc state, which is called as an active arc. The elastic sanitary towel is in an active arc shape before and after use, when a consumer wears the elastic sanitary towel, the front and back tilting of the sanitary towel can be actively attached to the body of a woman, and the front and back leakage of menstrual blood caused by the fact that the sanitary towel is not attached to the body is reduced to the maximum extent. The elastic sanitary towel can actively fit the body without generating a cutting part and increasing extra friction. In addition, the elastic material layer has an increasing trend of the outward stretching ratio from one side close to the center of the body, namely the elastic ratio of the elastic material layer at the two ends of the sanitary towel is the largest, and the elastic ratio close to the center is the smallest, so that the bending and tilting can be well formed and stabilized. In addition, form the adhesive tape through gluing the point to set up the adhesive tape interval, can form better bonding effect like this, set up like this moreover and can realize the reduction of glue quantity and the increase of air permeability, the interval between two adjacent glue points is crescent by the middle part to horizontal both sides gradually in addition, can improve the reduction of air permeability and glue quantity. In addition, the arrangement of the penetrating holes can improve the air permeability, and can also be matched with the formation and the stability of the arc state of the elastic material layer, the penetrating holes in each vertical row are long holes along the transverse direction, the width of the penetrating holes in each vertical row is gradually reduced from one side close to the middle part to the other side, and thus the outward stretching ratio of the elastic material layer from one side close to the center of the body is increased.
2. The elastic material layer is elastic non-woven fabric and is made of SBS block copolymer type, polyolefin type or polyurethane, so that the elastic material layer has good elastic performance, good hydrophilic performance and good air permeability.
3. The width of the elastic material layer is smaller than that of the glue layer, so that the bonding stability of the elastic material layer is better.
4. The change of the stretch ratio of the elastic material layer is realized by matching the change of the rotating speed of the transfer adsorption roller, and when the rotating speed of the transfer adsorption roller is less than the conveying speed of the body, the elastic material layer is stretched, so that the stretch ratio is improved. And through punching the back, can carry out the part destruction with elastic material layer's stretch ratio, through the size of penetration hole, spaced setting, can make the elasticity ratio at different positions form the difference to the cooperation shifts the adsorption roller, forms elastic material layer and is the increase trend by being close to the outside stretch ratio of body center department one side.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, this embodiment provides an elastic fitting disposable sanitary napkin, which comprises a main body 1, wherein the main body 1 is sequentially stacked from top to bottom with a liquid-permeable surface layer 2, an elastic material layer, an absorbent core 4 and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer 5, the main body comprises a front end portion 1a, a middle portion 1b and a rear end portion 1c, the width of the elastic material layer is smaller than the width of the absorbent core 4, the elastic material layer is composed of two elastic bodies 3, the two elastic bodies 3 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the main body 1, one of the elastic bodies 3 spans the front end portion 1a and the middle portion 1b, the other elastic body 3 spans the rear end portion 1c and the middle portion 1b, the elastic body 3 is a hydrophilic elastic nonwoven fabric, and is made of SBS block copolymer type or polyolefin type or polyurethane. The elastic body 3 is bonded on the absorption core 4 through an adhesive layer, the width of the elastic material layer is smaller than that of the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is composed of a plurality of adhesive strips 61 arranged at intervals transversely, each adhesive strip 61 is composed of a plurality of adhesive points 611, the distance between every two adjacent adhesive points 611 is gradually increased from the middle to the two sides transversely, when the body 1 is laid flatly, the stretching ratio of the elastic body in the length direction of the body is 1.2-1.5 times, the value is changed and is not a determined value, when the body 1 is not stressed, the front end part 1a and the rear end part 1c of the body 1 are bent and tilted upwards, the included angle alpha between the horizontal plane and the connecting line between the farthest tilted point K of the front end part 1a of the body and the lowest tilted point L of the front end part of the body is 45 degrees, the angle can be other angles between 10-60 degrees, the included angle beta between the horizontal plane and the connecting line between the farthest tilted point M of the rear end part of the body and the lowest tilted point N of the rear end part of the body is 40 degrees, the stretching ratio of the elastic body 3 from the side close to the center of the body 1 to the side far from the center is increased, the stretching ratio of the elastic body 3 is changed by forming a plurality of penetrating holes 31, each penetrating hole 31 is located between two adjacent rubber strips 61, the number of the penetrating holes 31 is five vertical rows, the number of the penetrating holes 31 can be three or four, each vertical row is arranged at intervals along the width direction of the body 1, the interval between two adjacent penetrating holes 31 located in the same vertical row is gradually increased from the side close to the middle to the other side, the penetrating holes 31 on each vertical row are long holes along the transverse direction, the width of each penetrating hole 31 can be 3mm at most and 1mm at least, and the width of the penetrating holes 31 on each vertical row is gradually decreased from the side close to the transverse middle to the other side.
