In addition, in the following description, specific details are provided to facilitate a thorough understanding of the examples. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the aspects may be practiced without these specific details.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent directing method for a sporting event, where the method includes:
s1: defining an intelligent broadcasting guide rule of an event, wherein the intelligent broadcasting guide rule comprises a shot switching triggering condition and a corresponding broadcasting guide signal;
s2: receiving a plurality of real-time signals of the competition field;
s3: the video frame of the real-time signal is subjected to image recognition (S31), whether the trigger condition is met is judged according to the recognition result (S32), and if the trigger condition is met, the video frame is switched to the broadcast guide signal corresponding to the trigger condition to be broadcast (S33).
At present, the director of international major sports events has entered the standardization stage, and it is strictly regulated what kind of pictures are provided for some critical moments, such as the moments of starting, resting, ending, etc. of the game. Therefore, the method first defines the intelligent directing rule according to the specific standard of the sports event directing, including the shot switching triggering condition and the corresponding directing signal.
Taking a badminton game as an example, the directing rule comprises that when a ball is served, the close-up shot of a sender is switched to, and then the close-up shot of a receiver is switched to; switching to a panoramic lens in the process of a match; when one party scores a score, the close-up shot of the winning party is switched to, and then the close-up shot of the losing party is switched to, and the like. According to the director criteria, intelligent director rules for a sporting event may be defined.
The standardized director rules only specify the signals that should be played for key events in a sporting event, and the director is given free space to play for events where there are multiple signals or no signals that meet the requirements of the director rules, or where there is no coverage in the director rules. Live videos made by different director also have level differences. As a simplest implementation, an embodiment of the present invention provides that when multiple signals meet the director rule, one signal is randomly selected for rebroadcasting; when no signal meets the broadcasting guide rule or the competition condition that the broadcasting guide rule is not covered is involved, the panoramic signal is selected for broadcasting again. As another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the method may learn the existing live video resources, identify the used director rule from the existing live video, and add the identified director rule to the defined intelligent director rule.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, in the intelligent director rule, the director signal corresponding to the trigger condition is a specific signal identifier, such as a No. 1 lens, a No. 2 lens, and the like. The embodiment is suitable for the condition that the recording area and the focal length of each live shot are fixed, for example, the No. 1 shot records the panoramic view of the match in the whole process, the No. 2 shot records the close-up lens of a certain match area in the whole process, and the like. This approach is more limited and less flexible than live devices.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the corresponding director signal defined in the intelligent director rule includes the scene type of the director signal, that is, panorama, medium scene, close-up feature; the switching to the broadcast guide signal corresponding to the trigger condition further comprises the step of judging the video frame view of the received multi-channel real-time signal of the competition field, and the step comprises the following steps:
selecting a plurality of live game videos of the sports event as a training data set, carrying out scene identification marking on each video frame, and training a scene identification model;
and recognizing the scene of the real-time signal video frame by using the trained scene recognition model.
According to this embodiment, the director rule defines only the scene type corresponding to a specific trigger condition, for example, a panoramic shot is played corresponding to trigger condition 1. When receiving multiple paths of real-time signals, the method identifies the scene type of each path of signal by using a pre-trained scene identification model, and selects the scene type corresponding to the broadcasting guide rule for broadcasting. This embodiment is relatively flexible and allows accurate identification of the desired signal when the lens is brought to a focal length change, for example, zooming in from close to close up.
When live broadcasting is carried out, playback is often required at certain moments, for example, when the score of a game is played, close-ups of two parties at the moment of the score are played back. According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the step of temporarily storing the real-time signal, and when the broadcasting guide rule requires playback or special effect playing, the temporarily stored real-time signal is selected to be processed and output.
The key to realizing the automatic program guide is that image recognition is needed to be carried out on the video frame of the real-time signal, and whether the triggering condition of lens switching is met or not is recognized and judged. In the director rule, the shot cut trigger condition is usually some key event in the game, such as score, foul, etc. The present invention provides various embodiments that can provide for the detection of critical events. According to one implementation mode of the invention, the shot switching triggering condition comprises key actions of athletes, and when image recognition is carried out on a video frame of a real-time signal, the actions of the athletes are recognized through an action recognition technology (such as a template matching technology or an action recognition model trained through an Openpos data set); in another implementation, the shot-cut trigger condition includes a state of a game key item, for example, a badminton in a badminton game, and a key event in the game can be defined by a state of badminton touching a net, landing, and the like; in a third implementation manner, the shot-cut triggering condition includes a referee key action, and the referee key action can identify a key event and a win-or-lose direction of the game. It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. The disclosure may be embodied or carried out in various other specific embodiments, and various modifications and changes may be made in the details within the description without departing from the spirit of the disclosure. It should be noted that the features of the above embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the shot switching triggering condition comprises a key action of an athlete; the method for identifying the image of the video frame of the real-time signal and judging whether the video frame meets the triggering condition according to the identification result comprises the following steps: and identifying the action of the sportsman from the video frame of the real-time signal by using an action identification technology, and comparing the action with the key action of the sportsman to judge whether the trigger condition is met.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the method for defining the key actions of the athlete by the intelligent director rule comprises the following steps:
selecting a plurality of live broadcast videos of the sports event, carrying out shot segmentation, and segmenting each live broadcast video into a plurality of single shot video segments without shot mutation;
identifying player movements for each video segment using motion recognition techniques;
and selecting the key action of the athlete as the shot switching triggering condition from the identified actions of the athlete.
As a preferred embodiment, the referee key action can be used as the trigger condition of the shot switching, because basically all game key moments are reflected in the referee action, the referee has fewer types of judgment actions, the action is relatively fixed, the recognition accuracy is high, the direction of the referee action can reflect key events such as win-win and win-off directions, and the winner, the sender, the receiver and the like do not need to be judged by other complicated means. However, when the method is applied, although the live video resources of the sports event are very rich, the live video contains relatively few shots of the referee. If the referee action is to be analyzed and trained, a problem of too few data resources may be encountered, and the accuracy of the result is affected. The referee key action can be a preferred embodiment of the invention if sufficient video resources are available, such as full video material of the shot record taken by the referee in the past at the time of the match.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the shot switching triggering condition comprises a judgment key action; the method for identifying the image of the video frame of the real-time signal and judging whether the video frame meets the triggering condition according to the identification result further comprises the following steps: and identifying the judging action from the video frame of the real-time signal by using an action identification technology, and comparing the judging action with the judging key action to judge whether the judging action meets the triggering condition.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the method for defining the referee key action by the intelligent director rule is as follows:
selecting a video of the sports event containing a referee, carrying out shot segmentation, and segmenting the video into a plurality of single shot video segments without shot mutation;
identifying the referee action of each video clip by using an action identification technology;
and selecting a referee key action serving as a lens switching trigger condition from the identified referee actions.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the referee key actions comprise the action and the direction of the referee, the judgment type is identified according to the referee action, and the win-or-lose direction is identified according to the direction.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, where the electronic device includes:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a method of intelligent directing of sporting events as described above.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions for causing the computer to execute a method for intelligently directing a sporting event as described above.
