the fixing plate (17) is of an L-shaped structure, a through hole used for moving the needle tube (7) is formed in the middle of the fixing plate (17), and the top of the fixing plate (17) is fixedly connected with two second springs (18); the movable plate (19) is of an arc-shaped structure, an opening for clamping and connecting the baffle (20) is formed in the middle of the bottom end of the movable plate (19), and the movable plate (19) is connected with the fixed plate (17) and the connecting plate (16) in a sliding mode; the middle part of the baffle (20) is rotationally connected with the connecting plate (16), the end part of the baffle (20) is contacted with the bottom surface of the movable plate (19), and the area of the end part of the baffle (20) is larger than the through holes in the middle parts of the connecting plate (16) and the fixed plate (17).