The elastic body is compounded on the absorption core through the transfer adsorption roller, the absorption core is firstly sprayed with the punctiform glue in a glue spraying mode to form a plurality of glue points, the glue points form a transverse row, so that a plurality of matrix glue points arranged at intervals in the transverse row are formed, and the distance between the glue points in the same transverse row is gradually increased from the middle to two sides. After one end of the elastic body is compounded with the absorption core, the transfer adsorption roller is decelerated, and the deceleration curve of the transfer adsorption roller is matched with the change curve of the stretch ratio, so that the elastic body and absorption core composite material with the stretch ratio changing along the length direction of the body is obtained after compounding. In this embodiment, the stretch ratio is gradually increased from a side close to the middle of the body to a side far away from the middle of the body, so that a better arc-shaped tilting structure can be formed. The variable tensioning effect of this stretch is relatively stiff and the breathability is not very good, due to the stretch created by directly tensioning the elastomer. Therefore, a plurality of penetrating holes are formed in the elastic body in a punching mode, so that the tensioning performance of the elastic body is changed, but the stretching ratio of the elastic body is still kept to be gradually increased from one side close to the middle part of the body to one side far away from the middle part of the body, and a sanitary towel product with good fitting performance, high comfort and good leakage-proof effect is realized.
The two elastic bodies can be connected to form one elastic body, namely the elastic material layer can also be formed by one elastic body, and only the middle area is pressed through the gear, so that the elastic body in the middle area is damaged, the elasticity is eliminated, and the middle area is ensured to have no elasticity. Therefore, the two elastic bodies in this embodiment are only a preferred embodiment, and not the only protection.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the through holes 31 are arranged in the transverse direction corresponding to the glue dots, so that the distance between adjacent through holes in the same transverse row is gradually increased from the middle to both sides, the elastic performance of the elastic body can be adjusted by the through holes, the through holes can be prevented from being enlarged due to the elasticity, even being torn, and the air permeability can be improved. And the penetrating holes are not uniformly distributed in the length direction of the body, are relatively close near the middle part of the body, and then have a trend of increasing intervals in the length direction so as to adapt to the elasticity ratio of the elastic body.
Referring again to fig. 4, the second embodiment provides an elastically fitting disposable sanitary napkin based on the same inventive concept, which is different from the first embodiment in that:
the absorption core is internally provided with a hollow wood pulp fiber tube extending along the length direction at the area covered by the elastic body, the outer diameter of the hollow wood pulp fiber tube is less than 2mm, the value of the embodiment is 1mm, the wall thickness of the hollow wood pulp fiber tube is less than 0.3mm, and the value of the embodiment is 0.2 mm. The hollow wood pulp fiber tubes are provided in plurality and arranged at intervals in the width direction of the absorbent core. Set up like this, can realize when the elastomer realizes elastic bending, a better supporting effect can be realized to this cavity wood pulp fiber pipe to form a better perk radian, because cavity wood pulp fiber pipe itself has better bending effect, but is slightly bigger than the rigidity of absorbing the core again, thereby can realize the human good laminating effect when dressing. And owing to be hollow setting, can make hollow wood pulp fiber pipe possess ventilative purpose, and because its material belongs to the absorbent material, but its water absorption capacity is less than the absorption core to can realize absorbing the back at the core, this hollow wood pulp fiber pipe also can keep hollow state, only when absorbing the core and close the saturation after, can make hollow wood pulp fiber pipe jam. Thereby realizing the purposes of ventilation, keeping bending and tilting and improving the wearing and fitting performance.
The elastic body has a gram weight of 15-80gsm, and is made by adopting a spun-bonded non-woven fabric process, and the elastic body can be selected from polymer elastic bodies such as SBS block copolymer type, polyolefin type elastic bodies, polyurethane and the like. The elastomer is hydrophilic, and does not affect the infiltration and absorption of menstrual blood on the sanitary towel. The hydrophilicity of the elastic material can be obtained by hydrophilic master batches or by adding hydrophilic oil agent in the production process, and the process is a conventional technical means in the field and is not described herein again.
